• Arno (5/5): Sehr komprimiertes Miniapartment mit Küchenzeile und guter Dusche. - Die Lage und die Küchenzeile. Die Position des Bettes in einer Nische und mit sehr unpraktischem Zugriff auf Lichtschalter. Keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit. Ein einzelner total verdreckter Polstersessel in einem roten Winkel im Eingangsbereich.

• Maria (7/5): Semester - Läget är bra nära buss och S- bahn. Rummet är bra men litet. Trevlig omgivning. Ingen fysisk kontakt med personal endast telefon. Jag är ingen hejare på tyska men det var inte hen på engelska heller, så vissa språkförbistringar uppstod. Div förbrukningsvaror som t.ex hushållspapper tog slut. Fick det efter 1 dygn.

• Karolina (8/5): Jest okej - Było okej i czysto. Po rezerwacji okazuje się, że jest depozyt 150 euro, nic wcześniej o tym nie było napisane. Trzeba wysłać zdjęcia dowodu. Późne zameldowanie i szybkie wymeldowanie.

• Gwenn (9/5): - Appartement très bien placé et parfaitement aménagé. Très pratique pour une ou deux personnes pour une semaine de vacances. Un rapport qualité/prix inégalable. Les fenêtres et les murs ne sont pas assez isolés. On entend beaucoup les gens quand ils sont dans le couloir ou dans la cour dehors.

Depozyt 150 euro wymagany dopiero na miejscu. Po opłaceniu apartamentu nagle pojawiła się obowiązkowa rejestracja online. Całość bardzo nieuczciwa i rozczarowująca. Nie polecam.

• Jorge Luis (7/5): 6/10 - It was everything new, modern. The location and public transportation it’s ok. Wash machine and good facilities. It’s not an apartment even you have a kitchen, it’s extremely small, you have to know this. I had dirty dishes inside the wash machine and in some closets.

• Kateryna (7/5): - Mir hat die Lage sehr gefallen. Die S-Bahn-Station und die Bushaltestelle sind ganz in der Nähe, und zum Bahnhof braucht man nur etwa zehn Minuten. Außerdem fand ich es praktisch, dass der Eingang mit einem Code funktioniert und man sich keine Gedanken über Schlüssel machen muss. Das Personal hat schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Als kleine Aufmerksamkeit gab es Kaffee für die Kaffeemaschine, das war sehr angenehm. Im Zimmer war es warm, manchmal sogar zu warm. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Es gab viele alte Flecken an den Wänden und auf den Möbeln. Das Fenster war kaputt, es ging manchmal heraus und ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Mikrowelle war schmutzig, und es gab viel Staub. Im Badezimmer war viel Schimmel an der Decke. Das Bett war sehr weich, und es war unbequem, darauf zu schlafen.

Das ist für 2 Leute sehr unkomfortabel. Ein Bett steht nicht frei. Kein Nachttisch, keine Ablage - ist auch nicht gut. Während 6 Tagen könnte man nach 3 Tagen frische Handtücher bringen. Danke, sonst war alles prima!

My room knocking then entered when I was dressing up. This is a male cleaner and the he shouts to me that he is doing his job. No apology. I have been to their property before but this was terriblle and a very dirt and smelly room Everything haust a smelly dirty room. Extremely noisy

• Lucie (5/5): Good for a short stay, but problems all over my apartment - The apartment was close to public transport and my point of interest. The neighborhood was nice for food and cafes. The apartment was quiet at night, which is always great in such a busy city. I also liked the smooth check-in and check-out. Having a kitchenette with a dishwasher was really comfortable and saved me a lot of time. The property owners could make it more explicit here on Booking that you have to pay €150 deposit to get the room code. Also, when I was checking out, the property app said it would send me the checkout instructions to my email, but this never happened. The room is for two, which can work for a short stay, but I was there alone for almost a week, and I can imagine it would be a bit difficult staying there with another person. For example, the bed is comfortable for one but not really for two. There are enough plates and glasses, but only one mug for coffee and another one for tea, and that’s it. Also, the dining chairs are not very comfortable, but I think it is fine if you are outside most of the time. Overall, I unfortunately did not have a good experience with my apartment. Right after I arrived, I noticed the heating was off and the apartment was very cold. I turned the heating on, but nothing happened. Also, the light above the kitchen counter could not be turned off, and the fridge door did not close properly, so it beeped every time I used the fridge. I immediately used the repair request form in the Homaris app, but nobody responded. I slept in three layers of clothes for the first two nights because the heating was not working, and I only got help after contacting Homaris via email, phone, and the Booking app. They indeed confirmed the heating was broken, got me a portable heater, made a hole in the kitchen counter to pull out the kitchen light switch, and somehow turned off the beeping of the fridge. After that, the stay was okay with some small issues (that, however, piled with the major issues at the beginning of my stay), such as quite a weak heating in the bathroom, the bathroom floor that was elevated so that the water from the shower flew to the drain but also out of the shower, and the shower and also the bathroom floor that could use some deep cleaning.
