• Dorothy (1/5): Toilets, people flushing, had to do plumbers duties, just too many faults - Only easy to get keys Place was dirty, cocoraches infested. Rules of don't thru out unit. Property was notified. NO SHOW.

• Peter (6/5): Nice location, but outdated. - The location was great, view was amazing and furnished well. Cockroaches in the kitchen at night. The TV wasn't working the best, and only has open serve - no dstv nor smart option. The wifi never worked, and we were there for over a month.

The place was comfortable to accommodate us There were some broken appliances, the customer service claimed we took items from the place of which we did not even use them as we had our glassware and they deducted an amount from the deposit even after I gave evidence. The neighbor we had was complaining even during the day yet noise was allow during the day.

• Sonto (4/5): Disappointing - I liked beach, the pool is very clean, security is tight room are very clean , security guards they are very friendly and welcoming Did not like the fact that whe we arrive for check in we had to wait for about 30 minutes to get the key, they kept on asking who we are where did we book the accommodation it was like we were not expected. Room 26 was very hot and the fan was not work couldn't sleep at all, TV was not playing, room 13 there was no toilet paper when we arrived. We did a complain to the security, we wrote and send watsapp complaining about matter there was no response nothing was done about it.

The fact that the owner phoned and shouted at me, saying we should pack our bags and leave, cause some of the guest were complaining that we making noise only to find out we were not even at the property around that time.. He was supposed to call the security to check rooms 25 and 26 if we were there or not... And never had the desency to call and apologize for that..

• Britz (2/5): Bad service, false advertising - Location Owner rude, furniture old, tv not working, dirty dishes in cupboard. Pics on bookings.com not what you booked. They use the ssme pics for 4 units, then send the ubit number, but when you get there, they give you other units to stay in, and not what you booked. False advertising by owner.

• Van (5/5): average - The ocean view The bedding was below average for the amount of money you pay for the rental. General kitchen utensils were old. Second bath room toilette only flushed after the second or third flush. Not the flat's fault but the Neighbours flat in the corner was super noisy. Music blaring, kids running up and down the corridor shouting and screaming. Not sure if this is a rental or permeant residents.

• Retha (2/5): Not the best - The location. Booked flat 13 based of the pictures on Booking.com. Got flat 25 and it's such a downgrade. Very outdated, some lights did not work, not the best decor. Waited outside the flat for two hours trying to get hold of the owner. After 11 phone calls he eventually gave me someone else's number who could assist me to just get the keys..... Not the best start to our 3 days stay.

Rita (the host's was friendly and very generous. She made us check in before time because we arrived earlier. The bathrooms have plumbing problems they don't flush properly and the main one also leaks. If they could fix that everything will be 100% perfect.
