• Léa (10/5): - Le logement était très fonctionnel et très bien organisé. Les équipements nécessaires étaient présents. Un des bains de soleils dehors est cassé.
• sofia (8/5): Consigliato - Buona la posizione e la possibilità di eseguire il self check in. Appartamento con tutti i servizi di base necessari (lavastoviglie, fornelli, lavatrice, phone, bagnoschiuma e spray antiblatte). Presente spazio esterno con tavolino e sdraio. Presente doppia copia delle chiavi. Letto matrimoniale con biancheria pulita, materasso e cuscini comodi. Piscina del residence molto bella con varie profondità e lettini a bordo piscina. Presente piccolo market proprio all'uscita del residence, aperto fino a tardi. Molto gradite la presenza di 3 cialde per la macchinetta del caffè, la bottiglia di acqua in frigo, le pastiglie per lavastoviglie ed il bagno schiuma. Contatto con l'Host frequente, tempestivo ed educato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere una delle baie più belle di Tenerife. L'interno dell'appartamento è arredato con stile moderno e gli spazi risultano adeguati per un viaggio in coppia. Infissi di scarsa qualità e non isolanti da luce e rumori. Non presenti zanzariere, fondamentali visto la presenza di blatte (trovate 2 all'arrivo, una in cucina e una in bagno). Un peccato la mancanza di beni di prima necessità come sale, olio, detersivo per la lavatrice (glieli abbiamo lasciati noi,spero che chi verrà dopo di noi gradisca). Assenza di Bidet. Connessione Wifi non ben funzionante, smart TV della camera da letto non collegabile ad internet. Il problema principale di questo appartamento resta l'assenza di parcheggio privato, Nonostante fosse segnalato tra i servizi disponibili, pur essendo in bassa stagione, abbiamo dovuto perdere diverso tempo nella ricerca di parcheggi su strada e lontani.

• Maarten (10/5): Comfort en compleet - Alles zag er nieuw uit, alles is schoon het appartementencomplex is keurig. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Door onverwachte omstandigheden kon ik niet op de juiste dag uitchecken, de beheerder heeft me geholpen dat op te lossen. -

• Ulrich (10/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder! - Das Appartement war sehr neu und schön. Der Zugang und Check Out verläuft über einen Schlüsselsafe sowie Kontakt per Mail. Die Informationen kommen kurzfristig dazu aber verbindlich. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und Palmen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in guter Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und nahe zum Meer. Die Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sowie allem was man in der Küche braucht hervorragend! Dass die schöne Terrasse leider immer im Schatten war, das liegt aber an der Jahreszeit…

• Stuart (7/5): Good apartment and complex, just needs better cleaning - Tagoro Park is a good complex with a nice clean pool area. I had apartment 110 which had everything you need, nice terrace with sun beds and table and chairs. It was very quiet day and night. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Good shower. TV good. Supermarket right outside with a mini self service cafe / bakery. Coffee and croissant 2 euros. Duvet and pillows smelt of damp to the point where my hair smelled all day. After a couple of days I did ask about getting it changed and was told I should have said earlier and that it couldn't be changed now unless I wanted to pick it up myself from el medano 20mins drive away. Apartment is looking a little tired. Towels don't really smell properly clean, I think they should be washed on a higher temperature or maybe more detergent. There was hair on the bathroom walls which was weird..
• mark (9/5): Excellent accommodation in a great location - Very clean, comfortable apartment in a quiet, well maintained gated complex. The living area was really comfortable with plenty of furniture on the terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen and bathroom are immaculate and the bedroom is great with lots of storage. The pool was very cold but we did stay in December. The communal facilities were spotlessly clean with access to plenty of sun loungers. All we wanted was to chill out and relax for a few days and this was perfect. There is a great shop on site with pretty much everything you need. The site is also very safe as it is all gated. The neighbourhood is really quiet, you can hear a pin drop, yet there are restaurants and bars about 10 mins walk away. I would highly recommend this apartment. Nothing to dislike
• Emeline (9/5): Nous sommes très contente de notre séjour. Merci ! - Le logement est très bien équipée nous n’avons manqué de rien. La literie est très confortable. Il y a beaucoup de rangement. La résidence est calme et le cadre est top. Les espaces sont bien entretenus et très propre. La difficulté a trouver une place de parking. L’équipe est un peu trop sollicitante à mon goût par message.

• Sabeeha (10/5): Great for a relaxing, quiet break - The first thing I noticed when walking in was how exceptionally clean the apartment was. It had everything we needed and then some. The hosts were very communicative and checked in halfway. The TV had Netflix for the evenings we chose to stay in, and the pool was always quiet (although very cold!). If you’re looking for something away from the noise and partying, this is the place! There is also a nice seafood restaurant nearby (ocean vibes) with reasonably priced food. Overall we felt really comfortable and were able to just relax! Parking can be a little difficult if you’ve hired a car, although we were always lucky to find a space. It does seem to be an issue island wide though, which is understandable when space is a premium.

• Mo (7/5): Got what we went for Sun, pool and a very relaxed week - We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was perfect for us, and the apartment itself was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the pool area, which was not only well-maintained but also remarkably peaceful, making sunbathing a truly relaxing experience. Perhaps it was the time of year, but we appreciated the tranquil atmosphere. Having a bus stop right outside the complex was incredibly convenient. We took advantage of this and found the journey to Los Cristianos, at just 1.50 euros, to be efficient and took 45 mins The return journey was equally smooth, though it's important to note to board the bus at stand 10 for the return trip. On one occasion, we opted for a taxi back, which cost us 22 euros. Also attached to the complex is a shop open from 8am to 10pm. A highlight of our trip was visiting the bar terrace at West Haven Hotel. Following the signs for the restaurant snack bar, especially during sunset, was a truly breath taking experience. The steak was among the best we've ever had, and the service from the staff was impeccable which encouraged us to return. Overall, An enjoyable holiday experience. Overall, our experience at the accommodation was positive, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, we noticed a significant price difference the following week, which left us feeling a bit disappointed considering the amount we paid. Additionally, the absence of an electric toaster was inconvenient, though we appreciate the team's prompt response and that there was a toastie maker in the kitchen. We also missed having a BBQ for cooking outside, which would have enhanced our stay, especially during warmer months. Another improvement would be the addition of air conditioning, as the bedroom became uncomfortably warm during our stay in mid-March. We can only imagine it would be challenging to cope with the heat during the hotter months of June, July, and August. Despite these shortcomings, we did enjoy our time at the accommodation and appreciate the efforts of the team to address our concerns. With a few adjustments, it could become an even more desirable place to stay would I return Yes if the price was right.
