• K Walker (5/5): - Great location, free car park, watch machine, intercom so you can order uber eats and the driver come to the flat , the apartment is in last floor have not lift thats why intercom is very important. Big flat comfortable but have not one single mirros , need to professional clean.

• Remy (1/5): We did not stay, we left after 5 minutes - Nothing The cat litter tray under the kitchen sink, the broken balcony, chewing gum on the bed, strong smell of cannabis
• Vitalii (1/5): - 🆘🆘🆘 A very unpleasant situation occurred. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant, and the landlord brought me to view a flat on the 5th floor with no lift. It was physically difficult and unsafe for me to climb to such a height in my condition. Inside the flat, there was a very strong smell (similar to cannabis), making it impossible for me, my child, or my husband to stay there. The condition of the property does not match the description at all — it is significantly worse than advertised. I spent my time, effort, and energy to attend this viewing, but that same evening I was forced to go to a hotel just to be able to shower and rest properly. I explained the situation to the landlord, but I have been refused a refund, which is completely unfair. I strongly do not recommend dealing with this property. Please be careful and do not fall for this.

• Talha (6/5): Okay - Very nice tv and furnished very well, decent location in Dagenham The sofa was horrible kept falling apart, broken windows, smelt off weed due too neighbours

• James (10/5): Great stay in a clean, well maintained apartment - Really was a well maintained property. Host was helpful and met me late due to a delay with work. I didn’t mind, but it is on the top floor so if you have any mobility issues, not the place for you.

• Yusuf (8/5): Great stay, great hosts and comfortable home - Great property with comfy sofas and bed etc. nice balcony and shower. Just a little bit untidy in the living room and the balcony is a bit damaged but nothing major.

• Nicole (2/5): Broken and in need of maintenance. - 3rd floor apartment with the potential to be great. Unfortunately, not clean and had a broken shower head (looks like this has been the case for a while). The patio window has a severe crack through and had I needed to stay for longer than the 12 hours I was there, I’d have called Booking.com and insisted on a move.

• Zahad (1/5): Terrible when people are walking in with another set of keys - Location with parking It smells like someone cooks before you go there and I stayed here for few days and someone opened the door with there key and walked in while I was there with my misses. It’s not professional at all. also the shower head been broken for months now as I’ve been using this place for a while now but when a guy walks in with another set of keys is something creepy and unsafe.

• Jude (4/5): Disappointing as an idea location for my work - Good location for what I needed. Had parking. The flat wasn’t clean. There was the previous guest washing up on the drainer Dirty sponges and cloth screwed up on the side. Sink was dirty as were handles to cupboards fridges etc. There was one towel only, no hand towel or tea towel. It was described as luxury but is basic and very tired. Laminate in bathroom damaged, main bedroom window was smashed. Lock on door was dodgy, despite phoning the owner as couldn’t look it, it took another 5 minutes for it to lock. Right on a train line so expect lots of noise except from 1am-5am

• Donna (10/5): I highly recommend this lovely flat. Will be back. - Lovely flat. Helpful owner. Nice and warm. Very clean. Loved the sofa. So comfy. So was the bed. Great location. This was nice to walk in to after staying at a dump the week before.
• Ifeanyi (8/5): Nice place to stay. - The property is actually very clean and in a cool Residential area. Sleeping in the bedroom before 12pm is an issue because of the train noise that is directly behind the room. But staying in the living room is an alternative.

• Kikelomo (10/5): Exceptional - The best apartment ever lodged in. Host was super amazing, he ensured to provide all that was required and said to call anytime if we needed anything. Apartment was really clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. It was an amazing experience. Totally worth it!
