Kathleen (8/5): Great value for money. - The room was great, very big and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great too! It's a bit well worn in some areas, a few parts could do with a fresh coat of paint. Our toilet could use a new toilet seat and the shower seal was a bit black. Also, a bin in the room would have been handy. But outwith these small adjustments, it was fantastic!
Fernandes (1/5): Bad - Localisation FRAUD 68 pounds for a room, this was never a hotel, no bath towels, toilet leaking water all night, dirty stairs, I paid for a breakfast that didn't exist, no coffee, no bread, no milk, no one to explain or welcome guests, it's a shame to call this a hotel, you should have respect for your customers, especially those who don't come back

Mr (8/5): The kop View. - The location was incredible. Liverpool is one of my favourite places in the world even though I'm a West Ham season ticket holder I love Liverpool and it's people. Mirror in the bathroom needs to be on the door or in the room (8)... WD 40 on the door between bedroom and bathroom but really that's just being picky.... Thank you for accommodating me and I will definitely come and stay again.

Mantas (1/5): 1/10, fraud - The only good thing, that we've got a roof above our heads. At the arrival to the appartment we've been informed that the room was "double booked" and there is no room for us. We've been given new location to go. The room size of 6sq meters cold, seperate dormitory bathroom, broken water heating system, no hot water, no toilet paper. Totally furious about the experience.
