The shower could use a little work. The actual shower worked well but needs a curtain or door to prevent the whole bathroom from being flooded.

O hotel fica numa zona turística, há 2 km da entrada leste do Parque Nacional, perto de vários restaurantes e supermercados. • Emelie (9/5): Toppenläge till parken samt till Wulingyuan centrum. Trevlig personal och bra faciliteter. - Så mysig hostel som låg 5 minuter med taxi till Zhangjiajie National Park. Även endast 10 min promenad till själva centrumet där det låg restauranger. Värdarna var supertrevliga och gav oss tips om både matställen samt vilken rutt som var den bästa att ta i parken. Rummet var bra och sängarna bekväma! Duschen hade ingen dörr så vattnet skvätte ut på golvet vilket var lite jobbigt.

• Asia (10/5): A volte bastano un sorriso e una persona che ti accolga con il cuore aperto! - La ragazza alla reception mi ha accolta in maniera davvero gentile e disponibile, rapportandosi in modo umano e aperto, curioso ed empatico (grazie Ting!!). Parlava un ottimo inglese ed ha impiegato tempo e pazienza nello spiegare dettagliatamente tutte le informazioni legate al parco di Zhangjiajie. Ho avuto la possibilità di comprare i biglietti d'entrata per il parco tramite la struttura, a prezzi scontati e convenienti. La mia camera, oltre ad essere esteticamente molto carina (dettaglio non fondamentale ma sempre apprezzato!), era estremamente curata, con bagno pulito ed un comodo e morbido letto matrimoniale. Ho usufruito gratuitamente della lavatrice della struttura e avuto la possibilità di lasciare i miei vestiti stesi ad asciugare per qualche giorno. La posizione è ottima per il Baofeng Lake, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Struttura non troppo vicina all'entrata del parco di Zhangjiajie (45 minuti a piedi) e alla principale stazione degli autobus (40 minuti a piedi). Tuttavia, prendendo il taxi, si arriva in 5 minuti, con 10 yuan. Comunque, considerata la mia esperienza, quello della posizione non è stato assolutamente un problema e sicuramente tornerei in questa struttura, se dovessi andare a Zhangjiajie!

• Appoline (9/5): - La gérante de la guesthouse nous a acheté les billets du parc et de Tianmen Mountain. Elle nous a également préparer une carte avec toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin pour la visite du parc et elle nous a indiqué où se trouvait la station de bus pour aller à Tianmen mountain (à 15 min à pieds de la guest house). Elle était également toujours joignable par whatsapp et on peut faire une machine sur le rooftop donc top! Notre chambre était également super, surtout après toute une journée dans le parc, il faut juste une bonne douche et des lits confortables! Ce n'est pas un point négatif mais s'il y avait un petit déjeuner ça serait encore mieux!

• Anne (9/5): Sehr fürsorgliche und liebe Hosts! - Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Waschmaschine und die Möglichkeit die Wäsche dann auch aufzuhängen ist sehr praktisch. Als Ausgangslage für den Nationalpark Super. Zum Osteingang kann man in ca. einer halben Stunde laufen, Grand Canyon und Tiamen Mountain sind mit eine Didi 30 - 40 Minuten entfernt. Das beste sind aber die Hosts. Ein sehr nettes Paar, beide sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Beide sprechen Englisch. Sie haben sehr dazu beigetragen aus unserem Aufenthalt das beste rauszuholen. Sie haben uns geholfen die täglichen Touren zu planen, haben alle Fragen mit viel Geduld beantwortet, alle Tickets und Zeitslots gebucht. Schon allein wegen den beiden lohnt sich ein Aufenthalt :-D Vielen Dank noch einmal Ein Kühlschrank wäre praktisch. Da es aber recht kalt war konnten wir die Sachen auf dem Fensterbrett lagern. Der Name der Unterkunft ist ein anderer, wie auf dem Schild am Eingang steht. Das ist etwas verwirrend.

• JOSE (10/5): Muy recomendable por espacio, calidad, precio y amabilidad. - La habitacion era amplia, con muchos detalle de cortesía. La camada cómoda y el baño amplio. No obstante lo que más me gustó fue la disponibilidad y amabilidad del duelo, Chao. Me gestionó todo lo que necesitaba. Recomiendo recurrir a el para compra de entradas (las consigue más baratas y se encarga de todo) y si necesitas un taxi u otro servicio. Me gustó todo.

The whole team was amazing, helped me book a taxi to get to the Guesthouse and book tickets to the surrounding national parks. The room was also very comfortable, there is a free washing machine that can be used by guests and the area is great, not right in the city but has many many restaurants, supermarktes andassage places around.. I enjoyed my stay here very much, thank you so much to the whole team! -

• Sandra (10/5): I would recommend this stay to everyone. - I highly recommend everyone staying at this property. The owners (I assume) are very friendly and thoughtful people. Even before I arrived they got in touch with me on WeChat offering help with buying discounted tickets for the park. After I arrived they explained the whole plan and route to me on the map, with all the details. This has been incredibly helpful as navigating the park as a foreigner can be confusing due to not clear signage and no English speaking staff in the park - but having everything laid out on the map for you made it effortless. My room was lovely, in a traditional ethnic style and very clean. The East Gate entrance to the park is only a short taxi ride away or 20 min walk. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This was a great experience.

• Kayla (10/5): - The facilities were great. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and powerful, the room was very spacious. The best thing about the place is the hosts. Chao was so kind and so helpful. He helped us book all of our activities, explained how to reach them and even the best route to take while there. He went over and above to help us. He absolutely made our stay. Nothing.
• Claudia (8/5): A fantastic stay close to the parks, with unbeatable friendly customer service. - The owner was a lovely man, that offered help planning my visit to the national park and provided a map there. He upgraded my room for free and was very friendly throughout my stay, offering me his contact details incase I ran into any trouble. He even assisted me carrying my luggage up/down the one flight of stairs! The room was comfortable and large, and had great amenities. The location was nice, with convenience stores and restaurants next door. The walk into central town took 20minutes, and the East Gate was a 5minute car ride away. The shower didn’t have a central door so water got everywhere on the floor, and there were signs of ageing throughout the bathroom area. The heater didn’t seem to work well.

Their open communication and genuine willingness to help will make you feel better than at home. No matter what you ask – you'll always be met with a smile and an immediate, effective response. Shops, restaurants, and massage parlors are nearby. Everything is close by. The hotel's owner is incredibly helpful and will advise you on everything according to your preferences – you can book tickets to Zhangjiajie National Park or book a timed entry – all of which can be arranged at the hotel with a discount. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Best regards.

• JONGEUN (10/5): 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다. 주인분도 친절하세요~ - 가성비 짱입니다. 방2개에 500위안 미만의 돈으로 이용 했습니다. 주인분께서 방을 더블베드 1개 방에서 더블베드가 2개인 방으로 무료 업그레이드도 해주셨습니다. 짧은 영어로 소통 가능합니다. 위치는 중심지에서 조금 벗어나 있지만, 도보로 메인 거리로 이동 가능한 수준입니다. 주변에 가성비 좋은 양꼬치 로컬 식당도 있고, 슈퍼마켓도 많습니다. 세탁기도 옥상에 있어서 사용 가능합니다. 세탁기는 있지만, 건조기가 없는 게 아쉽습니다.
• Koosha (10/5): - The hotel is very close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest, just a few minutes by car. The hotel is nice and comfy, and very good value for the price. The staff were very nice and helpful, they helped us plan our visit to the national forest and also helped us a lot with our luggage. They were very kind! The shower didn't have a door or curtain, so some water would get out of the shower into the bathroom. Not a big problem, but could be improved.
• jerez martinez (10/5): Estancia muy acogedora! - La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, la dueña fue súper amable, nos ayudó con el mapa,la ruta y hasta con el cargador del teléfono. Lugar muy cerca de la entrada este, rodeado de un montón de tiendas y bares para comer desde muy temprano hasta tarde. 100% recomendado! Quizás podría ser que no hay desayuno, por poner una pega.

• Iceberger (10/5): An amazing stay. - The owner of the guesthouse is a very helpful man, ever ready to give advice on the perfect itinerary. Everyday without fail, when we were leaving excitedly in the morning for the start of our trip, he would remind us kindly to bring along our passports. He and his lovely wife even helped us to call cabs and made sure we get cheaper fares. When my shoes gave way, although he didn't have the glue, he brought us to the shop to buy it even though it was late into the night. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for an excellent location and amazing service.

Власниця допомогала нам з усіма нашими проблемами, постійно викликала таксі, наприклад, та поклала гроші на Вічат, а ми дали гроші готівкою, термінал для карток Віза/мастеркард у них також є. Я дуже вдячна за такий прекрасний сервіс! Номер прекрасний, чисто, кожного дня оновлювали воду і викидали сміття 🚮 Поряд є продуктові магазини і локація також непогана, близько до East входу в національний парк. До речі, для всіх туристів я б рекомендувала краще купувати білети на самий високий скляний міст у світі та в парк Тіанмен, ніж в національний парк Zhangjiajie (це три різні локації, а не одна, як ми думали помилково, і вони знаходяться не поряд), бо ці 2 місця вражають більше. Власниця допоможе купити білети по таким же цінам як на сайті, ще й розповість який краще маршрут обрати і дасть туристичну мапу для цього місця. На англійській говорять чудово. Я б рекомендувала одразу дати свій вічат через платформу букінгу, так зручніше комунікувати.
• julien (3/5): Disappointing. - - The owner is very kind and helps you with your outings. - The hotel is really dirty. - The kitchen is the dirtiest and most disgusting place in the hotel. - The room is basic and dirty. - The shower doesn't even have a door so water splashes everywhere. - The common areas are unwelcoming. To be honest, I had booked three nights but I left for another hotel after one night because it was really disappointing. I think the reviews are fake, it's impossible otherwise. If you want to try it, go ahead, but you'll see for yourself. I'm not trying to be mean, but it's better to warn customers beforehand.

Ci sono molti ristoranti dove mangiare li vicino. Lo consiglio anche per la gentilezza e la simpatia della proprietaria che ci ha aiutati in tutto.. prenotandoci le escursioni e spiegandoci con la cartina tutti i percorsi nel dettaglio ed è stata utilissima!!! Ci ha anche organizzato i trasferimenti per l aeroporto. Grazie ancora di tutto! Siamo stati come a casa!

• Corinne (8/5): - Really friendly and helpful staff especially Ting. She arranged discounted tickets for the National Park and Geans Canyon. The shower cubicle didn't have a door so the floor got wet after showering. Also the toilet got blocked so we had to put used toilet paper in a bin. We're not used to this but coped.

Mais nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et les conseils de M.CHAO qui nous a aidé à réserver les billets pour le Parc et optimiser notre parcours. Cela nous a permis de visiter le parc sans avoir besoin de faire la queue.
