- James (7/5): Large, attractively furnished but disappointing - Location was excellent. Apartment was secure, quiet, large, clean and attractively furnished. Bed comfortable. Washer was a plus. Internet was good. We each hit our heads with the low wood beam inside the apartment and also when accessing the washer due to the low door. Good comfy bed but placement against the wall close to the beam is constricting and not ideal. No TV but then again the apartment does not advertise as having a TV. When we first arrived after opening the building door, we were surprised that the courtyard is a messy, musty smelly construction site. To be fair though, no noise could be heard as no one was working the construction in our 4 days there. However, a musty smell coming from the construction area can be faintly smelled in the apartment. The courtyard is dimly lit making going in and around the construction area in the evening challenging. The elevator goes to the 3rd floor but still 9 stairs to climb with low lighting to the actual apartment door.

- Tina (7/5): Cute place with good location - This is a lovely quaint place with gorgeous wooden beams on the roof and skylights. Modern appliances and host was very helpful. location was great too: walking distance to everything. There were games to play and enough dishes etc for the 4 of us. The lighting isnât great. there are a lot of peripheral lights but no main light and none over the dining table so we used our torch lights on our phone a bit. Itâs also the only place we have booked through booking.com where we have had to strip our sheets and take out all our rubbish. Iâm sure if not being able to leave any rubbish behind is a common thing or not, but iâve not experienced it before at any other place we have stayed at.

Overall, we loved the experience! - The perfect Parma location, a stunningly designed, artful space, wonderfully clean, easy in and out, well-stocked with amenities. The communication with the host, once we were there, could have been slightly better, but she was very responsive mostly. The WiFi was inconsistent. The very low beam near the sleeping area was a bit challenging to navigate â but it was beautiful ⌠so, not complaining; just watch your head!

Location is right in the heart of things, close to many shops, bars and restaurants but surprisingly quiet inside the apartment. Weâve travelled throughout Italy for decades and this is definitely one of the best places weâve stayed. Nothing.

- Julie (8/5): A quiet and comfortable apartment in a great location. - Comfortable, spacious and modern apartment in a great location. A mirror in the main living area would make a big difference and it would be better if the bed wasnât right under the eaves.

It is close to our favorite restaurant, museums, bars and shops. The internet was a little slow, but since we spend little time in the apartment it was of little concern.
