Guest Reviews
- Juanita (10/5): - Beautiful area near Yellowstone, 30 minutes away. Everything looks new and it’s very peaceful and quiet. Accommodating staff with great service.
- John (8/5): Great location, clean and responsive staff - Great location near parks, restaurants, rivers Easy in and out process. Noise from other units. Needs place to put luggage (i.e. luggage racks) and additional rugs
- Erland (7/5): - Wi fi was spotty
- Brent (5/5): We spent 2 nights there, and that was plenty. Would not recommend. - Advertised as handicap available. There is a 2 in threshold, which is a problem in a wheelchair getting in. Toilet area is small, and there are no grab bars to handicap to get off the toilet. No grab bars in the shower. Only seating is a love seat. 2 bars stools and small table only things beside bed in the room. Need stands for suitcases. Had to leave 2 suitcases on the floor. Hard for handicap people to reach. Wall unit for heating/cooling was very noisey. There is no office, so no communication with management. No breakfast, although a restaurant across the street. Dirt road leading to property. Concrete floor, so cold and bumpy. Limited closet space.
- Karen (9/5): - It’s a new property, so it’s in very good condition. The furniture is all very comfortable, and the cabin was very well appointed. The bathroom is very dark. There needs to be another light over the shower. Also, a dishwasher would be nice, especially if several people are staying for several days.
- Benjamin (8/5): Schöne Lage, ruhig, sauber und schöner Stil - Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Schöner Stil mit kleinen netten Details. Alles sehr sauber, top Lage zum Park, rundherum Natur.

- Terri (9/5): It was worth the drive from Yellowstone N.P to stay at Pendleton Point! - We enjoyed the first night so much that we secured it for another night. They were very helpful in signing us up for another night. Unfortunately we had some food that was thrown out of our fridge, even though they said we would be in the same room for the following night. Called the number and complained and they graciously reimbursed us for the food!! Now that's great customer service!! We highly recommend this facility!! Very clean too!!

- Jaymi (8/5): Nice comfy place to stay - Location
- Ylenia (10/5): Perfect - Best accommodation during our 2 week holiday in the US! Excellent facilities, extremely clean and super cozy

- Gaynor (10/5): - Great location, easy check in and large clean room.
- Renee (10/5): -
- Gloria (7/5): - Clean and esthetically pleasing. Bed too tall for me in a wheelchair. Bathroom barely manageable in a wheelchair
I had to sleep on the couch
- martyn (1/5): Disappointing and unprofessional - Unfortunately too many negatives to give a positive. We were very disappointed with the accommodation. We booked via booking. Com. The photos are very deceiving. They show the inside of a cosy cabin, but the other rooms are like converted garages. Very basic amenities, although there was a microwave and fridge. No glasses, cutlery, crockery or utensils. Not even a ice making machine on site, unlike most USA accommodations. There was no one on site to talk to, everything is by email.
We complained about the room. After a few emails they said they may be able to change us to a cabin room. After that they ignored any further emails. I thought the floor looked dirty so I gave it a wipe over with a cloth and it was filthy. Our room overlooked a RV parking lot, not the best view. A couple knocked on our door as they had not received the code to unlock their room door. They tried ringing the owners but had no luck. Eventually they got them by email. Very unprofessional business. Won’t be around much longer with these owners. Noticed a for sale board, maybe they are trying to sell up. Can not recommend this place. See photo for the dirty floor cloth.
In Tankstelle + Outdoorgeschäft Bärenspray erwerbbar, falls Bedarf.

- Angela (10/5): Anniversary vacation - It was a quiet location. Very clean and comfortable.
- Karolina (10/5): - The room was very clean and nicely decorated, making it a really pleasant stay. The location is excellent – very convenient and easy to get around. Overall, a great place!
- Anna (10/5): Marvelous - Comfortable, stylish, spacious, pleasant! Grate place to stay. Great experience and best trip vibes. No such thing.
- Patricia (10/5): We were there for 1 night and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and cozy. - We found the accommodations cozy and clean. The loveseat and round table added to the comfort. There was a coffee pot, microwave and small refrigerator. Also a nice shower.
- David (4/5): won't stay there again - no towel bars in the bathroom. no grab bars in the shower. No Ice availability. 4 coffee cups, no plastic glasses for the bathroom. Refrigerator had no freezer section. Comforter on bed very thick and heavy.
- Laura (8/5): Very comfortable and relaxing - Very nicely decorated, Barry cozy and welcoming. I loved the signs on the doors with your name it felt very exclusive and personalized. The only thing was that there was good selection of coffee pods and tea but no sugar.
- Nancy (10/5): It was a nice room and comfortable to stay in. - It was a value and it was comfortable and clean. It was easy to get to and the instructions were clear and the code worked well. The only thing I didn’t like was the internet didn’t work. We were told that a fire was the cause of that so we totally understood that it couldn’t be helped.
- karmelo (9/5): -
- Miquel (9/5): -
- Patti (10/5): It was an Awesome place to stay & just 25 mms to Wedt Rntrance of Yellowstone Nation park - Very clean & nice both Room & property would stay there again .. There was nothing to not like ..

- MONICA (9/5): -
- Ron (10/5): -
- Cheng Hao (7/5): - The room was cozy with a touch of modern style. The bed was very clean and the pillows were comfortable. The on-site laundromat was extremely convenient. Another plus is the location—it's not too far from the entrance of Yellowstone National Park, which can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. The room's soundproofing was quite poor—I could clearly hear the guests next door chatting. The AC unit was also very loud and occasionally turned on during the night, which woke me up
- Zeynep (10/5): Comfortable after nature experience - Room was perfect, tasteful and detailed. I love communication. Coffee machine and microwave were good for our morning.
- Austin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dscvision (10/5): Gfreat Gem in Island Park ID -
- Lindsf (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michel (9/5): Superb -
- Leslie (9/5): This was a great place to stay for our one night in Island Park. - This was a great stay for our one night in Island Park. We were a little confused with where to find our place. The emails said #8 but it was actually "H".
- Moya (10/5): A great place to stay - A wonderful and highly recommended place to stay, nice high ceilings and very clean, a really comfortable bed
- Doug (10/5): Enjoyed our stay very much would definitely stay again!! -
- Janyce (9/5): An excellent experience. - The room was large, clean and very quiet. The internet was fast and the TV had a huge number of channels. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was very large (and the water hot and plentiful). The personalized welcome sign was a really nice touch. The only negatives were picky little ones, such as there was no bathmat.
- J (6/5): Nice new cabin, completely unorganized. - Newer facility Sheets were dirty, unorganized staff.
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jake (7/5): Good - Very clean-big shower Wifi doesn’t work
- Charles (9/5): Easy convenient lodgings. - Very quaint, easy to find and check in, roomy bungalow, comfortable furnishings. No tissues, no paper towels, no dishwasher.
- Nelson (10/5): Really fun place to stay. Would come again - Cute little cabins, and great location
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good - Good location, great setting will definitely use again! Did not know which unit was ours before arrival. Pillows for sleeping were extremely hard and uncomfortable
- Jeffery (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful we would recommend it very cozy
- Frederick (8/5): Very good - The room was very clean and nice, it was very comfortable , the area was nice and close to everything. Every night someone was starting and stopping a generator, it was one of the trailers on the property. It would have been nice to have a welcome desk with an actual employee to talk to.
- Javier (5/5): Passable - The rooms were very clean and nice. It was also pretty soundproof so we couldn't really hear any neighbors. There was an incident, not sure if our room got double booked. It was pretty late and we were laying in bed when someone attempted multiple times to open our room door. They had the correct code that was unlocking our door, thank goodness we had the deadbolt locked. The manager also gave these people our room code without checking to see if we were who they had on schedule to reserve the room. The people that were just checking in seemed really angry that the room was taken. It was very uncomfortable, the code to the door wasn't changed, and we felt unsafe leaving our belongings in the room knowing other people had our door code.
- Larry (8/5): Very good - The directions were not clear and how to get to the room and the mosquitoes were crazy.
- Julie (9/5): Superb -
- Tanja (8/5): Decent stay close to Yellowstone, good value for price - Spacious superior king room with high ceilings, thoughtful decor and furniture, quiet, big shower, plenty of space and cabinets The wi-fi did not work at all and went entirely out multiple times, no reception or contact with the staff as everything happened through text, the price point feels high for $180 a night even though I understand it’s peak-season.
- Carlee (8/5): Great - It was clean and very comfortable No mat outside of shower
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Kathy (9/5): Superb -
- Danielle (10/5): Cozy, comfy, rustic bungalow - The bungalow was awesome, very clean, and roomy. The kitchen had everything you could need if you were going to be preparing meals there. The beds were comfy. Furniture was very nice. Quite homey feeling. It had papertowels. Aluminum foil, saran wrap, spice rack with spices. A k cup coffee maker. Hair dryer was also available. Wifi wouldn't stay connected, but that wasn't a huge deal at least for me anyway.
- Forrest (9/5): Just right for our needs - Good location
Clean WiFi one day didn’t work/work well
- Ann (8/5): Very good -
- Tito (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arvind (1/5): Would NOT recommend - Sufficient room for the three of us, clean. Zero customer service despite significant issues:
No human on site and did not answer phone or respond to texts
No toilet paper
Coffee maker and bedroom plug point is dead
WiFi is super weak and goes out periodically
Cellular service bad ( not facility’s fault)
Tv not usable as signal stops and resets every few seconds
There are places much closer to Yellowstone
- Robert (9/5): Very good would recommend. - Spacious, airy, beautiful shower. No real issues. View of the neighboring property not so good. Could have a bigger / better address number on building. (the location was described well, but we were tired and easily confused when we arrived)
- Pease (9/5): Very nice and modern. - There was no breakfast. I wish there was. I could have used a hot plate. Gksd I brought my own. The fridge temp kept changing and it froze our lettuce, but kept our sausage raw.
- Clint (9/5): Superb -
- Geraldine (8/5): Stunning location and beautifully decorated - Great location, less than an hour from Yellowstone.
New facilities, tastefully decorated, beautiful location. Wifi was very weak, no hangers or place to store clothes. no toaster
- Vivek (1/5): Not stayed at all - Nothing They didn’t give the room that I booked . Behaved badly when I asked them to provide the room which I booked.
- Garry (9/5): Lovely place - Room was wonderful, big and modern and very nicely decorated. Location was outside of everything and nothing was open, no where to eat apart from pizza place half mile away
- Kristin (9/5): I would definitely return for any future trips to the Yellowstone area. - General location is nice; not in the middle of things but close enough. I love the decor of the room and the roomy shower with lots of toiletries. While I didn't drink any of the coffee, loved what was available. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section so I couldn't refreeze my freezer blocks (I was road tripping with lots of bottled water). Would also prefer to NOT have my full name written on a whiteboard outside the room for all the world to see. I get last name, but my full name was on the board.
- Kateryna (8/5): very nice! - very clean and nice place! modern style! -
- Claudia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (10/5): Great accomidation near Yellowstone national park! - Comfortable , large and clean rooms. Far enough off the highway to be quiet No staff on the site.
- Jaimi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (9/5): Great place, will stay there again. - Spacious and comfortable accommodation for a great price. 2 separate bedrooms so you still have privacy and the ability to go to bed at different times. Allowed us an early start at Yellowstone without paying the crazy prices closer to the entrance. Restaurants nearby. Did not realize there wasn't an office and drove around the facility for a bit before we found our room. Maybe there was a text or email about that I missed.
- Zachary (10/5): Wonderful stay with all you needed. - Updated and modern, yet still had the mountain vibe to the room. Laundromat came in handy to freshen up the clothes too. Distance from either Yellowstone or Grand Teton.
- Wendy (8/5): Very good -
- Edmund (8/5): Very good - It was a little farther from Yellowstone than we would have liked
- Renee (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jenny (9/5): Felt very welcome - loved the laundry facilities- easy check in and out - Super cute room! Bed was comfortable- shower was extra large ( no hair dryer) and had a great heater! The decor was wonderful- very western but not tacky. Nothing
- Janet (9/5): Excellent -
- Ashly (8/5): Very good -
- Jayne (10/5): Exceptional - The room was really nice, better than I expected! The furnishings were nice, the towels and sheets were very good quality, the shower was excellent. Communication about check in and check out was easy and timely. Even though Email and text communication was good, and perhaps more efficient, I prefer the personal touch of having someone on the property.
- Neville (8/5): Very good -
- Martha (7/5): Clean, new and remote. - The room was brand new. Everything was comfortable. Well, the address took us to the wrong location 2x. We texted the number (since there is no front office) and the first map they sent took us to the wrong place again. I called and a third map finally got us there. The room was beautiful, it’s remote. We were dead tired and starving so we went accross the street to the restaurant and there was an hour wait without a reservation. Monday night in the middle of nowhere? Wow. Didn’t see that coming. Found a crappy hamburger elsewhere.
If you are going into Yellowstone West entrance the next day and are prepared for the food situation this is an awesome option! Make dinner reservations or eat before!
Mostly my bad that I didn’t do my research!!!
- Hippe (9/5): Nice facility, clean and great location. - Clean newer facility. The rooms felt more like a home then a motel. Easy access from hwy and there was food across the street. I was not aware it was a facility that would provide you a code on check-in day. I was in Yellowstone out of service so upon arrival I couldn't get it as I hadn't been in my email. There is no office attended by employees. The phone number I called had no answer but I received a text shortly after calling. I was delayed in getting in by about 10 minutes before I found the email code.
- Terri (5/5): Lovely to look at, but wouldn’t stay again, or recommend. - It’s a new property, so everything is clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable. The laundry room is impressive. No chairs outdoors as shown in the photos. No bath mat, no Kleenex, no water cups in the bathroom. Only one waste basket for the unit. No sugar or stirrers for coffee. No reading lamps. No TV/remote instructions. No soundproofing between units. The phone number given to address issues is “not a working number, or has been disconnected”. The address given brought us to a residential area 15 miles north of the actual property. Expensive.
- Osantowski (8/5): Pretty nice place. Thanks! - Decor is cute. Nice having a table. Name on board outside the room is concerning for a woman. With my name, I crossed out Tina is Kristina. Parking was a little tight. A smart tv would be nice.
- Brendan (10/5): Best Option in Island Park - Everything was great. The only (small) thing missing was the fact that there was conditioner provided but not shampoo.
- John (8/5): Good value, nice place. - No breakfast. Good location. No bath mat. Cement floor hurt my feet.
- Joske (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable, well furnished and excellent shower! No outside chairs, the security lock did not close.
- Noah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephan (9/5): Nice designed room on close distance from Yellowstone - Nice interior design. Brand new property. Good mattress. Laundromat is part of same property. 30 mins from West Yellowstone only. Interior is very complete. Netflix.
Free parking onsite.
Checkin process is self service but went flawless. The front view is some new construction project.
When arriving at night can be a challenge to find it, because everything in this area is very dark.
No iron and ironing board, which is a bit of a handicap since a Laundromat is part of property.
If your phone contract does not support roaming in USA, checkin and checkout will be a problem as you need to send text msg to the property owner.
