Guest Reviews
Kahve ikram etti. Elmalı tartını unutamam muhteşemdi. 2 tatlı köpeği vardı. Hayvansever olarak bu da çok hoşumuza gitti. Bizi hergün tüm sevecenlikleriyle karşıladılar 🥰 Sevmediğimiz hiçbir şey yoktu.

- Levent (9/5): The hotel's location is beautiful, and the room was clean and adequate. Stavros was very attentive, - It was enough. There was nothing negative,
- David (10/5): - Grammatikis House is a lovely small pension located in Vorliotes, at one of of the nicest spots in Samos. The owner is very friendly, helpful and communicative. The room and facilities are simple but comfortable and I wouldn't replace its charm with any other expdnsive hotel. Starting the day on the balcony, with the fantastic view is priceless.

- Vera (10/5): - Vourliotes is the perfect place if you are looking for relaxation far away from tourism. The room is very cozy, and you can see that a lot of love has gone into them. The view from the balcony—whether it's the sunrise or the evening atmosphere—is amazing. And if you like dogs and cats, then you will definitely enjoy it. Highly recommended.
- Selma (1/5): - Yol çok kötü can verdik giderken .
- onur (10/5): Olağanüstü - Stavros gerçekten iyi bir işletmeci. Müthiş bir konaklama. Manzara…lezzetler…misafirperverlik…

- Piotr (10/5): - Awesome owner, mr Stavros, who was very kind and hospitable
- Gözdenur (10/5): - Sakin, huzurlu ve cok temizdi. Herseyini begendim.
- Hans Christian (10/5): My highlight of two weeks traveling around Samos. - Gorgeous. Cozy. Hospitable. Peaceful. Relaxing. Next time, and there will be a next time, I'll stay only here with Stavros, his friends, other guests and animals.
Was will man mehr?
- Alessia (10/5): Exceptional - If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place this is the best spot
- Fırat (7/5): Good - quiet, calm, view from the top of the mountains It takes a lot of walking after parking the car.
- Vazquez (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Breakfast was a good fresh and delicious continental breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables. The place is cozy , quiet and beautiful, nevertheless one of the challenge I experience was getting to the hotel since the rental car cannot get to the property , in addition my primary phone die completely and my secondary phone battery went dead so I spent a lot looking for the place finally I was able to recharge phone and get in contact with owner. There is one thing I have to mention, the place target non USA tourist which is fine but, USA tourist prefer air condition on the room. We used fan which kept the room slightly cool but USA standard was a bit warm. My personal recommendation is to have at least 1 room with air condition. Nevertheless was a beautiful location and I really enjoy staying at Grammatikis.
- Marianne (10/5): Fantastisch - Everything 💕 Nothing.
- Mark (8/5): Enjoyed our stay -
- Fuat (8/5): Very good - Stavros is a very good host. The room was clean. There was everything you need in the room. Breakfast was adequate. The view was spectacular. Especially the sunrise in the morning was impressive. Only after parking the car you have to walk about 7-8 minutes to the hotel.
- Armel (10/5): Exceptional - Everything were perfect, literally. The bedding, the room, the equipments, everything where clean. The guesthouse is located in a very beautiful village, 30 min away from the beach by walking. Nothing
- Minhaj (10/5): Exceptional - Stavros has put his heart and soul into this house. And, with that same heart and soul, he takes care of the people living here. The location and facilities are superb. I will definitely come again.
- Kemal (9/5): At first day, we afraid of the walking range and the region that we chose. Bu you will get used to it in your 2. Day:) S - First of all I should talk about Stavros, our householder, he was very nice and understanding guy who loves animals. He was very nice to us and our room was very clean. And it has a very nice island view. We felt like we were staying at our friends home. Vourliotes is one of the highest regions of the island. You should hire a car and use it well. After you park your car you should walk 7-8 minutes to reach the place. It could be tiring for old people.
- George (10/5): Traditional style accomodation h with welcoming host - We loved staying in the village and the magnificent views out to Türkiye. Stavros the host and his colleague Maria were very welcoming and provided excellent local tips for great places to eat, best beach, Potami waterfall etc. We enjoyed simple but delicious breakfasts with homemade items on the terrace. Stavros owns lovely pet dogs. The location could be an issue for people with accessibility issues. You must park your car on the main road on the edge of the village and carry your bags to the far end of the village navigating some steps. But worth it for the magnificent views and peaceful location.
- Barış (8/5): Very good - In a small, pretty village, rooms with a magnificent, panoramic view. Hospitality and kindness of the owner Stavros. Efaristo poli🙏
- Arslanparçası (10/5): Exceptional - Stavros was the best host i’ve ever met in my life. He was very friendly and i’ve felt like i was at home. The view was extremely beautiful. We really enjoyed this holiday. Thank you so much Stavros! Hope to come again.

- Panagiotis (8/5): Very good -
