• Nienke (9/5): A bit noisy but amazing party location - Amazing location, historical place in a very nice cosy neighborhood Quite noisy as it was in a street with bars and cafes and there was a hole in the window… Once the hole is fixed the noise level should be better! And ear plugs also help.

• Joakim (8/5): - Läget är utmärkt, gångavstånd till det mesta. Enormt utbud av restuaranger. Vill man sova på natten bör man inte bo här, väldigt mycket väsen fram på morgonen.
• André (5/5): - Das Appartement hat die besten Tage hinter sich. Wenn hier ein wenig investiert würde, wäre ein Aufenthalt sicher wieder zu empfehlen. Gastgeberin ist freundlich, der Rest eher enttäuschend. (Bett durchgelegen, Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab, Küchenausstattung kaputt und insgesamt dürftig, usw.)

• Lina (8/5): Buen lugar para hospedarse en Roma - Todo estuvo bien, la ubicación del lugar en Trastevere es grandiosa. El ruido en la noche, ya que queda en una zona bastante comercial y el ruido de las personas se escucha hasta casi las 3 am. Es ideal para estancias cortas
• Charlotte (7/5): Fijn apartment, leuke buurt, maar veel geluidsoverlast - Het is een ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is goede communicatie en het appartement bevindt zich in een ontzettend leuke buurt! Tegenover het appartement zit een bar en je hebt de hele avond geluidsoverlast. Als de muziek eindelijk uit is en er geen mensen meer op straat aan het drinken en feesten zijn, beginnen ze met het opruimen van de straat, wat ook veel geluidsoverlast geeft. En dan worden nog de glasbakken geleegd.. Daarnaast was 1 kant van het bed helaas te veel gebruikt, waardoor er een kuil in het matras zit.

• Georgia (4/5): If you’re looking to party this is a great place for you, if you’re looking to have a holiday and see Rome, this accomod - The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Locations is walking distance to most attractions. The place was clean. It is extremely loud and in the party area. The bed is very uncomfortable and sags. Aircon also not working properly.

• Justo miguel (8/5): Cómodo departamento en el corazón de Trastevere - La ubicación del departamento es excelente, en pleno corazón de Trastevere. Las principales atracciones de Roma se encuentran relativamente cerca del departamento y eso es genial. Si bien habíamos avisado la hora de llegada, aceptada por el locador, estuvimos casi una hora esperando que alguien llegue a recibirnos y no contestaban los mensajes y llamados telefónicos. La puerta de ingreso al edificio se encuentra siempre abierta porque no cierra bien (hay que golpearla)

• Jennifer (5/5): OK place, but not clean or quiet - Friendly hosts Great location - restaurants and bars on your doorstep and close access to all of Rome Felt safe in the area and the apartment Bed was comfy enough They sent numerous automated messages asking what time we plan to arrive, even after we responded the first time. Still, no one acknowledged the time we said we would arrive, no one was waiting to meet us at the time we shared, and we were forced to call when standing outside the door on a busy street. A lockbox would be much better. The room was not yet ready either, even though we arrived after 2pm. The street below is very, very loud. The windows block most of the noise, however then you have to rely on the AC for cool air. The AC unit is terrible - it heats up so much to run the machine that the cold air is cancelled out. A fan would have been much better at this time of year, and would have also helped drown out the street noise. There was no cover to wrap the duvet (which I doubt is cleaned after each stay), they relied on a sheet on top and bottom - not good enough. One of the pillows was missing a pillowcase. Made me wonder what other corners were cut in cleaning the place. A hook for the hand towel and shelf in the shower would also go a long way. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of attention to detail, the cleanliness was questionable and the combination of the street noise/crappy AC unit made for a tough night's sleep. I would stay in this area of Rome again, but not in this apartment.
• Francisco (8/5): Comfortable place in excellent location. - The location close to restaurants and close to historic district. Easy to get to and easy check out. Comfortable beds. The noise on the street was a lot on Saturday night, but that’s the price you pay for being in that district.

• Léa (6/5): Convenient place to stay for a weekend in Rome. - The location is amazing, everything can be done by walking. The neighborhood is very lovely :) The cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen was not great. Overall the flat is pretty dark.
• Luca (4/5): Disappointing - Location very popular and definitely perfect for any night life, you can find everything you need for a fancy night in Roma Very nice Apartment but very low maintenance and careless Dirty and very low furnished, poor quality of the forniture and the bathroom really need more care in cleaning and maintenance. Very loud and noisy especially on weekends nights. Definitely you will hardy sleep if it’s Saturday night. Overall not worth the price

• Yvonne (8/5): Very good - The space was nice, kitchen facilities were good. Great location, everything was walking distance to main attractions. The noise from the street was loud however we brought ear plugs and used the air-conditioning to drown out the sound, so it was fine.
• Kim (7/5): Nice location in Trastevre. - Great location A little loud at night, ear plugs helped. Communication was a problem, the host was slow to respond to requests. There were no toiletries provided even though it was included as an amenity. We did not even have kitchen towels. We had been traveling for almost a month in Italy and, although stated, it was the first place to not have working air conditioning. When I inquired about it, I was told it was “not necessary” and too early to use it according to the EU regulations. We told the host what time we would be arriving, at 4:30, however our room still was not ready for us.
• Marek (6/5): Convenient place for a short visit to Rome. - The property is well located and has the basic stuff for a short stay. It would benefit from more cutlery (we were 4 and there were not enough spoons, not a big issue though), washing up liquid and hand wash was also run out. Just the small details were not there. I missed a microwave and a better equipped kitchen.

• Jacqueline (5/5): I booked it as a place to sleep & couldn’t! people should be informed that it is in an extremely busy party zone of - spacious & the location was ok crazy street noise until 4am every night & then followed by street cleaning machines from 5am … even with double glazing it was impossible to sleep :-(

Location Location Location You are on a very noisy street be aware.. heavy noise till 4, then street cleaners from 7ish...so as others advised bring ear plugs..

• Mitzi (10/5): Excellent. Lively. "Foodie capital" is an accurate description - Everything imaginable was close by: mini marts, grocery, souvenirs, entertainment, restaurants, pharmacy, and atms. It was lively but in a nice way. I felt quite safe walking around at any time and people were always walking by. The only thing I would recommend is a standing fan not because the air conditioner can't keep the place cool but it would circulate the air better and not need to use the air conditioner as much. The other minor thing is a shampoo/soap holder in the shower.
• Megan (6/5): Pleasant - Very central location in Trastevere. Very spacious room. Reasonable price. Just a warning that the host charges you 20 euro extra if you want to check in after 7pm. We were surprised by this and would have preferred a key lock if the host doesn't want to come out after 7pm. Also we weren't given the correct wifi password until the next day after numerous messages. The room is right outside a busy bar street so might need to bring ear plugs, especially on a Saturday. The air con is a unit in the room that only cools down the room slightly and is very noisy (works to block out the street noise though). Bed not the comfiest ever but ok.
