- Daniel (2/5): Le propriétaire a donné une fausse information à Booking. - Malgré que l'établissement ne pouvait pas respecter notre réservation, le propriétaire nous a proposé une solution qui nous convenait. Il faut préciser qu'il était tard et que nous n'avions plus le temps de rechercher un nouvel établissement. Lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à l'établissement à l'heure prévue, il n'y avait personne et la porte était barrée. Avec l'aide d'une personne présente pour téléphoner, le propriétaire s'est présentée 10 minutes plus tard et il nous a dit qu'il y avait un problème de plomberie pour notre chambre, qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau et donc qu'il ne pouvait pas respecter notre réservation. Il nous a offert une chambre, au même prix, dans un autre établissement, Hôtel Beraka Boutique, pour lequel il avait les clés autant de l'établissement que de la chambre. La nouvelle chambre nous convenait. Pour la première nuit, nous étions les seuls clients dans l'hôtel boutique et le lendemain nous avons payé comptant le gérant de l'hôtel boutique qui est arrivé durant la journée. Le propriétaire d'Anhyali nous a demandé à plusieurs reprises d'annuler notre réservation sur Booking. Ce que nous avons refusé car c'est lui qui a annulé la réservation. Alors il a indiqué à Booking que nous ne sommes pas présentés à son établissement avec les problèmes qu'une telle situation peut engendrer avec Booking. Nous avons dû faire plusieurs démarche auprès de Booking pour expliquer la situation. Malgré cette situation, nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Hôtel Beraka Boutique.

- Triana Lancheros (3/5): - Ubicación, parqueadero, amabilidad de la persona que me recibió. La habitación para 5 personas era muy pequeña, olía bastante a humedad y trataban de disimular el olor con ambientador, nos dijeron que había toallas para 5 personas, sin embargo estaban en mal estado (rotas) y eran muy pequeñas, del tamaño de una toalla de manos.
