• Przemysław (10/5): Ogólne wrażenie dobre. - Wielkość pomieszczeń i ich rozmieszczenie. Osobna łazienka i ubikacja na plus. Przestrzenna duża kuchnia i duży jeden pokój. Duży stół z krzesłami. W jednym z pokoi powinna być zamontowana klimatyzacja z racji braku okna. Trochę lepsze wyposażenie kuchni w naczynia (garnki, kubki, talerze) Słaby odpływ wody z wanny. Przydałoby się odmalować pokoje.

• Demirdag (7/5): Nice apartment in a good location - Location is good. Very short distance to the tram stop. You can even walk to the inner circle. The apartment is spacious. Internet is very slow if it's doesn't disconnect. The living room is also one of the bedrooms. For an apartment that 6 can stay another sofa would be nice.

• Sebastian (6/5): Gute Lage und Ausstattung, aber falsche Fotos und Gestank - Die Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, die zentrale Lage, Check-in und Kommunikation hat uns gut gefallen. Was uns aber gestört hat, war, dass die Bilder auf Booking.com nicht Bilder der Wohnung waren, sondern Bilder einer ähnlichen Wohnung. Das geht gar nicht, zumal es sich um Bilder einer Wohnung in einem der oberen Stockwerke gehandelt hat. Unsere Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoss, die Tram ist quasi durch das Schlafzimmer gefahren und die Wohnung ist gröstenteils vom Gehweg einsehbar. Wie bereits geschrieben, roch die Wohnung unangenehm, nach kaltem Rauch und Farbe, am schlimmsten im WC. Kleinere Verbesserungsvorschläge sind Wassergläser und der Abflussdeckel der Badewanne, die als solche so nicht zu nutzbar war, fehlende Spülmachinentabs und Müllbeutel. Ansonsten war die Wohnung mit neuem oder neuwertigen Geschirr ausgestattet.

• Vera (6/5): - Der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar und ist schnell auf Anliegen eingegangen. Das Apartment hat nach Rauch gerochen und von der Ausstattung her auch eher gering eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist eher laut, wenn die Fenster offen sind.
• Itay (4/5): No buena relacion Calidad-precio - La ubicación esta bien. La persona al telefono muy atenta y dispuesta a ayudar siempre. Olia mucho a cigarrillo. Especialmente en el baño, llegamos a limpiar todo el piso porque teniamos niños y el suelo estaba muy sucio y con cosas pegajosas. El internet pesimo aunque al segundo día lo arreglaron seguia muy intermitente pero por lo menos funcionaba de vez en cuando. También es muy ruidoso, por la calle y en la parte interna por los vecinos.

• Ingeborg (3/5): Leider nicht zu empfehlen aufgrund der mangelnder Sauberkeit - Leider mangelte es stark an der Sauberkeit. Der Boden hat geklebt und wurde nicht gesäubert. Es lagen noch Haare in der ganzen Wohnung herum.
• Giada (10/5): Tutto ottimo! - La struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco ed è molto bella e confortevole. Ha tutto quello che serve: phon, microonde, bollitore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice… La proprietaria é stata molto gentile con noi con tutte le nostre richieste. La posizione è ottima perché lì davanti passa il tram 2. Forse l’unica pecca, se devo trovargliene una, è che c’è un solo un bagno. Essendo in 6 sarebbe stato meglio averne due. Nonostante questo, l’area del bagno e del gabinetto erano distinte quindi sicuramente più comodo per gruppi di tante persone.

• Ina (8/5): A very nice and confortable apartment. - Simple, but effective. Nice location and easy to access. Confortable and clean. There could have been some cheap basics like soap, shampoo and coffee, especially because it is an Italian espresso machine and I had to buy and carry back with me a whole pack to make just few coffees.

• Martina (6/5): - Apartmán je pěkně zařízený a má fajn polohu. Tramvají se dá dojet přímo do centra. Bohužel je apartmán velmi hlučný. Jedna ložnice má okna do ulice, pod okny vede chodník a hned tramvajové koleje, takže máte pocit, že vám tramvaj jezdí přímo u hlavy. Druhá ložnice má okno situované do vnitrobloku, ale pokoj není odhlučněný, takže slyšíte každý pohyb a hovor sousedů co bydlí na vámi.
• Paul-Georg (5/5): - Die Tram hält vor der Tür. Es sind keine 10 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Josefstädter Straße oder Thaliastraße. Das ist schon gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Es gab ein arges Geruchsproblem im Bad, das auch nach Tagen nicht verschwand. Eventuell fehlt ein Geruchsverschluss an den Abläufen. Sehr unangenehm. Auch ansonsten war die Sauberkeit nicht so spitze. Außerdem: Es ist halt keine tolle Gegend. Schon auf dem Weg zum Bäcker kommt man an einschlägigen Etablissements vorbei. Man könnte die Wohnung etwas gemütlicher gestalten (Bilder, Schrank statt offenem Regal).
• Pedro Antonio (10/5): Definitely recommend , can’t wait to be back - My stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. With three bedrooms, all with double beds, plus a sofa bed, it easily accommodates a family or a group of up to 6/8 people without anyone feeling crowded. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the environment feels cozy and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it ideal for cooking meals, is a perfect space to relax together after a long day. The location is convenient, close to transport, shops, and everything you might need. Communication with the host was fast and clear, and the check-in process was very smooth. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely come back. My stay was really good overall, and I only have one small suggestion — which honestly didn’t affect my experience at all. There were no cleaning supplies like a broom or a mop, and I personally like to keep the floor clean every day. I didn’t contact the host about it — and I’m sure they would have solved it quickly if I had — but I preferred to just stop by the corner shop and buy what I needed myself. It was an easy fix, nothing serious. Aside from that tiny detail, everything else was great. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. I would absolutely recommend it.

• Lėja (9/5): - Labai švaru, patogu, daug erdvės, yra visi būtini patogumai (indai, indaplovė, televizorius, plaukų džiovintuvas, mikrobangų krosnelė), labai arti tramvajaus stotelės, bet tramvajus negarsus, važiuoja dusliai, labai arti maisto prekių parduotuvės, patogus susiekimas su miesto centru, kambarys šviesus. Šiek tiek garsiau veikia katilas, girdisi kaip jis užsikuria ir užgesta. Taip pat mūsų viešnagės metu kaimynai vykdė remontą, tad buvo šiek tiek kalimo ir šlifavimo garsų, bet nedaug. Mes apsistojome per savaitgalį ir maždaug 8:30 ar 9:30 ryte labai garsiai girdėjosi bažnyčios varpų garsai. Galiausiai, palubėje yra langas tarp vonios ir kambario ir anksti ryte įjungus šviesą vonioje apsišviečia ir visas kambarys, kas gali pažadinti kitus.
• Lukas (7/5): Preis - Leistung top! Stadthalle in ca. 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar! - Die Wohnung ist sehr neuwertig. Der Zugang war sehr unkompliziert. Man bekommt den Code ein paar Stunden vorab. Es war kein einziges Wasserglas in der Küche vorhanden. Zudem wäre es ein Pluspunkt, wenn Kaffee-Pads und Tee vorhanden wäre.

No 2 SBahn takes you into the city centre .Public transport is great .The flat was great value for money .We could cook meals ourselves if we wanted to .The bed was comfy and the flat was a good temperature. The shower was ideal .The flat would be big enough for a family.The check in was easy and we were allowed an extension on our check out time which was really kind .It was lovely and clean,which for me is important .Big thanks to all. Being picky ...new pillows would be good but thats probably because we are over 60 ! Also could do with a couple of baking trays for the oven.

• Maria Heloisa (10/5): Apartamento limpo e com boa localização - Uma boa localização, com uma parada de tram acerca de 2-3 minutos. Vizinhança com pouquíssimo ou quase nada de barulhos. O apartamento estava bem limpo e organizado e tinha tudo que precisávamos. A internet era muito boa. Além disso, é próximo de um Lidl, Action e uma padaria local. O sistema de aquecimento fazia um barulho constante que incomodava um pouco. O fato de ser no terceiro andar sem elevador foi incômodo para nós pois tínhamos uma mala de 23kg

Niestety w prysznicu roznosił się permanentny zapach kanalizacji, którego nie usunęła ani wentylacja ani wizyta ekipy sprzątającej (doceniamy starania wynajmujących). Dodatkowe łóżko niewygodne
• Roman (8/5): Es hat uns im Großen und Ganzen alles gut gefallen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns optimal. Das Zentrum von Wien ist einfach zu erreichen. In der Unterkunft gab es einen Staubsauger, der leider nicht funktionierte. Auch eine Badematte wäre wünschenswert.

Good communication from the hosts after the booking process. Communication received from the host during our stay. Plenty of cooking utensils should you wish to cook (we did not). Bars and shops all within walking distance. Free WiFi with no issues. Apartment was not what was advertised. This is not a one bedroom apartment, it is a studio and this should be made clear as we expected a separate bedroom. The key code mechanism was a nightmare, it never opened on the first attempts and usually took several attempts to get in, this was very stressful and needs to be looked at as the host is aware of the difficulties. Noisy if the windows were left open, the apartment is very warm, the hosts do provide a fan.

• David (7/5): Good - The location is nice, well connected with the public transport and the apartment was like shown in the pictures. The apartment was clean but the entrance (small room before accessing the apartment) was very dirty. We didn't have enough toilet paper, soap or garbage bags. We also requested an extra pillow as one of the bed was missing one and we never recieved the pillow case. For a 6 days stay one could expect at least one cleaning service and we didn't get any.

• Dominik (9/5): Great price, great location. - Very good location, right next to the tramway stop, just a couple of stations from the centre of Vienna. All the basic ammenities (including washing machine) are on site and working. Really good quality overall considering the price. Bad internet service, altough it was pretty much a provider fault and the host worked to resolve the issue. Lack of any real wardrobe, only a small clothing rack, not really sufficient for a family with kids. No AC, but i guess you won't find it anywhere for the price. And it's a third floor with no elevator, so not for anyone with mobility issues.
