The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor area was a real highlight – plenty of space for the kids to play. The villa offered a great mix of privacy and comfort, making it easy for us to enjoy quality time together. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and making sure everything was perfect for our stay. We truly had a great family time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The hosts were so attentive and responded quickly with all the information we needed. !We cant wait to come back All was perfect!
• Patrick (10/5): Merveilleux séjour en famille - Maison de plain pied magnifique avec de grands espaces, une cuisine hyper bien équipée, une salle de jeux pour les enfants. Le jardin est très sympa avec une grande terrasse qui accueille une magnifique table pour déjeuner dehors. Côté équipement c'est simple, tout y est !!! lave vaisselle , lave linge, sèche linge... Les chambres sont très jolies, les salles de bains aussi. Il n'y a que quelques mètres à faire pour aller à une plaine de jeux et à la marina. C'était Noel et nos hôtes ont pris la peine de décorer la maison. On s'est senti bien accueilli, et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour! Si vraiment il faut trouver un petit défaut, ce serait peut être la proximité de la voie ferrée, mais ce n'est absolument pas gênant et au contraire, notre petit fils était en admiration à chaque fois qu'un train passait!!

Many extra little considerations around the house as well as amazing kids play area and football pitch made it worth every penny. Everything was perfect
• Rita (10/5): - Az hogy "minden is" tetszett, remélem mindent elmond. Harmonikus, tágas, ízléses, otthonos, nem tudok olyat írni, amivel ne lett volna ellátva a házban lévő összes helység. Első perctől kezdve otthon éreztük magunkat, kicsik-nagyok, kinn-benn. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy maximális kényelemben töltheti napjait aki idelátogat. Hogy nem az enyém😀

• ilana (10/5): - הכל!!!! הבית הכי מושקע, נקי ונוח שהיינו בו. מפנק, מאובזר מאוד ומתאים למשפחות עם ילדים. הבעלים חשבו על כל פרט ופרט. חדר משחקים לילדים קטנים, משחקי קופסא וחצר לגדולים, מטבח מאובזר מאוד!!! אפילו קשיות ומגירת תבלינים. מכונה כביסה ומייבש, כולל אבקת כביסה ומרכך. נהננו מכל רגע ולא רצינו לעזוב. כלום. אי אפשר לא לאהוב את הבית הזה.
• Tal (9/5): - הבית מדהים, מרווח מאוד, מאובזר היטב, חצר מרהיבה. הבית מאוד משוכלל בכל מכשירי החשמל והאביזרים. לקח לנו רגע להבין ובעל הבית היה נדיב מאוד וסבלני להסביר לנו כל מה שהיינו צריכים. המיקום של הבית מושלם! מרחק קצר להמון אפשרויות כולל המעבורת לטיהאני, שיופוק, בלטונבוגלאר ועוד. יתרון משמעותי בכך שכמות המעופפים בלילה פחותה משמעותית משיופוק, כמעט בלתי מורגש. יש מרכז תיירותי חמוד ונעים 3 דק נסיעה מהבית, 15 דקות ברגל. יש בו מסעדות מעולות, משחקי וידאו לילדים, קרבה מושלמת לאגם. ממליצה בחום רב

• Roman_mg (10/5): Absolutely exceptional accommodation that exceeded our expectations. - Absolutely exceptional accommodation that exceeded our expectations. We have been going to Balaton for more than 10 years, mainly by bike. We are 4 friends, so we are looking for accommodation with 4 rooms and at least 2 bathrooms and a dishwasher. I can say that this house is the best of all the ones we have ever visited near Balaton. Excellently furnished, the kitchen contained everything a person needs for a stay (dishwasher tablets, spices, coffee maker, toaster, ...). Comfortable beds, sitting in the garden on the terrace also excellent. And as a bonus after a whole day of cycling - a functional jacuzzi with beautifully warm water. The distance between Fonyod/Siofok is about the same, so the accessibility along the cycle path is excellent. If our health permits and the house is still on offer next year, we have no reason to look for anything else, we won't find anything better anyway. :) Nothing.
