Veramendonca579 (7/5): Modern, good location but has some issues - The apartment is very well equiped and confortable, the tram stop is very close. The shower has no pressure at all. There was no information about the taxes we needed to pay on arrival, and it was very uncomfortable to be asked for money without knowing the reason on advance. In the bathroom there was no place to put any thing. The AC is very difficult to work with, and we were always a bit cold because of it. The cleaning needs to be improved.
