• Patricia (10/5): Lovely Property - close to the beach and the restaurant area - The property was well located for the beach at Lido Di Ostia and a reasonable walk to the railway station for access to Ostia Antica. In summer there would be more restaurants close by but the main restaurant area was only a short walk. The property is exceptionally well equipped, very comfortable and has an excellent bathroom. It has been thoughtfully set up with toiletries and kitchen appliances including a pod coffee machine. Our hostess had also left some pasta and a tin of sauce to tide us over if necessary! Nothing.

Cinzia was so welcoming and professional, the best I've ever encountered for a similar property. The support throughout our stay matched the warmth of the welcome we received, communication always excellent. The apartment is spacious and spotless, with all amenities necessary for a home from home stay with extra touches like fresh fruit and water on arrival and even provisions to make a light meal if necessary. The location is great, right next to the beach and a short walk from shops and restaurants. The only downside for me was the bed. The mattress is firm foam so was too hard for my liking, but that's a very personal thing and no reflection on the excellence of the apartment.

The apartment was charming, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The large balcony a beautiful spot for breakfast and evening relaxation. Location was great - allowed us to combine relaxing days on the beach with trips into Rome and Ostia Antica. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

• Anna (10/5): Lovely, - Nice Balcony, early morning sun. Quiet area. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very lovely owner - Cinzia. Takes extra pride in presenting her apartment. Available if needed, but we had no reason to contact her. Straight walk into the Piazza. Just across the road is the beach. 10 euros for each sun bed and umbrella. There is a free beach 2 mins walk Nothing
