The host was extremely nice and very accommodating, with clear and friendly communication throughout our stay. Everything was easily accessible, making the experience comfortable and stress-free. I would happily stay here again.

• Oyku (2/5): I would not choose to stay there again. - The window in the living room could not be locked. Cold air was coming in from the sides of the balcony door in the bedroom even when it was closed. The apartment smelled strongly as if it had just been freshly painted. The toilet was not clean upon arrival. I also killed two insects on the kitchen counter. In addition, the elevator in the building was not working, so we had to carry our luggage up three floors using the stairs.

Its like they say,never judge a book by its cover The walls were a bit thin so u could hear the other rooms if they were a bit extra loud

Υπάρχει ένα ωραιο μπαλκόνι όπου μπορείτε να πιείτε καφέ το πρωί . Ο ιδιοκτήτης ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσασε όλες τις κλήσεις και τα αιτήματα .

• Sonja (8/5): - Kleine, aber feine Wohnung. Die Lage war voll in Ordnung, nachdem wir einen guten Weg in die Innenstadt entdeckt hatten. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Super praktisch mit dem Autostellplatz unter dem Haus - auf der Straße waren alle Parkplätze belegt. Große Hauptstraße um die Ecke, an der es kaum Ampeln gibt. Die Fußgängerzone in die Altstadt liegt aber nicht weit entfernt. Das Bad ist innenliegend und es gibt keinen Aufzug im Treppenhaus.

• van der paard (9/5): Really comfortable! - It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable especially. Everything was very easy to use. Also the owner was very nice and responded really quick with any questions we might’ve had. At first the shower wasn’t getting warm enough. We let the owner know and it was easily fixed. Therefore there were no concrete problems.

• Despina (10/5): Excellent value for money choice, clean and central. - The apartment was clean and spacious, ideal for what we needed during our stay. The hosts had put some still water in the fridge which, upon our arrival, was much appreciated. Location was central, with a supermarket in two minutes walking distance as well as coffee places. Walking to the center was 15-18 mins. Although it is an apartment and not a hotel and hence, I wouldn’t expect daily cleaning of the room or anything, it would be good to arrange for emptying the toilet basket as it wasn’t allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet. We stayed there 4 nights and the basket was inevitably full.

• Vitor (10/5): - The location is good, the street is quite calm and not noisy, so it allows for good rest. It is also a walking distance of many interesting places to visit and around 10-15 minutes to the old town. Also, the bus stop that takes you to the airport shuttles is just 5 min away. As for the apartment itself: very bright, AC in both rooms, nice sunny balcony, spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable.

The cutleries, pans, glass cups were not clean and had to be thoroughly washed to be used. Some items could be added to increase the satisfaction of long stays like myself (Like dish soap, a vileda cloth or something like that to clean the countertops and tables, have a tissue box, an ashtray on the balcony) Nevertheless these are just small details and the place is still great, clean and comfortable

• Chan (9/5): In general, I would definitely recommend this to a group of friends, even though it had its ups and downs. It’s a good r - It was very nice, modern, clean, and the owner was very fast on replying to me through messages if I needed anything. The price was super affordable and reasonable, and you had a lot of restaurants and necessities around you. We stayed there for five nights. The bed was very comfortable. The couch was OK. The shower had a little issue with the draining system at the beginning, but then I got a glove and cleaned it and it was fixed. It also had a laundry room in case you wanted to clean/wash any of your clothes, although I never got to use it it’s very handy if you’re staying for a lot of days with just a few clothes. The outside of the building is definitely concerning until you get inside the room, I will point out that the codes sent to you via email to get the keys to enter the room are not correct and that you will most probably have to contact directly the person taking care of the rooms to understand how to get into your room.

It was great that it had washing and drying machine, with an iron (in the room) and an iron rack. Kitchen had everything you need. Overall it was neat. Could be more clean. The fridge was dirty and the freezer had something like a red juice spilled in it. The kettle had a lot of salt at the bottom. It would be great if laundry detergent since there is washing machine /dryer. The couch was very uncomfortable.

We loved having breakfast on the balcony. It's near to the modern shopping district. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell if the door was closed for a long time. The location is quite far from the old city center, Ledra.
• Lina (9/5): Great! - We had a great stay at Amalia Residences! It is a very spacious and bright apartment, the furniture is modern and brand new. The check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient, Elias was very helpful and available at any time. Special credit goes to the very comfortable bed for two including a blanket sleeping two.

• Marjan (7/5): Would come again - It is as good as in the pictures in terms of condition of apartment and equipment. So, very nice indeed. It is quiet in general, no busy and noisy street. However, during my stay construction with loud noise was going on from 7 am on. The building is quiet most of the time. I did not hear neighbors most of the time. There was occasional noise, even an electric guitar, but that was short. Grocery store is very close. The key from the main door was not in the lock box. I could not get in. Luckily another guest was exiting at the time and helped me. Both keys were in the inside lock box at the second door to my apartment. Instructions for hot water were missing. There were no bigger towels, only hand towels. These issues were solved via messages over WhatsApp by the manager though. The kitchen towel has not been replaced for a long time. I bought myself some paper towels. Not very clean, just clean. As said, overall very quiet. But the doors of these apartments do not have any rubber seals, so wood on wood door slamming of other guests entering/exiting was too loud. This could be easily solved.
