Jackie (6/5): Apartment review - The location as clise to the shops restaurents and bars etc The sofa was a bit uncomfortable and the building became very cold especially at night but that could be because not a lot of sun comes to the building.

Anonim_ (1/5): Dirty, dirty, dirty - ---- This is the first time I've given a rating below 8 and also the first time I've been fooled by the ratings given by other guests. As soon as we entered the apartment we were hit by a musty smell, a stronger smell in the double bedroom and which hit you hard when you opened the doors of the kitchen or bedroom cupboards. We got rid of the smell in the apartment after two days of airing it out in the morning and evening. The mattresses, probably the cheapest, were uncomfortable. The cupboards were unusable: in a mess on each shelf different things were stored carelessly, plus our clothes probably took on that smell. We left our clothes in our luggage and partly on the sofa in the living room. The apartment was very dirty. I'll leave pictures. Under and behind the beds were never cleaned. In some areas of the bathroom as well. Basically, the cleaning between guests seems to be limited to sweeping the floor and changing the bed linen and towels. The dishes and cutlery full of grease from previous guests. And because dirt is a friend of cockroaches, I'll leave a picture of one. I've also caught another one that was just as big but was quicker on its feet. I'll also leave a picture of the place where the cleaning utensils are stored - a small inner courtyard that can be reached from the kitchen. Not to forget, the cushions of the chairs on the terrace full of stains and cat hair. At check out, I showed all of this to the owner in the presence of the two girls responsible for cleaning/dirt. He had explanations for some of them, the humidity, the dirt collected in 7 days (we swept/wiped daily but didn't come on vacation for general cleaning), etc. However, he didn't seem very affected, although he apologized.
Kelvin (8/5): - Balcony was a plus, air conditioning was fantastic. Owner gave excellent directions on how to access the property using a well detailed video. Kitchen was good and access to Internet made it even better. Cigarette smell was still evident.

Victoria (8/5): We liked the location so much that we are now considering a months stay in the New Year in the same - The location was good for us, a 10 minute walk to the supermarket, coffee shop, bars and beach. The double bed mattress was uncomfortable.

A few ants so you can make attention where to put your food, just upside. I'll advice to put your key in the box all the time if it's rest in the room, you risk to rest outside! Maybe some night lamp and some more cup of soup...

Slobodanka (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The distance from the beach is less than 10 minutes' walk without climbing. The distance from smaller markets is less than 10 minutes' walk. Larnaca is easily accessible by public transport. Professional service. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The owner of the apartment is professional, he was very kind and available for everything we needed from information and help. He was always available via viber. In the apartment you will find a notebook with printed maps for the most important locations (shops, the beach, etc... and instructions for getting around by public transport), as well as possible excursions. Upon arrival, the owner sent me the location, and on the way back he organized a taxi for us. Wi fi was good. Don't worry that the apartment doesn't have mosquito nets, because there aren't any mosquitoes either (we didn't see a single one). Don't worry about the additional cost of paying for electricity. The amount is not large. For the sake of statistics, we paid about 17 euros in 11 days. Although the temperatures are high, the nights are pleasant, so there is no need to turn on the air conditioner often. The apartment is very pleasant to stay in. Nothing

Denis (9/5): Very clean, modern appartment, great value for money. - Overall very good experience. Nice, quiet apartment. Has everything you could wish for. All kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. Nice cold AC in both bedrooms and living room. Very good and professional host. Will definitely recommend. Location is not so obvious. There is a sign, but you could see when you are 3 meters from it. Streets around all looks the same, easy to get lost especially at night. Other than that no issues at all.
