• Alberto (5/5): No repito - Ubicación Mobiliario regular, desperfectos en cocina , camas sin sabana , solo bajera y nórdico, humedades, tardaron más de lo habitual en darnos la habitación .

• Aleksandra (10/5): Pomimo kilku minusów, lokalizacja robi robotę! - Genialna lokalizacja! Wyjście prosto na Plac Puerta del Sol. Przy metrze. Wszędzie blisko Aneks kuchenny dla 6 osób a widelce 3. Brakuje podstawowego wyposażenia. Łazienka dobre czasy ma bardzo za sobą. Przydałaby się kabina prysznicowa z prawdziwego zdarzenia.

• Bedoya (7/5): - El lugar está en un buena ubicación central a todo, el apartamento es cómodo para un estancia de pocos días, está limpio y sus camas son cómodas. El baño tiene problemas al vaciar, sale un poco de olor en las tuberías.

• Looney Travelers (8/5): Too expensive - Excellent location unless you're staying for new years celebration. Plaza del Sol is closed for the celebration and it's very difficult to get to the apt. The bathroom needs work. The shower curtain is too small and the bathroom gets all wet while you try to shower while avoiding the shower curtain sticking to your body. The apt is comfortable but needs TLC. Some parts are broken or worned out.

• Soto (9/5): - La ubicación era espectacular ,en pleno centro. Sin ruidos aunque estaba en el centro y con manifestaciones no había nada de ruido.Volvere sin duda ahí ,cuando vuelva a Madrid Posibilidad de disponer alguna más almohada más .Una puerta ventana estaba estropeada y no cerraba.

• peter (1/5): - It was incredibly bad, so the instructions to collect the key is terrible, and when the code didnt work, i tried contacting them, i rang like 15 different number, no one would answer, and this was at 9pm, so i was pretty tired already. Finally after 1 1/2 hours, rininging booking, sending a bubch of text, they finally gave me the right code. Then one day into the stay, they cancelled on saying they can host me for the full week. So then i had to get another place. Booking automatically refund me the amount, then a few days later they tried to claim i didn't pay them for the stay. I really dont know how much worst it can get

• MARTA (8/5): Bien - La ubicación perfecta y muchas facilidades para dejar el equipaje antes de la entrada, en todo momento muy atentos por el wasap y haciéndolo todo fácil. El apartamento cómodo y calentito Ruido en los pasillos de madrugada y gente mal educada y ruidosa al irse a acotar.

• Carlota (4/5): No era lo que esperaba - La ubicación El sitio como tal, no era lo que me esperaba. No me gustó la calidad de las sábanas y toallas. De hecho una de las sábanas estaba rota. La edificación en sí está vieja y descuidada

• ELISE (10/5): Super appartement idéalement situé - L'appartement est idéalement situé ( plaza del sol en bas du portail). L'appartement est très fonctionnel et propre. Le calme est bien au rendez vous car il donne sur la cour. Les informations sont très claires, le personnel sympathique. La climatisation était très appréciable ( canicule) 😉. Ras

• david (6/5): - Ubicacion Estaba descuidado, pequeñas cosas que mejorarían mucho la estancia. El baño daba olor a sumidero, toallas con olor a humedad, desagüe de duchas sin tornillo, cortina en plato de ducha imposible de controlar, moho en techo del baño, paredes con desconchones. Eramos 5 y solo había 4 cubiertos cuando eramos 5.

• Anam (5/5): Good location, service can be improved - The location is excellent. Right in the center. Every to see place is accessible by walk. It is also the best shopping location. In spite of it being in a busy area, the room is sound proof and we had a good night's sleep. I hated the WhatsApp discussion and non stop communication which was required to get multiple door codes. In total, I had to make note of 4 codes for- entry into the building, entering the floor, entering luggage room, and finally the lock box code for keys. You do not want that on a short trip. I was made to give additional 200 euros security deposit. Some money transfers did not get through online on the link shared by them. I had to make a video while enveloping the cash and pushing it down their drop box. I made another video while leaving the room so I could safely get the deposit back.

• Jaimy21 (9/5): Friends mini vacation - The location was perfect, very close to the city center and to almost all the main attractions. The apartment was clean and the price was fair. The staff was helpful and responsive. We stayed only one night so we did not notice and we did not use many things in the apartment. The check in process was a lil bit long and quite difficult but the staff was helpful and available.

• Stéphane (6/5): Pleasant - Location in the city center, well equipped and very calm. We had to wait 2 hours in order to get access to the flat (excuse was that they didn't receive reservation from Booking, but I think was just because the flat was not ready). Finally once we got access to the flat, the cleaner was inside and was probably in hurry to clean it. Conclusion, we have waited 2 hours and we have got a dirty flat for our stay.
