Aurinko paistoi lähes koko päivän parvekeen puolelle joten iltapäivästä parveke oli aika lämmin paikka oleilla ja lattia siellä polttavan kuuma. Parvekkeen lasiovet eivät toimineet kunnolla ( toista ei saanut auki ollenkaan ), toinen kaihtimista ei laskeunut kuin hieman ja toinen ei laskeutunut alas asti. Uima-altaan vesi oli turhan viileää. Huoneet kaipaisivat hieman remonttia. Siivoojia ei käynyt huoneessa kertaakaan

• Kenneth (3/5): Dårligste hotell og standard jeg noengang har vært på. - At det var noen restauranter nede ved kaien der, det var det eneste lys punktet AT balkonger var ned på bakke niva og knapt 2-3 m3 og så smalt at du ikke kunne gå forbi hverandre og alle forbi passende hadde full innblikk og ingen port og at det ikke ble opplyst på hjemmesiden deres. Toalett knappen for å fylle opp vann i sisternen hang seg opp hver gang du spylte ned, så jeg måtte ta av sisterne lokket og dra den opp hver gang etter spyling av toalettet. Stekepannene var helt ubrukelig, burde vært teflon, all steking satt seg fast med en gang. Rommene var svært lytt, hørte naboen snorke og all prat og ned trekk av toalett likeså. De stengte bassenget en hel dag pga maling av basseng kanten, det kunne de sikkert ha gjort etter kl 17-18 da det var lite badegjester og av og til, ingen så seint å dagen. Da vi nevnte at vi ikke var fornøyd med rommet og spurte og å få flytte opp og evt betale mere, sa de at alt var opp bestilt,men vi så nå flere leiligheter som ikke var i bruk på flere dager etter vi kom. vi spurte da om å bare få kansellere hele bestillingen og få pengene igjen, det gikk de ikke med på. merkelig vist dette hotellet var opp bestilt og attraktivt. Hadde også håpet på at det var en liten butikk like ved så vi kunne kjøpt det mest nødvendige om dagen brus, vann osv, det var det ikke, var et stykke å gå til nærmeste butikk

Allerdings hatten wir eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und links, sodass wir direkt an der Slipanlage, bei der die Boote repariert werden waren. Das war dann entsprechend laut. Die Unterkunft war leider enttäuschend. Das Apartment wirkte insgesamt nicht sauber – verschmierte Lichtschalter, ein dreckiger Sofabezug und generell kein besonders gepflegter Eindruck. Außerdem hatten wir Ameisen im Apartment. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Lampe in einem Schlafzimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht, obwohl wir darauf hingewiesen haben. Leider wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Auch gab es in dem Schlafzimmer keine Steckdose. Besonders schade fanden wir den Umgang damit. Auf unsere freundliche Nachfrage bezüglich eines anderen Zimmers wurde trotz verfügbar wirkender Apartments (laut booking war noch eins frei) nicht eingegangen, und der Kontakt vor Ort war eher unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. Positiv war lediglich die Lage. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft daher leider nicht noch einmal buchen.

Esta a 15 minutos del puerto, de la zona de de copas del puerto y estaba a 15 minutos del centro y a 15 minutos del paseo marítimo más o menos muy bien. El baño es muy normal, la taza y el bidé estaban pegados con lo cual era un poco incómodo. La ducha no se podía enganchar y tienes que mantenerla sujeta con una mano.
• Renata (7/5): Maybe nothing terrible but i wouldn't go back and not recommend it. - I liked just the view from the balcony, but we didn't get the room we booked, we booked a super apartament with 2 bedrooms, and we got a view of the pool wall, we paid the highest amount they offered. But the administration was cool and moved us to another apartment ,with the view from we ordered. (but.. just ,it was apart with 1 bedroom). it really needs renovation and the pool is disappointing, it is not at all deep, only 85 cm to 1,5 m. :( jus for children. in the morning , the sound and noise from the ship repair shop :( and pillows, OMG , THEY LOOK LIKE as if stuffed with stones.. :( the bathroom smell terrible.

Me llamaron 2 veces la atención por supuestamente hacer ruido, cuando estábamos dormidas , mi hija y yo. Tras un viaje de 7 horas!! Alguien se quejó y no comprobaron si el sonido provenía de nuestro apartamento, directamente llamaron por teléfono a la 1:59 y al día siguiente otra vez , más mensaje de Wassap a las 23:19 . La última noche que estuvimos que fue un sábado, nosotras escuchamos a las 3;00 de la mañana ( que nos despertamos) a la pareja de al lado, charlar sobre la misma hora que llegaron de tomar algo. Ni se me ocurrió quejarme . El problema no era que hablasen alto, ni mucho menos. El problema es que las paredes son de papel. Más finas imposible!!! Un chico del alojamiento ( muy majo por cierto) admitió que tal vez fuese el aparcamiento de arriba el del sonido de televisión ( que fue por lo que alguien con la piel muy fina, llamó y se quejo) . Dudo mucho que estuviera tan alto, ya que nosotras nos hubiéramos despertado también. Algo que falta en estos apartamentos son tapones para gentuza como la que pone quejas absurdamente..

Ne on ollu ainoat jotka on osannut työnsä. - Siivooja t tuli auttamaan matkalaukkumme (pyytämättä) huoneeseen. Kun eivät silloin saaneet tippiä niin irvistelivät aina kun meidät näkivät.. meillä ei ollu wc paperia. Pyysimme sitä respasta mutta vain 1 pieni rulla tuli. Ostimme sitten itse. Astiat oli likaiset. Pyyhkeitä ( likaiset) ei haettu eikä tuotu. Kävimme respasta pyytämässä. Bidee vuoti takaosasta vedet lattialle. Emme siis käyttäneet. Annoin mustatukkaiselle siivoojatytölle rapussa nähtyämi 5€. No silloin vähän hymyili. Sama tyttö oli myös aiemmin siivoojana ja yhtä tympeä ja naureskeli vaaleamma n nuoren naisen kanssa halventavasti silloinkin tällaisille 60 viotiaille kun ei tippiä tullu kuin pois lähdettäessä. Supisivat ulkona keskenään ja kyttäsivät meitä. Minua ja sairasta miestäni.pyysin respaa soittamaan meille taksia kun mentiin asioille. Siellä lihava tummatukkainen rillipäineneukko oli suu auki jokun miehen kanssa ha katsoivat toisiaan hölmöinä. Toistin pyyntöni mutta kun ei mitään tapahtunu niin sanoin että asun tässä hotellissa. Yksi lihava respamies taas puhui vaikka kuinka pitkään konkun kanssa puhelimessa ja meidän piti saada pian taksi kun oltiin menossa Notariaattiin. Sanoin hänelle että emme lähde tänään pois vaan pitkitämme oloa ja lähdemme vasta juomenna. Ei tämä kuunnellu koska ilmoitti että meidän lähtö on silloin kuin alkuun oli sovittu. Piti sekin kertoa hänelle mitä olin ilmoittanu. Aivan outoja kaikki virkailijat. Tämä oli kolmas lomailu meillä. 2 aikaiEmpina. Uosina ja nyt. Ennenkin aterinlaatikot roskaisia. Ec papereita ei tuotu astiat likaisia. Esim huulipunanjälk kupeissa ja kahvitahroja. Nyt riitti! Ottakaa nyt edes ammattitaitoiIa ihmisiä töihin.

• Celia (5/5): - La cercanía al centro ya que podías ir andando a todos lados sin necesidad de coger transporte alternativo. La limpieza y la comodidad dejaron mucho que desear. Entiendo que por el precio, la calidad no sea de cinco estrellas, pero el apartamento estaba un poco sucio, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones era como si llamas a tu cuñado para que lo arregle y la comodidad en si también destacó por su ausencia.

The apartment was well equipped, with functional kitchen, English movie channels & private parking(payment required) The location is ideal for exploring Torrevieja on foot.
