• ELENA (7/5): Location is great - The location is perfect. Just 2min from the Rebublic Square and many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes etc around. There is a lift on the building and the apartments are spacious and recently renovated. The apartments are well equiped with dishwasher, drying rack, ironing machine and board, washing machine, full size fridge, basic hair dryer, tv. There was always hot water on the shower. The wear and tear is obvious around the apartment. The shower gel on the shower smelled really really bad. The wifi did not work at all during my stay and even after I informed the management twice, it was not fixed. I booked a studio with balcony but I couldn't use the balcony due to renovation on the building, so I believe they should lower the price until renovation is completed.. The mattress need replacement , it is overused and really uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows are very fluffly but very thin and give no support.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Потрясающие апартаменты - Большие красивые апартаменты в самом центре. Супер персонал! Самостоятельный заезд был супер удобный, так как мы прилетали ночью. Все чисто, красиво. Много места куда разложить вещи и где можно посидеть и почилить вечерком. Обязательно к вам вернемся! Хотелось бы добавить пару бокалов, вазу и стаканы для воды. Мы нашли всего один бокал, но для Армении это как будто маленькое преступление😁 так же муж подарил мне цветы, но их некуда было поставить. Но это мелочи, которые возможно далеко не всем важны.

• Alina (9/5): - Лучшее расположение! Апартаменты стильные, достаточно комфортные, не считая пары нюансов. В целом, очень понравилось, я бы рекомендовала смело эти апарты. На входе нет ни одного крючка для верхней одежды и некуда поставить вещи, это не удобно. Немного накосячили с установкой посудомоечной машины - чтобы ее открыть, надо двигать холодильник. При этом, если подвинуть холодильник, то уже его невозможно открыть. Но это мелочи, которые, конечно, не портят сильно впечатление от квартиры.

• Chara (9/5): Amazing - totally recommended - Room decoration super modern - makes it feel like home from the first glance. Spacious - fully facilitated. Location was beyond expectations - in the heart of the city fully accessible on foot I was expecting a bit more service when it comes to the toilet equipment - like maybe slippers and robes or dental care etc and toiletries but apart from these little things everything was perfect

До большинства достопримечательностей Еревана пешком минут 15 максимум. Площадь Республики прямо под боком. Также поблизости множество ресторанов, магазинов, аптек. В общем все, что необходимо туристу. Очень чисто и тепло, есть всё необходимое, тихо. Квартира большая и уютная. Хозяева всегда на связи, всегда рады помочь. Очень понравилось, рекомендую. Немного были трудности с поиском входа, но это в первый день. Нужно очень внимательно читать инструкцию и следовать ей, так как если ориентироваться на гугл карты, то сразу адрес не найдёте. Но это скорее не минус, а наша невнимательность и спешка)

• Gabriela Andreea (10/5): Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Our stay at this accommodation exceeded all expectations. The price was more than convenient for what we received. The apartment is exceptionally well located—right above Restaurant Dragon Garden and across from Ramada, just a few steps from Republic Square and about 300 meters from a supermarket. I couldn’t believe how well-equipped it was: a fully functional kitchenette with stove and hood, dishwasher, microwave, oven, all necessary dishes and cutlery, bowls, an oven tray, tea and instant coffee, kettle, dishwasher tablet, glasses, cups, a pot and a pan. The bathroom was also impressively equipped, including a washing machine, hairdryer, and various toiletries. We also found indoor slippers and spotless towels. There are two SMART TVs, a safe, an iron and ironing board, plus a beautifully modern design throughout. The balcony, the quiet atmosphere, and the overall comfort made our stay even better. They even provided two bottles of water. Honestly, you don’t always find this level of quality even in 4-star hotels. The modern lighting, easy access to the property, and the entrance through the charming red-brick passage next to the restaurant—leading into the Dragon Garden courtyard—added character to the experience. The building is new, featuring heating, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a fridge, and impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Congratulations, HAYASA! We will definitely return.

• Tsovik (7/5): Good - the apartment was very stylish, classy, comfortable, just in the center of the city. The price is affordable. First I had troubles contacting the host one day in advance to understand how I need to collect the keys. When eventually they called me the same day of the check in, it appeared the building has an entrance code which can be provided only after my online payment through the credit card system, which has not worked. I was suggested to go and make a payment through the payment machines on the street or the banks. When i refused, given the number of luggages I had with me, they eventually agreed that i enter the apartment and then find a way to make a payment. After reaching the apartment and opening the door, i found the room in a complete mess, it was not cleaned after the last guest. So, i called again, and the cleaners were sent, which took another hour, before i can enter. Following that i spent my time trying to make the payment in the nearest banks, which was not possible, as the person with banking credentials didn't have bank account in those banks...Eventually i asked my Armenian contacts to make the payment for me from their local bank accounts. Overall, this experience has spoiled my impression, and i am not sure I will make a booking with them next time, regardless of the fact that the apartment was just perfect.

The location couldn't be better—right next to Republic Square, with plenty of dining options just a short walk away. The building itself is new, and the apartment is beautifully designed, with a cozy, modern interior and soothing colors. We loved the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!
• Ani (10/5): Wonderful stay - I booked an apartment on the 3rd floor and it was my best decision. The location is perfect, go out from the building and enjoy the fountains in the Republic Square. The building itself is amazing. Apartment has also a balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will book the same apartment for my next trip next year.
