• Serge (7/5): Le propriétaire ne respecte pas son annonce sur Booking.com - Soyez prudent avec ce logis, le propriétaire n’est pas sur les lieux et sa franchise ainsi que sa loyauté ne sont pas ses qualités premières. Inversement, le gardien de cette maison est merveilleux, gentil, agréable et serviable. C’est le seul attrait de ce logis. Dans la réalité la salle de bain sans aucune aération avec wc incorporés car la fenêtre est bouchée et cloutée. Seule la chambre est climatisée. Le propriétaire demande un supplément financier pour utiliser le seul réchaud de la cuisine, les couverts (fourchettes et cuillères) sont cerclés par des serre Flex, peut-être par crainte qu’ils soient volés. Comble d’irritation vous êtes filmés à l’intérieur de la maison. Il a nous a fallu menacer de partir pour obtenir que nous avions droit à la chambre climatisée (malgré son offre envoyée par email). Serge (Français) Que le propriétaire ne soit pas correcte, il utilise son gardien comme écran pour récupérer des suppléments financiers qui n'ont pas lieu d'exister.

• Nel (7/5): Rustic house in residential neighborhood of Anuradhapura - This is a simple, rustic place in a residential area of Anuradhapura. There are three bedrooms, a living room and dining room, and kitchen in the place. My bedroom had a four-poster bed with mosquito net, good lighting, and AC. There are stands and cabinets to pack away things, as well as an ensuite bathroom. When I was there, I was the only tenant, but not sure if the plan in future is to rent to multiple parties. Owners are quite helpful, and can also provide a lot of cultural and historic insight for the town. The house is in need of serious updates that go well beyond basic cleaning, although the bedroom itself is good. The rental is suitable if you don't use the kitchen; the kitchen is not in a state that is acceptable for use, but the owners planning on renovating it, so best keep posted as to any potential renovations. There is also a shortage of electrical plugs in the place.
