- Mogal (3/5): Poor - The shabby room and washroom were disappointing, especially considering the hotel's category. Upon entering, a pungent smell was noticeable.

Starting with yellow stains on pillows,dirty walls, fridge and bathroom was just shocking.

- Deekshith (1/5): Below average service is not worth the price. - The location was good and was closeby for public transport, malls and other main areas. The staff don't have proper training. They knock and enter with their master key even when the DND is on. They even barged in once when a lady was in washroom and didn't hear door knock. It took 25 mins for them to deliver wt ever u request for( tissue and toilet paper) they delivered a half full toilet paper too after 25 mins. The place is good but the service is very poor. They are not trained well. They should provide them proper training to the staff. They spray pesticides everyday in the corridor and it looks fogged everytime you open the door.

- Hemachandra (9/5): Value for money stay - Located just below the Sandal Soap metro, it's convenient to travel both towards Peenya as well as the city center. The road outside is however very crowded and the rooms on both sides, practically have no views. It's close to some good restaurants and watering holes. Property is well maintained. Food is good. The airport bus no 10, drops you off practically at the hotel. Inspite of being a 3 star property, they don't provide you with toothpaste and brush. These are chargeable.

- Dinesh (2/5): Manager was not accepting confirmation recieved for booking 2 rooms for 2 days /2 persons . - * Manager was not accepting online confirmation recieved for booking 2 rooms for 2 days /2 persons and offered one double room instead for same price. He was rude and after verbal fight and many evidences, we could convince him. This kind of behaviour was not acceptable. Hotel management should carry out the detailed enquiry of this kind of act, we need a call from Hotel owners for such behaviour.
