Le calme pour dormir, on a pas entendu de voisins ce qui était mieux que dans notre hotel 4*. A 5 minutes à pieds du colisée; Petit supermarché pas loin. La réactivité rapide de la propriétaire. les bouteilles d'eau reçues et mises au frais Le balcon est très petit, et nous avions vue sur l'arrière de toutes les habitations, ce n'est pas vraiment un balcon "privé". la photo du balcon est trompeuse, il y a un boiler juste derrière le volet, sur la photo ça ne se voit pas, et l'espace est vraiment petit. La cuisine et le coin à manger plutôt petits. Les photos de la chambre et du salon sont très très lumineuses par rapport à la réalité, il y faisait vraiment sombre.

• Julia (9/5): Acogedor - El apartamento es grande, tranquilo, con pocos muebles practicos (mejor), muchos armarios y acogedor. Es como se ve en las fotos. La dueña estuvo pendiente de nosotros mediante whatsapp todos los días. Hay dos cosas que son mejorables: la bañera resbala cuando te estás duchando, es un peligro y debería tener algun elemento antideslizante. En la cocina hay muy poco menaje: faltan platos, vasos, tazas. Sería ademas muy util que tuviese un microondas.

Loads of space. Washing machine was a nice extra; saves searching out a laundromat. Lots of coffee capsules :-) A broom to sweep up would be nice.

• David (9/5): Fabulous stay in Rome. Great location, apartment and a fantastic host. Thank you Darya. - Fabulous location for the Colosseum and cafes/restaurants. Clean and had everything we needed. Easy access too. Shower pressure a bit low for my liking and we had a bit of a drain smell issue which Darya did everything she could to resolve. Just one of those things. Other than that it was really excellent.

The apartment and building entry doors were temperamental but the host explained how to operate them. And we could not operate the overhead shower however the host was extremely helpful.

Darya ist eine tolle, sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sich auch zwischendurch meldet und nachfragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Umgebung ist super! Man ist in 5 Min zu Fuß am Kolosseum, mehrere Restaurants/Pizzerien und ein 24/7 Supermarkt sind ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hoffen, irgendwann wiederkommen zu können.

• Mona (5/5): Bra beliggenhet, men hard seng. - Beliggenheten er grei og ligger ikke langt fra Colosseum , flere restauranter i nærheten Sengen hadde hard madrass, den var vond å ligge på, fikk vondt i ryggen, og har vondt i ryggen ennå etter oppholdet. Lyset og dusjen så vanskelig å bruke, men bare bagatell i forhold til senga , hadde så lyst å legge meg på sofaen og sove der da den var mykere, men kunne ikke det da vi hadde bare 1 dobbeldyne. Syntes også bildene på booking er villedende, når vi kom inn i leiligheten så var det ikke det vi så for oss utifra bildene på booking.

Its a short drive from the airport and walking distance to the colloseum and the centre of town . The apartment was clean, modern and easily accessible. • Julia (8/5): Perfect location and a very well appointed flat with lift access if you have mobility issues. - It should have been really easy but we simply could not open the key lock box despite putting in the code correctly. We had to wait for the host to arrive and open it to let us in. I think it may need replacing? That was the only issue we had. Our host was lovely and the flat was absolutely gorgeous.

• Caterina (9/5): Soggiorno breve ma meraviglioso - Posizione ottima sia per visitare Roma sia per mangiare (vari locali nelle vicinanze e supermercato nel caso si voglia cucinare qualcosa in casa). L'appartamento è silenzioso e dotato di ascensore e, anche se piccolo, possiede tutto quanto necessario. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Se si arriva in macchina non ha garage ma nelle vicinanze ci sono sia posti auto che garage prenotabili per tempo. Sicuramente se torneremo a Roma chiederemo di nuovo la disponibilità di questo alloggio.

The neighborhood has everything…Carre Foure, gelato, great restaurants with really friendly staff. The flat was clean and very comfortable. Lots of room! We had an issue with the elevator key, and had a replacement within the hour! I’d definitely stay again on my next trip to Rome! There was nothing to dislike. It’s a great flat!

• Rupert (8/5): Spacious and elegant - good for the Colosseum - Lovely spacious and well equipped apartment in an elegant and secure block. Very friendly communication with the managers and easy access on the day, even though I was late arriving. Plenty of space to stretch out after a long day sightseeing and lots of lovely hot water for showers etc. Didn't actually cook but everything you need seemed to be there - even a kettle and a toaster (for us Brits!). It's a nice quiet street too; doesn't go anywhere so no traffic. Slept well though the bed was a bit hard. Location is great for the Colosseum and Forum, also lots of wonderful restaurants and bars in the area - but it is quite a long way from other Rome attractions. Be prepared to familiarise yourself with the buses! Also, the lovely marble flours are chilly at this time of year (November). Bring slippers

• Sydelle (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and spacious. Very close to the Colosseum. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you. The bath was very deep...a bit difficult to climb into but we managed.
• TANSU (10/5): - Oda oldukça temiz ve rahattı. Ev sahibi bizi kapıda karşıladı, daire ve çevre hakkında bilgi verdi. Odada çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi, ütü var. Mutfak eşyaları yeterli, kullanılabilecek her şey var, buzdolabı, dondurucu ve fırın var. Banyodaki saç kurutma makinesi fön için bile yeterli, güçlü. Duş ve küvet, sıcak su gayet iyi. Konum pekçok yere yürüyerek ulaşmak için iyi, güvenilir bir bölgede. Komşulardan ve dışarıdan ses gelmiyor, ses yalıtımı iyi. Apartmanın dış kapısı için de anahtar verildi, anahtar olmadan asansör çalışmıyor bu da güvenlik için önemli diye düşünüyorum. Bizim için konforlu bir konaklama oldu, teşekkürler.

• Fiona (9/5): Lovely, comfortable apartment in an unbeatable location - The apartment was spotless, comfortable and just the right size for two people. The bedroom air conditioning was a real plus, and the bathroom and kitchenette were well equipped (we appreciated the coffee maker!). The location couldn’t be better — just around the corner from the Colosseum, with great restaurants and an espresso bar nearby. It also felt very safe and quiet. The owner was exceptionally kind, helpful and quick to respond when needed. The floor seemed to pick up dirt quite easily even though we removed our shoes, and the lift broke down once while we were in it — though the owner was immediately available and very helpful, so it didn’t affect our overall experience.

• Courtney (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient stay that I would recommend to anyone traveling to Rome. - It was spacious and comfortable as well as very conveniently located which made it easy for us to get to and from. The tub was very tall which made it a bit challenging to get into the shower.

Pedí un mixer y me dijeron que no tenían (lo lógico hubiese sido comprar uno). el check out es realmente temprano (10 am)

• James (10/5): I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. - The location was perfect for my wife and I. We easily walked to the Coliseum, etc. yet we found quiet areas to explore. For further sites i.e. Trevi Fountain, Villa Pamphili museum and some other streets, it was a 20 minute taxi/uber ride. As my wife is extremely allergic to animals, we were thrilled that they are not allowed in the unit. (My wife also enjoyed having a washing machine available.) Sometimes we found the local streets littered; that could have been from the recycling bins that were overfilled... possibly due to the upcoming holiday that coincided with our stay.

• Michelle (10/5): 4 nights in Roma in a beautiful apartment with an outside balcony - Loved the amazing location right by the collesium and some amazing restaurants, particularly cafe martini. Comfortable bed and loved our little balcony. Nice to have a proper bath, too. Huge thanks to Darya, our host, who took care of us. Helping us with taxi booking and recommended lots of great things. Loved the fact we could leave our luggage too as we arrived early. It felt very safe, and we made use of our balcony each night. This was the best part. Sat out having wine in the heart of Roma so peaceful. The washing machine was a bonus, too. We would definitely stay here again. Immaculate, clean, and nice use of decor. We walked and used taxis, but there was a tram stop 1 minute away. If you are coming to Roma, we would recommend Petra apartments. You won't be disappointed. The water was not hot and had to let our host know, and it was fixed the same day Water pressure was not the best. Would have liked more towells as we like fresh ones each day, but understand this was an apartment, not a hotel. The lights were not the easiest to use, but we eventually figured them out.
• Hyunji (10/5): Recommend here a million times - Great location (5mins walk to colosseo and the station). Restaurants and Carrefour express nearby. Perfect place for a family, friends, and also with a lover. Would love to visit here again. Thank you for making my Rome trip memorable ❤️ For real, none.
• Sarah (10/5): Wonderful home from home stay in Rome. - Very well equipped and stylishly decorated apartment. Although very close to the Colosseum, the road was quiet and felt secure. We will come back when we next visit Rome. Darya was very helpful and professional. Nothing - it was perfect for our stay in Rome.
• Svetlana (10/5): I will certainly stay there again! - Literally everything.Perfectly clean, comfortable,situated very near to the Colosseum but yet not crowded and very calm.There is a supermarket nearby, bakery, restaurant but nothing in the street.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - Darya was very lovely and helpful. She was there to provide us with tips and information when needed. The apartment was clean and beautiful with all the amenities available
• Stephen (10/5): Identical to pictures. Great customer service - Very clean. Looked identical to the pictures. Was large for a Rome apartment. Customer service was incredible, which in my experience is not always the case in Italy. Owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Apartment was thoroughly equipped with everything from shower caps to an umbrella. You can tell the owner was very thoughtful about the customer experience. Did not have a microwave (but note it has a stove and oven that you can use).
• Chen (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in the Deluxe one-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, clean and super comfortable - truly a home away from home! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Colosseum, bus stops, metro station, a supermarket, and a variety of good restaurants. Our host, Darya, was wonderful and always available to help. If we visit Rome, we would definitely choose Petra Apartments again. Highly recommended!
