- Kelleher (10/5): -
- Gerry (1/5): Look elsewhere - Honestly I liked leaving In all honesty I wish I done more research regarding this property as had I did I wouldn't have booked it it's an Airbnb yes granted the building is old it's very much in need of a complete revamp the carpets on the stairs are torn shabby the two toilets were a complete disgrace they were dirty the shower was broken in one of them s advertised there's a TV room it's the same size as a bus stop you can sit in it if there's noone eating in it the kitchen that's available for all is dated back to the 70s the rooms are very small and tight ith absolutely no facilities in them the bed in the room I had was the most uncomfortable noisy bed I've ever had there's also a strong smell of cannabis being used in the premises unfortunately I couldn't find other accommodation the night I had arrived or id not have stayed

- Samson (3/5): - Not satisfied with the condition and amenities. We were not deeply informed that we would be sharing toilet.
- Fitzpatrick (3/5): Poor - Location was handy to the city The room had no tv and no heating was available, only blankets were giving. The room had a weird musty smell it was freezing in the room wouldn't recommend! Very overpriced!
- Charlotte (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (1/5): Bad - Nothing there was no TVs and no heating The landlord came in acting naman it was a double bed white I was alive to have my wee brother with me but he started insisting on forming the police
- Aaron (4/5): Disappointing - good bed i had a good night rest Very expensive for what you get, small room, everything was a bit dirty but not too much,
just very meh overall
- Charlie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Aisling (8/5): Amazing! - The location was great, bed was so comfy and the room was perfect also very clean. House was very warm too and was never noisy. The host was great too very friendly and helpful. Was very thrilled with the outcome!
- Andy (2/5): No Thanks - Nothing really It was basically shared student accommodation . Original bathroom split into 2 with large gap at top of dividing wall - so you can hear everything your neighbour is doing.
- Kevin (10/5): Nice Overnight Stay In Belfast - Nice comfortable room & good facilities in the house. It's In a quiet area not far from the main road, shops & eat outs & pubs etc. Within walking distance to the city centre. Only a small detail but we only had 1 key. Our room slept 3 people.
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional - The location is ideal, not far from the city centre. I could also park my car for free overnight right outside the door which was very convenient. The house gives a very homely and cosy feel and it is very well maintained and the price is reasonable compared to hotels around Belfast.
- Bernie (7/5): Good - Very close to entertainment venue
- Oliver (8/5): Very good - 10am checkout
- Craig (2/5): Won’t be back. - Nothing
- Susan (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing more to say...not the best off places...suit students...could be lot cleaner n more Morden...price suits students... Cleanliness....not the very best
- Mike (7/5): Good -
- Lesley (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lyons (10/5): Perfect - Clean, homely, well located, excellent customer communication, could not fault our stay or experience & we will be back, thank u so much
- Kerrie (8/5): Great stay - Great location
Very handy check in
Our second time staying
- Zak (1/5): Disappointment - Only good thing was the location since it was close to belsonic The place was filthy there was trash left in the desks and cupboards, all while the tops of the desks were sticky
Room was incrediblely cramped and all around uncomfortable to be in
Place felt like it was never cleaned
Went back after a long day to be greeted by a bed bug scurring across my pillow
Slept on the floor and woke up to even more on the bed
Place is a definite red flag, no positives and extremely disgusting
Wasn't expecting luxury but was expecting at least the bare minimum for somewhere marked as "professionally cleaned"
At this point spend the extra £20 and get somewhere that isn't infested with bed bugs and full of filth
- Katie (3/5): Poor - Location Unclear that it was a shared property,
walls are very fun and the room was dirty
- Marco (6/5): A bit overpriced - Really close to the venue we needed to attend It wasnt specified that the bathroom was shared with the other 4/5 rooms, property is very old and every step you hear cracks in the floor
- Abbi (1/5): Disappointed - Really bad and old fashioned had to leave and re book somewhere else No toilet roll really dirty
- Tara (6/5): Pleasant -
- Deans (1/5): Bad -
- Lee (1/5): Bad -
- Hari (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (3/5): Poor - Price was reasonable and the place was kept clean and tidy Beds were very uncomfortable. One of the showers didn't work. All the fixtures and furnishings were old and shabby.
- Kerrie (7/5): Good -
- Clifford (6/5): It was an ideal location for the Belfast marathon. - The location was great. 0.7km from Ormeau Park, 1.5km from City Hall, 2km from Victoria Square shopping and food hall - all accessed by walking on the promenade. The window in the room was broken and could not close fully. Luckily the weather was fine.
- Rosemary (1/5): The worst accomodation ever . - Just the location . On arrival, around 4 pm ,the smell from we assumed cooking was quite awful .
The stairway to the shower rooms -carpets were badly maintained and worn .
The room and bed were small and cramped , pillows were flat ,and although on inspection the bed was clean the overall look of the room was pretty dire.
The wall behind the bed had white mould on it and tbe area behind the little desk had damp black mould
The shared bathrooms were just okay but wont ever be booking a shared convenience again .
Overall a very poor booking on our side and i think shame on the owner to think what he is providing is acceptable,in this day and age
The photos attached are all of room ,too disgusted to take any more
Not a complainer usually but feel disgusted that places like this
are allowed too be available .
- Tyler (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Everything and everyone
- Lauren (5/5): Passable - Good location, tidy room. Bed sheets in the double bed had bugs in them.
- Glory (7/5): Good -
- Charles (8/5): Very good -
- Laszlo (2/5): No go back - Nothing Small rooms no tv coffee tea also bathroom very dirty poor facility and mould all over shiver cabin. Shover doesn't work
- Marketa (9/5): good value for money - Does the job, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and overall very good value for money. The location is good as well and there wasn't any noise whatsoever.
- James (8/5): Very good - Easy walk into the City, but good facilities locally - pubs, food, ATM's.
Room clean and comfortable. All good
- Jane (2/5): Not worth the money, highly disappointing - Good location, comfortable bed. Skylight window didn't close and it got very cold. Resident actually had to leave the accommodation on the final night due to it being so cold, with heating on. Toilet had unflushed urine in them from other guests, on more than one occasion. Kitchen and communal area smelt odd. Until you amended your website it was totally unclear that it was a property with shared facilities. Host never answered their phone, so was unable to contact them. Stairs were very creaky and some quite unstable. Noisy with residents coming and going so it was hard to get a peaceful sleep.
