• Felipe (4/5): Incómoda - La ubicación Contraté uno con balcón a la calle y me dieron uno con una ventana a un vacío feo y sucio por donde entraba olor a comida. La ducha (de teléfono), dañada, no se soportaba de la pared. Nunca me entró el wifi.

También e de decir que un apartamento que tiene todo lo que se necesita si es para 1 finde o semana está bien Buen sitio, buena limpieza y la persona de contacto muy amable!!!

• Ianko (7/5): - La ubicación es ideal para estadías cortas, porque está a distancias fáciles de hacer a pie en toda la ciudad. A pocos metros del metro. Para una estadía corta es cómodo. Le vendría bien sumar algunas cosas a la casa para que sea más cómoda, como una pava eléctrica o un tender para colgar la ropa. El wifi no era muy bueno, el ordenador lo agarraba bien, pero no los teléfonos.
• CARMELA GRAZIA (1/5): INCUBO - Solo il posto calle Fuencarral al centro di Gran Via Appartamenti sporchi tutti e tre. Solo il n.2 fornito come nell'elenco dei servizi offerti. Il n.3 invece totalmente sprovvisto di bollitore e asciugacapelli. Prese alcune non funzionanti, lampadina fulminata bajou, cappa non funzionante, senza. Armadietto 1 sola sedia ne tavolinetto. Il lavandino del bagno estremamente piccolo dimensioni giocattolo.Tenda balcone non scorrevole. Appartamento N5, senza asciugacapelli senza tenda. 1 sedia. Coperta sporca di sangue, per fortuna ai piedi del letto. Stoviglie pochissime. Solo teli bagno ma mancanti asciugamani e tovagliette x bidet. Appartamenti vecchi e in cattive condizioni. Dulcis in fundo il taxi offerto da booking non è venuto dopo averlo atteso su indicazione nel punto indicato x un tempo vano. Il nostro arrivo è stato in orario come scritto alle 20,15 e di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto sostenere un ulteriore spesa non prevista x il trasferimento verso la struttura.
• Tocuyito (1/5): - Lo único bueno la ubicación. Una vez pagas es muy difícil contactar con el establecimiento. No ha recepción ni nadie a quien recurrir , es un piso antiguo dividido en 6 estudios . En la cama es imposible dormir , en el sofá mucho menos , incomodísimo y lleno de manchas extrañas , las sábanas y mantas sucias y llenas de pelos. Los utensilios de cocina ,PRÁCTICAMENTE SOLO HAY 2 PLATOS Y 2 VASOS , sucios y tambien con pelos. El aire acondicionado no enfría, DE VERDAD ES DIGNO DE GRABAR LA SAGA TORRENTE. ,vergonzoso.
• Hugo (5/5): Good location, bad customer service - The location is absolutely perfect. The size of the apartment was ok. The comunication with the host is terrible, they just don’t care. 1. Arrival - They provided ok answer how to get to the apartment but the door downstairs didn’t open. They never reply back, we were just lucky someone was exiting the building so we let ourselves in. 2. Wi-fi. We were in room 1 and the router was plugged in a plug with no electricity. We were completely ignored and no one came to check on it Even worst we were asked to join a network on the corridor but we could not find the name. After hours of waiting they said the name was obvious as it was like the name of the apartments. This wasn’t either true. 3. Instructions - non existing for anything. 4. Toilet - seems to be in the last century. You cannot flash toilet paper and they ask to put it in a small bin next to it. And if you block it you have to pay 100 euros cash (make sure you never pay this and claim booking if anything) paying cash could be a scam. 5. Overall. The apartment could be very nice if they would care a bit about it. The oven cannot even be opened and it was so dirty. There is washing machine but no washing rack. They don’t look after the details at all. Seems like they only care to have people in and out Overall if you need something simple but well located if the price is ok is an option. If you need something looked after, clean and with good communication and wifi this is not your place.

As fotos do anúncio não condiz com o apartamento e o endereço também não. … Quando chegou as orientações do check-in, já veio um endereço diferente. E depois entrando no apartamento vi que era mais diferente ainda das fotos do anúncio. Fui colocado num apartamento com uma minúscula janela sem vista alguma. A pia da cozinha com MUITA barata.

• Hijano (1/5): No se lo recomemdo ni a mi peor enemigo - Prácticamente nada me esperaba otra clase de apartamento todo muy reducido No avía cambio de Sabanas ni toallas no dejaron nada para la limpieza la lavadora de adorno no avía para tender la ropa no avía contacto con ningún responsable la ducha estaba sucia cuando llegue de pelos y no iban los enchufes de la lampara
• María del Carmen (1/5): Publicidad engañosa - La habitación que me dieron estaba en el número 41 en vez del 15 y el baño no era como en las fotos, ya que no tenía separación con la ducha y no había fregona para secar el suelo. Las llaves no cerraban por la humedad y tuve que dejar la puerta sin cerrar para ir al trabajo con el riesgo de que me robaran. Después de una hora mandaron a alguien a cerrar la puerta. Me dieron otro piso pero no tenía ni secador de pelo ni wifi y la luz de la habitación principal y algunos enchufes no funcionaban.
• Hijano (1/5): No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo. - Nada. Las fotografías no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. No, nos gusto nada. Atención 0. Limpieza 0. El cambio de toallas 0. Cambio de Sabanas 0. La lavadora de adorno. No hay tendedero. Ni escoba, ni fregona. Había que comprar de todo. Los utensilios de cocina 0. Ni horno eléctrico, ni de gas. El plato del microondas no era el propio del mismo microndas. Todo el olor de la comida se quedaba en la ropa y en habitación por estar todo junto. El primer día, al entrar nos encontramos en la ducha pelos. Con lo que repito de Limpieza 0. No hemos visto ha nadie responsable de nada. Ni tengo pensado que me vuelvan a estafar.
• Jakub (8/5): - Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Całkiem przestronne studio, mega wygodny materac w łóżku. Dobrze wyposażone kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy na kapsułki. Łazienka wyglądała jakby miała zrobiony remont w połowie, a stara połowa pamieta dawne czasy. Niestety nie była dobrze posprzątana- pod drzwiami i w kątach były kołtuny włosów.
• Tamara (6/5): - Lokacija je super. Sve je blizu pa nije potrebno koristiti prevoz. Pri dolasku morale smo da cekamo da dodje osoba da nam da kljuceve od apartmana. Studio je mali za dvije osobe. Krevet je takođe za jednu osobu i prilicno je kratak. Moglo je biti i cistije. U apartmanu nije bilo sredstava za ciscenje a boravak od 7 dana zahtjeva bar osnovno odrzavanje. Doduse, nismo ni trazile da nam donesu.

• Sylvia (5/5): Bad experience - it was clean and the area was perfect in the center of the shopping area. That when a problem occurred no one answered until 2 hrs:30 later . And I had to resolve the problem myself. There was no power in the apartment after 10 pm for like 3 hrs. and I was not going to stay in the apartment with no electricity by myself. So I ended up going to a sleepover at a family's house. I did not slept at the apartment the first night. And another thing I didn't know that the water from the air condition was going in a gallon container on the floor until the water overflowed .

• Gustavo (1/5): Felt Scammed - Location is perfect The apartment is not what we were expecting having into consideration the pictures that were disposed in the announcement. The air conditioning was inside of the room with a very precarious installation. The recipient that would catch the water was a little plastic bowl that we would have to empty every 4 hours. It means that we would wake up in the morning with the floor completely wet. The kitchen is super uncomfortable and there is no space to cook. Besides that, there were minimal tools and not even salt or a proper cleaning cloth. Absolutely precarious. Inside of the closet there were only four hangers. My feeling is that the owner want to have as much profit as he can without guaranteeing the minimal comfort to his guests. The tiny table was a companion by two ugly different uncomfortable chairs. We had to work and there was no space for two computers in the same table. I felt really bad about the money that I spent in this place.

Communication with the owners very difficult D3 - The location and amenities We were allocated a different very inferior "studio" on arrival and it was only becase I contacted them to double check that we actually found out about the change. Access to the studio was complicated as the front door was locked when we were asked to return, having arrived early. This was becase the concierge service didnt operate on that day after 1pm. We only managed to access the building because someone exiting let us in.. We managed to persuade the owners to transfer us to what we had booked by texting them a list of everything that was missing.. eg sofa bed, microwave, washing machine. We moved the following day, again experiencing problems with accessing the appartment block Communication with the owner was only possible by text and sometimes ignored. No.phonecalls were ever answered. This caused a great deal of anxiety and stress. We lost 5 hours resolving the problems. That said, our appartment no 2 , 15 Fuencarral was really good as was the location.

• Denis (8/5): A lovely cozy room. - The location, you just couldn't fault. It is in the heart of Madrid. The Metros were on your doorstep. We had breakfast a little walk away, Starbucks was very close. Everything was all we needed.

• Mildred (10/5): I like my stay very much . Definitely I will Stay Here Again and I will Recommend This Location to my Family and Friends - I Felt Very Safe . And I love the Location. What i didn't like is that They didn't have a TV in the bedroom. And the air conditioner it didn't reach the bedroom. I will suggest at least have a Fan in the bedroom and put a least a small TV in the bedroom as well. I also i didn't like their non refundable policy at the moment of booking, im pretty sure if they change that policy they will have more clients. Because theirs difference prices between refundable and non refundable are the double the price .
• Philip (8/5): Very good - The apartment, location and Madrid were all excellent. The stay was let down by the difficulty of communicating with the hosts. I had their mobile number and WhatsApp. They often declined a phone call and often failed to respond to a message. Unfortunately I fell ill on the third day (of the 3 week booking). That day I requested extra bedding but received no response. After a few days I needed medical assistance and requested they send me a doctor. I received no response. I made my way to a hospital and on the ninth day of my holiday I had to leave Madrid with almost 2 weeks of my apartment booking remaining. On the ninth day I sent a WhatsApp message to my host to say that I was leaving and received an almost immediate response expressing their sympathy. Clearly my medical condition was a very major factor.
