• Kelli (7/5): - Boa localização, bom custo benefício. Quando chegamos não havia ninguém na recepção, tentei entrar em contato pelo número de telefone mas não tive resposta. Encontrei uma hóspede que tbm passou pelo mesmo problema e me disse que as informações de senha para a entrada estavam em um dos e-mails recebidos. Levei um tempo até encontrar o e-mail em que continha as informações, pois estas não estão em evidências. Como realizei o check-in pelo WhatsApp um dia antes sugiro que as informações de entrada (senha e localizaçãodo quarto) sejam enviadas pelo WhatsApp após a realização do check-in. Outro problema que tivemos foi sobre a Internet, no site havia a informação de que havia Wi-Fi, quando chegamos não encontramos nenhuma informação sobre a rede e senha, mandei mensagem e foi respondido depois de muito tempo. Sugiro que essa informação venha junto em uma mensagem após a realização do check-in. Sugiro também um cuidado com a limpeza de alguns lugares pontuais, como banheiro e micro-ondas.
• Rodrigo (9/5): - Localização excelente, muito perto da Vila Germânica e de muitas opções em Blumenau. Amei as portas serem fechadas com senhas, facilita muito o processo de check-in e check-out sem precisar esperar por alguém recepcionar, além de não precisar ficar com chaves.

• Amanda (10/5): - O lugar é muito bem organizado, limpo e aconchegante. Escolhi um quarto com banheiro compartilhado, mas aparentemente não tinham mais hóspedes dividindo o banheiro, o que foi ótimo. Destaque para a cozinha, que é bem completa e tem vários utensílios úteis. A localização é perfeita, fica do ladinho da Vila Germânica e na região ainda tem restaurantes e supermercados. Gostamos muito do hostel, o preço é excelente e o lugar entrega tudo o que promete e ainda mais.
• Carlos (5/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in eigentlich schönem Hostel - Sauber, gute Lage, gutes Internet Das Hostel hat grosse Infrastrukturschwächen. Mal gibt es kein Leitungswasser, mal kein heisses Wasser, mal ist das WC verstopft... und zu allem Überfluss ist die Rezeption nie da und antwortet nur sehr verzögert. So macht das Hostelleben keinen Spass.

• Vânia Cristina (10/5): Estava com uma dor de cabeça de tanto cansaço e encontar um lugar confortável era tudo pra mim. - Passei apenas a noite com meu filho, gostei da recepção até 24 HS, pois já cheguei muito tarde na cidade e precisava disso. Ficamos satisfeitos com tudo, conforto, limpeza, facilidade na localização... Quando amanheceu, fui correndo comprar as coisas do café pois tinha tudo que necessário, só a leiteira térmica não funcionou, bom que ainda tinha a opção de esquentar a água no microondas. Eu gostei muito e sempre que for preciso eu voltarei no mesmo lugar e super indico; não vão se arrepender.

O banheiro impecável e sempre disponível, nem me senti num hostel. Sistema de check-in e portas com senhas muito pratico e funciona super bem. Estão de parabéns Senti falta de uma cortina blackout no quarto hibisco (ou de abaixarem as luzes do primeiro andar)

• Nicholas (1/5): - The location was good. After I checked in I noticed there was a smell of cigarettes in the room. I've sent the hostel a message about the incident, and they offered to change to a smaller and cheaper room, to which I declined and preferred to endure the smelly room. The next day I found a cigarette butt in the room and immediately forwarded the matter to the hostel. To my surprise they answered saying that the cleaning person had cleaned the room and that it was smelling really good after the previous guest left, basically calling me a liar, and saying that they did what they could, offering me another room (a worse option) and I didn't accept it. Later on I got another message asking me to fill-up a check-in form, stating that we didn't have yet, to which I said we did and there was not even a way to do it again through the website they had sent me for that. I got no answer from the hostel. To summarise, that was a shit show of impoliteness, and unprofessionalism. Not acknowledging a real complaint, offering me a worse and cheaper option, implying I was not telling the truth about the smell and lastly accusing me of not filling up the check-in form and not even having the decency of answering when they realise their mistake. To add up, very thin curtains, so the room is extremely bright since very early..

• Eva-maria (5/5): Good equipment, but poor cleanliness and lack of communication - Good location, close to Villa Germanica and a big supermarket. Room with nice furniture and well equipped kitchen, which was also clean. . Bathroom was quiet dirty, toilet paper missing and the bin was full during the whole 3 days. Also the kitchen bin was never emptied and really smelly. We also found lots of hair in our bed. Almost no communication from the host. We just got the keys in the evening, but no proper explanation of the place or any suggestions or advice. He only reacted when we contacted him due to rain water coming through the roof of our room. Description of the room is "4 bed superior", but it only has one double and a single bed.
