• Rainer (9/5): - It is a nice little house, with all facilities, beach toys for the kids, towels. The owner was very responsive when we asked about staying an extra night. All in all it is a very good choice for Navarre beach, Pensacola beach, Pensacola. The beach at the sound, which is vey close, has very shallow water for long way in. So beware that one needs to go to the beach at the gulf. There could be a few mor dishes.
• Katie (10/5): - The location was wonderful! The house itself was super cute, clean and well stocked. Our host was super attentive, checking in with us to make sure we didnt need anything just after check in and then after a couple of days.

• Meina (1/5): Found a live bed bug, got blamed by the host, left early in shock — absolutely unacceptable. - It was quiet at night — but that didn’t help when we were losing sleep over a bed bug. We found a live bed bug crawling across the bed — not even on our last day, but the day before we were supposed to check out. We had felt itching the night before but didn’t think too much until we saw the bug with our own eyes. We were shocked and disgusted. We immediately sent photos to the host, washed and dried everything on high heat, and decided to leave a day early. The stress was overwhelming. We cut our trip short, threw out personal items, and spent hours trying to sanitize everything. The host said he was sending a “professional” to check. A woman arrived — no uniform, no ID, no tools, no company vehicle. She used her phone flashlight and knelt beside the bed for a few minutes. She said her dad had “40 years of experience” and might come the next day — but by then, we were already gone. 30 minutes after she left, the host messaged us claiming there was no infestation and even suggested we had brought the bug. No real inspection. No apology. Just deflection and blame. The worst part wasn’t the bug — it was the way the host handled it: fake professionalism, copy-paste responses, zero care for guest safety, and absolutely no accountability. I booked this place based on its high rating, but after the incident I checked again — and realized many of the 10-star reviews were anonymous and nearly identical. I should’ve looked closer. Don’t make the same mistake. If anything goes wrong here, don’t expect help. Just a phone flashlight… and someone blaming you.

• Luke (10/5): Great Family spot - Do you want access to a great swimming spot for your small child's first vacation? Do you want easy access to good food and beach amenities but not crowds? This is the perfect place. I brought my wife, mother, and 3 kids with the youngest being only 2 years old. I can't think of any way to make the trip better.

• Bertram (10/5): Terrific place to wind down and enjoy worry-free peace and quiet. - The facility was beautifully appointed, and I really appreciated the exceptional cleanliness of the home. It felt just like my own place. I also valued the fact that the Wi-Fi and Netflix worked perfectly; I dislike having to log in when I travel, so that was a huge bonus! Nick was extremely hospitable. I missed the first two days of my stay due to circumstances beyond my control, but Nick generously offered me an additional day. This is a perfect example of the Southern hospitality that always feels so wonderful! Thank you so much, Nick! Could have been better..., Any better and it would have been even harder to leave... I had a wonderful time!

• Carrie (10/5): Wonderful place - This is a beautiful home with enough room for the whole family. My children really enjoyed all the board games and the bunk bed was a plus. Beautiful back yard and the privacy fence was a great addition with a fire pit and bbq grills. The place was very clean and felt cozy like a home away from home. Nick was great also at making sure I had everything I need. Will definitely book again in the future. I loved everything this place was perfect
• Allison (10/5): 4 night stay - The house was beautiful and clean. Located in a great neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with. I consider the price I paid to be very reasonable considering it's a 3 bedroom house. It has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. It also has a fenced in back yard.

We had a very nice and relaxing short vacation - The property owner gave us a courtesy call and let me know in advance that one of the windows was broken by the guest who stayed there the night before we arrived. As we entered, the house was found to be very neat and well-organized. From the beds to the utensils in the kitchen, everything was neatly arranged and we didn't have to even open up the utensils and coffee we carried. All together, the vacation was really nice and the kids loved playing with the small board games kept in the main room. Bonus was the high-speed internet and the Netflix subscription, which kept us engaged in the evening. Will give a 5-star rating for the house and the amenities!! The only little problem we found was that the water pressure was not great throughout the house, especially it took a bit of time to take a proper shower as the water pressure was kind of low. Also, if we opened one of the kitchen faucets or opened a faucet in the other bathroom, the second bathroom's water pressure was really low. Guess the host can do a water pressure check and deploy better shower heads ..
• Ella (10/5): It was adventurous and relaxing! - I loved the entire experience! the location of the home is perfect! The house itself was big enough for me and my 4 friends to have our own spaces, the Kitchen was stocked with spices, plates, cookware, and everything else we needed! Showers and laundry were EXTREMELY easy to understand and operate. Hospitality was amazing! Nick was helpful and kind the entire trip if I had any questions! Will definitely stay again!!
