- Tamara (8/5): Super Ort für einen entspannenden Urlaub - Das Apartment hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und ist hervorragend um einfach mal abzuschalten, man ist nur ca. 15 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt, also kann man sich auch da sehr gut umschauen ohne lang zu reisen. Es war alles genau so wie auf den Bildern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Außerdem waren die Inhaber sehr lieb und wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren, falls wir etwas brauchten. Die Küchenausstattung des Apartments war etwas knapp, falls man auch mal für sich selbst kochen möchte. Es hätte etwas mehr Besteck und Töpfe geben können und eventuell eine Schere, um Verpackungen leichter öffnen zu können. Da wir aber sowieso meistens in der Stadt gegessen haben, war das nicht sonderlich schlimm.

- Era (10/5): A lovely destination next to the sea. - I stayed for one night at Lotus and honestly couldn't have asked for a better place. The apartment was super clean, exactly like the photos, modern, fresh, and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed, which made things so easy. The host was amazing, super friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. You can really tell he cares. Also, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the sea. We felt really comfortable and at home the whole time. I definitely recommend it, and I will be back soon for a longer stay! Nothing, everything was simply perfect!

The room is modern, everything was clean and well maintained – even the bathroom tiles were spotless. The bathroom is a bit small, but still nicely designed with a great shower. The highlight is definitely the balcony with a beautiful sea view – perfect to relax in the evening. The apartment also comes with useful amenities such as air conditioning, a fridge and a Smart TV. One small downside is that the building has no elevator, which can be a bit inconvenient with heavy luggage. However, the host was very kind and immediately helped us carry our bags upstairs, which we really appreciated. Overall, we can absolutely recommend this apartment. 👍

- Uendi (8/5): Amazing - The apartment was quiet nice and spacious. The view was amazing and also very clean. The staff were helpful and very kind and it was also very close to the beach. The only thing I'd mention is that there were no shampoos provided in the room and we kind of didn't know.

- Verena (9/5): Toller Ort, tolles Apartment, super nette Vermieter - wir kommen wieder - Die Lage ist einfach super. Gute Anbindung und man sieht einfach aus allen Fenstern und von allen Balkonen das Meer. Man geht nur über die Straße und hat gleich mehrere wunderschöne Strände zur Auswahl. Die Straße ist natürlich zu gewissen Zeiten etwas laut, aber der tolle Blick entschädigt einen sofort dafür. Toll auch mit dem Kiosk unten direkt im Apartmentkomplex. Wenn überhaupt etwas, dann die Straße zwischen Meer und Apartment.

Der kleine Supermarkt unten ist sehr praktisch. Die Sicht, besonders der Panoramablick vom Balkon ist nicht in Worte zu fassen, einfach grandios! Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

- Anabel (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft nahe schönem Strand - Der Inhaber der Apartments war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat zu jeder Uhrzeit in allen Themen unterstützt. Das Apartment liegt ganz oben (ohne Aufzug) und hat zwei Balkone mit atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer. In gehweite ist ein schöner langer Strand (Liegen kosten 1500 LEK) und direkt beim Gebäude befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt, der auch vom Inhaber geführt wird. All in all super schöne Unterkunft! Eventuell eine etwas breitere Ausstattung in der Küche wäre toll (etwas spärlich) und Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Wohnbereich. Dadurch war es im Schlafzimmer immer etwas wärmer, aber es war okay, wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat.

To oczywiście nie jest zależne od obiektu, ale raczej od specyfiki samej Albanii i albańskich kierowców 😄

- Rebekah (9/5): Superb - Loved the property! Amazing views and sunsets. Great size, clean and tidy and had pretty much everything I needed. I was travelling solo without a car, so while there were some public buses and taxis that went past getting down the coast or to Vlore involved a bit of planning without spending a lot. Also, do a supermarket shop in Vlore or bigger city to save spending tonnes at the small shops down on the beach! Quite a few food options down by the beach loungers.

Highly recommended!!! - Lovely apartment in a great location if you have a car, beach right across the street with beautiful sea, not expensive, need to mention AMAZING host Deni and his mother, they were so nice to us and provided everything we needed, really appreciate that. The place was really nice, AC worked, nice balcony with a sea view, clean generally, very cosy and very new, nice people hosting, I really recommend for any stay <3 thank you very much for everything, we miss you.
- Craig_l (10/5): Amazing apartment with excellent views - The apartment is as described and the views are even better than pictured. The host, Deni was very courteous and sent a message the day before to check for arrival time so he could be there and even helped arrange a taxi to take us directly to the apartment from the airport which was much appreciated as we hadn't done much research on how to actually get to Vlorë! On arrival, he had decorated the apartment with rose petals, lit candles and tied the towels into swans which was a nice touch as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The size of the apartment was perfect for us, being able to chill on the balcony and watch the ocean and sunset whilst also having a kitchen to prep our own light snacks and meals. For us, the location was perfect. It was around an hour (possibly slightly under) to the main strip which was fine for us, we walked there and back every day but maybe worth being aware of if you're unfit/unable to walk or just don't want to. The air con in the apartment was a godsend for us when we arrived as the temperatures were high outside. There's plenty of bars and restaurants around the apartment and also loads on the strip itself. There's also a few small shops nearby to buy any goods to stock the fridge/freezer/cupboards. We're already sure we'll be back to Vlorë and when we do come back, we'll definitely be sending a message to Deni to check the apartments availability. Genuinely not a single issue with the apartment. The only minor gripe we had was the restaurant across the road has a full animal (a goat I think) on a rotisserie in their window every day. If you're a vegetarian/vegan (as we are), this could be quite distressing but is obviously outside of the apartments control.
- Ergys (10/5): It is worth it - Sea view, cleanliness. Very good stay, the host was very helpful and answered quickly to every request. No washing machine, it could be useful especially when you stay more than 2 nights. Perhaps our fault we did not ask the host if laundry is offered or not.

- Filip (10/5): Great find! - Great location just far enough from the city to escape the rush and close enough should you decide to go out for the evening. The building is new so everything inside the apartment is new as well, the view is great, it is super clean, the host is very friendly and offers whenever needed... I can only recomend it! There is a beach just downhill from the place and others are within the walking distance. Restaurants and small shops are close by (for a more equiped ones you have to use your car, but hey, because the place is not close to city you get quiet and calm atmosphere), a parking place is reserved for you in front... The apartment is on 4th floor but for the price of "climbing the stairs" you get the best view in the building. Just an all around great value for money experience.

- Samuel (6/5): Yes but appartment - The appartment was very clean. It’s a small studio with a wonderful view Good communication with the owner. … BUT.. It has been a long time I was not disappointed like this. The ratio Price/Value is not fair at all. And I can judge and benchmark to others since it was our last location of a long trip. The quality didn’t meet our expectations for some reasons : - Very small area for the price - Water was not flowing good and you had to maintain the mixer with the finger - Located in a strange building with A LOT OF STAIRS (we got aware 2 days before) - TV was not working (Eurocup period) - Bathroom is very small - you need to make a special move to close the door to go to toilets. - no shampoo shower gel and bath floor towel - Parking , I don’t understand the purpose of the barrier (don’t protect form infraction and is very heavy) If the price were in line, I won’t have been so harsh in my comment. But for the same prices we got much much better.

- Marcelo (4/5): Abandoned building offer room w/ sea view - The view was very good and it was clean. The apartments are in an abandoned/unfinished block of buildings, which you could easily find junkies around. It is not a safe area, and there is no such thing as CCTV or security cameras either, as advertise mentions. The place is in front of a busy road, so you go to sleep and wake up to the sounds of cars racing on the road. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, so don’t expect doing any cooking apart from heating up something on the microwave. The WiFi works periodically and you need to message to get it fixed, which normally takes over an hour as the owners live +40min away.

There was just one thing that was not in the description. It’s down to the beach. 103 steps down, when you come back it's can be a little hard.

- Mike (10/5): Perfect hide away from mainstream Vlore! - This turned out to be the best stay for our first trip to Albania, wish we stayed longer 😊 The views from the balcony are to die for, absolutely stunning! The property is literally next to few amazing beaches and well connected. If you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city, it ticked all the boxes for us. It's also very appropriately priced. Erin is a fantastic lad, extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable - we wish him and his family all the very best! Also, thanks once again for your hospitality, and by that I mean the splendid bottle of the best Raki I had in Albania 😁 Don't worry about the dodgy entrance to the building, the apartments are very well kept. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

- Joel (10/5): Best rented apartment in Vlora - Probably one of the best apartments I have ever booked. The location was great, perfect for a relaxing holiday, away from noises. It was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. It also offered a breathtaking view, felt like you were sleeping in a yacht above the sea. The host was really nice and helpful. He came quickly to the location eventhough we did a last minute booking. The price was more than reasonable. For sure we will come back and recommend it to all our friends who want to spend a great and enjoyable holiday in Vlora.

- Graeme (8/5): Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and value for money! - The apartment was spacious, light and airy and spotlessly clean. The shower was excellent, the bed extremely comfortable and the bed linen and towels were of a beautiful quality. We were only passing through en route to the south and so the location was not a priority for us but the sea view from the balcony was lovely. We also met the owner who went out of his way to welcome us and ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing worth noting!

If you are looking for some tranquility with the beach next to you, this is your place!! Don't be scared if you see the building half built, the apartment is perfect! The way to the nearest beach is only 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The host is super polite, nice and friendly! The apartment is new and well equipped!
