• Mona (8/5): Top verblijf in hartje Monopoli - Grote kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Op een kleine 15 minuten sta je aan Monopoli station en op een 10 minuten sta je in het oude centrum van Monopoli. Niets.

• Elisabeth (10/5): A memorable and fantastic stay. - The location was amazing. Santina who met us and gave us keys was a pleasure to speak with. I only got to speak to Marianna (the owner) by text but she responded immediately any questions we had. We would definitely go back. We loved it so much. Absolutely nothing! Loved it!

• MARCO (9/5): Bel monolocale a piano terra a due passi dal centro storico. Pulito, con letto e cuscini comodi. Ben tenuto. C’e wifi, f - Vicina al centro, graziosa, ben tenuta, pulita. Piano terra su via principale quindi difficile da arieggiare. Un pochino umida.

• Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - The property was spacious, clean and in a very good location. Communication with the host was also excellent. Definitely recommend!
• Galya (9/5): Great location near to the old city - The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available whenever I needed assistance or information. The location is perfect — you can conveniently park on the white lines for free, and it's just a short walk to the old city. There's a bakery, bars, a pharmacy, a mini-market, and a fresh fruit and vegetable market nearby, so we had everything we needed. Highly recommended! The bathroom is small and wasn't cleaned well enough.

• James (9/5): Very comfortable Studio and Close to Sites - Very comfortable and roomy studio with high ceilings. Great location and easy walk to old town and harbor. Host very accommodating and responsive. Studio kitchen perfectly served our needs. Would definitely recommend. Suggest that mattress should be replaced.

• Antonio (7/5): Good for a couple of days but not for a long week. - Shower bed Air conditioning right above the bed which was not usable during the night as unbearable. No bidet. Dark space.
• Katarina (7/5): Good - Location is great, just some steps away from the old town. Place is very spacious, with big bed and well equipped. We appreciated that the owner left coffee. Sound isolation is non-existent. Apartment is 'separated' with doors from other two apartments and you can hear all neighbours as if they were in your apartment. Although we did not mind the noise as such in general, it was so weird during the night when someone was going to the bathroom and we literally woke up thinking that they were in our apartment (they were not, but that was the feeling).
• Watcherx (4/5): Unpleasant experience - -The room is located very close to the old town -Easy to park your car in the area -Convenient self-check in/out -Good WiFi -The flat is on the ground floor, right next to the pavement. This has been a major issue as the street noise from pedestrians and vehicles disrupted our sleep. The flat lacks soundproofing, and the ventilation system allowed excessive noise to enter the flat. There is even noise coming from the back of the flat. -The flat had a persistent damp smell that was difficult to tolerate. -The cleanliness of the flat was disappointing, with noticeable hair on the headboard and an inadequately cleaned toilet. -The host's lack of responsiveness and proactive check-in procedure was unsatisfactory, as I had to make multiple attempts to obtain necessary information. In more detail, after receiving no response to my initial message, I had to call them and then message them on Whatsapp to obtain the necessary information for the check in. Given these unsatisfactory conditions, we have chosen to check out earlier and find alternative accommodation. Although the host offered to help with the issues, in essence there was nothing that they could do to resolve the issue of the noise.
• Madison (9/5): Very comfortable and great communication with host. - Spacious and comfortable apartment and the bed was incredible! The location is great as you are in the middle of the town and the beach is only a short walk away. Perhaps more kitchen utensils needed e.g. pan, salt etc.

It has a small kitchenette, there was coffee and cups, a fridge, iron and everything you need. - Not very well isolated from the outdoor, there is noise coming from passing cars since it is on the ground floor

The place is spacious for 2 people, separate bedroom and kitchen, A Lot of parking space around the house, close to everything, with walking distance to all the places in Monopoli. The house is new, clean and nice. Near by there are many local store such as wine, grocery... Host is really nice and quick response for help. For sure if we come back to Monopoli, we will be back again. Nothing
