• Gupti (6/5): Ideally located but a tad bit on the noisy side - Convenient location for getting around, very clean, all the facilities we needed. The apartment although located in a convenient access point, is located just behind McDonalds fast food restaurant, the late staff (working after 23:00 up until 04:00) were very noisy, without consideration for nearby residents. Also the door numbering had two different numbers hence someone tried very noisily to open our door around midnight.

Hot water was not working when we arrived and no instructions were provided how to activate it. No microwave was available.

• Belen (3/5): Totally misleading listing - - Nothing really The photos of this place had very little to do with reality. Only at the very end of the description was it mentioned that the bathroom was shared — something I would never have agreed to had it been clearly disclosed upfront. While the apartment itself was clean, everything from the towels to the bedsheets felt old, worn out, and tired. The wool blanket looked like something left over from the Second World War. To make matters worse, the apartment was on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was especially unpleasant with luggage. The sofa bed was by far one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. During our stay, we kept referring to it as “the crappy place one hopes to never end up in while traveling.” This review should serve as a warning to fellow travelers: the listing is misleading, the comfort level is extremely poor, and the experience was disappointing overall.

Buona l'attrezzatura da cucina, fornito di asciugacapelli e prodotti basici di prima necessità. Visuale poco significativa, alcuni balconi affacciavano su un androne chiuso e altri a ridosso di un calle stretta. Uso del bidet un po' limitato per motivi di spazio. Ci si può adattare senza disagio. Struttura e arredo un po' datati ma confortevoli.

• Victoria (7/5): Nice view, comfy bed and clean. - For a sofa bed, that was the comfiest bed we stayed in the whole trip even if it was a bit squeaky. The large windows were great and the shared bathroom was cleaned daily. We booked this the morning of as our other stay was fradulent and while pricey, was a welcome relief. We had to stop at another location to pickup the keys and we were on the 4th floor which at least ensured it was quiet. The stairwell lights were motion activated but there wasn't a sensor on the top floor so we had to make our way downstairs in the pitch black.
• Anna (4/5): - Great location. Having a private bathroom was a big plus, especially in Venice, and for this price it was very good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful – they informed us in advance about the new Venice regulations starting from April 3. Upon arrival, we were met by a staff member who gave us a map and explained how to get to the accommodation, as it was located a bit further from the check-in point. Although the street was not central, it was still very busy. There is a Michelin-star restaurant nearby and the back entrance of a McDonald’s right across from the apartment, which made the area noisy. The soundproofing was extremely poor – it felt like the walls and doors didn’t exist. We could hear every step, voices, and even constant beeping from McDonald’s, making it very difficult to sleep. We had to buy earplugs the next day, which helped, but this should have been mentioned in advance or provided by the host. Also the bed was made of two single beds pushed together and kept separating. The blanket was not in a proper duvet cover. It was quite cold at night. The biggest shock was when someone (likely housekeeping) entered the room without knocking while we were still inside, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable as our belongings and privacy were involved.

• Kwnstandina (10/5): I would prefer it again! 😁 - Very nice location, the place was clean. The staff was super nice and helped us with everything we needed. It’s a bit tricky to find the Key Pickup location, but with some instructions we managed to find it.
• ylinkin (1/5): Misleading listing, disorganised check-in and poor communication significantly affected my stay. - The room itself was acceptable in terms of basic cleanliness and size. The location area was generally convenient once the actual accommodation was reached. The main issue was misleading presentation of the listing. The property appeared in search results with icons suggesting a private bathroom, and only later it became clear that the booked room had shared facilities. The check-in process was also poorly organised, requiring guests to walk to a different hotel to collect the keys and then continue again to the actual accommodation, which was not clearly highlighted in advance. Communication with staff was inconsistent. At reception I was told there were no rooms available in the main hotel, yet later messages suggested that a clear upgrade solution had been offered. The only upgrade discussed required an additional payment per night, which felt unreasonable considering the price already paid for shared facilities. Also add a picture of a “bed” which u sleep after long day walk. Overall, the experience felt stressful, confusing and not transparent.

Las fotos no son reales: en los apartamentos el techo es abuhardillado, a penas podíamos ponernos de pie; además, no avisan y era un tercer piso (por número de escaleras parecía un quinto) y al llegar a la minúscula puerta de entrada hacia otro tramo excesivamente estrecho de escaleras. No es un alojamiento cómodo para ir con maletas, tampoco sería apto para alguien con movilidad reducida. En cuanto a la cama: no existía, era un sofá cama abierto, incómodo y que por debajo de las sábanas tenía el colchón recubierto con plástico lo cual daba un calor bestial. No repetiremos.

Non è Appartamento che ha un proprietario quindi non ha quel calore casalingo , non è attrezzata bene la cucina ( mancano spugne nuove pulite per lavare piatti per esempio). Ultimo piano è il migliore perché ha anche la vista gradevole sui tetti delle case veneziane. Le signore che puliscono ogni giorno il palazzo sono adorabili.

Sarebbe stato bello una macchinetta del caffè visto che c'è una cucina dove poter fare colazione.

Il bagno in comune molto pulito Faceva un po' troppo caldo e per non soffocare abbiamo dovuto tenere una finestra aperta ma c'erano delle persone sotto la casa che facevano rumore e quindi non il massimo (niente di strano essendo a venezia tra bar e strade strette, di per se non urlavano o niente, semplicemente il dover stare con le finestre aperte ovviamente arriva rumore)

• Cristina (8/5): - Ottima disponibilità a lasciare i bagagli anche dopo check-out, inltre check-in anticipato di due ore visto che l'appartamento era già disponibile Non era chiara la posizione dell'appartamento rispetto alla posizione della reception, o meglio sul sito sembravano distante alcuni metri: per fortuna distavano solo 10 minuti, ma avrei preferito saperlo in anticipo.
• Dominique (6/5): Ok - Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut. Die Größe war super und die Ausstattung war auch gut. Es war sauber. Leider war es kalt, aber auszuhalten. Allerdings liegen 2 beliebte Bars in der Gasse und der Hintereingang vom MC Donalds direkt gegenüber. Das bedeutet es ist sehr lange sehr laut und es fängt in der früh durch die Anlieferung wieder an.. grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig und man ist bei allen Gesprächen indoor und outdoor live dabei. Ebenfalls lag das 2Personen Studio im Erdgeschoss und die Feiernden lehnen direkt an den Fenstern des Zimmers und dies ebenfalls bis ca. 1 Uhr Nachts. Falls man nicht selbst ausgeht (mit Kindern), ist dies sehr störend. Auf Booking ist auch nicht ersichtlich wo genau die Unterkunft liegt. In der Karte ist der Ort für den Checkin eingezeichnet. Man wurde aber informiert, wo die Unterkunft sein wird.

• George (8/5): Venice is beautiful and this is a decent base to start from. - Venice is small enough that it would be hard to imagine a bad location, that said this was well located close to conveniences and restaurants, as well as easy walks to gondola, water taxi, and points of interest such as Doges Palace and St Marks Square. Has the dubious honour of being very close to the only McDonalds in Venice. We were up four flights of stairs and no elevator! Other than that it was fine.

• Jegors (8/5): - Чисто, очень чисто - уборка каждый день. Высокие потолки. Спуститься вниз и ты на главной улице, а там магазины, кафе и поток идущих к достопримечательностям, не потеряешься. Не слышно соседей. Телевизор, холодильник и кондиционер отлично справлялись. Чайник нам достался без свистка. Маленький по площади душ. В нашем случае четвертый этаж - не побегаешь туда сюда. Раскладной диван только на перывй взгляд хороший вариант для сна - не удобно на нем

O contacto de referência foi extremamente rude é mal educado, disse que a minha mãe não era do século XXI quando lhe pediu ajuda. Mal tratou a minha mãe. O fogão tinha um problema a qual ligamos a pedir ajuda e não houve retorno.

• Hamed (1/5): Not good at all - Nothing at all Actually, the check-in was at another hotel in Venice, which I didn’t realize at first. I arrived around 10:15 p.m because my flight from Germany was delayed, and by the time I got to Venice it was also raining, which made things even harder. When I finally got there, the hotel receptionist charged me €30 for the late check-in. He treated me very rudely, even though he could see I was exhausted from traveling. I even asked him to let me charge my phone, but he refused. He didn’t give me the keys until I paid the €30. The apartment itself was not good at all—the bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom didn’t have hot water, and the shower pressure was extremely weak.

• Marie (6/5): It was certainly an interesting experience. They were accommodating, but I would not stay here again. But also, you get - The actual room we stayed in was nice. It had a kitchen attached with a fridge. It was also in a nice location. Ultimately they did help us with our problem of an ac that was not working. So, the first night we walked in, it was later, we come into the room, it was quite warm, so we try to turn on the ac. It becomes pretty apparent that it is not working, we try everything, and it was basically just recirculating the air. I call the front desk. For the sake of this story it is important to know that I am a woman, but I was traveling with my partner who is a man and another friend who is a woman. When I call the front desk to share what was going on, the man says that I might need to reset the AC. He also says I might want to put my friend on the phone, as men are better at these sorts of things, in a very condescending way. (It caught me off guard. I’ve never had anyone be so obvious with misogyny before). Anyways, my partner coincidentally happens to be quite handy and knows electrical work. So he does follow the man’s instructions to go downstairs to reset the ac. The best part is, the man told him to hit the wrong button. A different switch ends up being the one that resets the ac. So the ac is on for a bit, it’s not very strong, but the room cools down a bit. Around 2:30 in the morning, the ac must have shut off because all 3 of us wake up horrifically hot around 3 a.m. like the room must have been at least 85 degrees if not warmer. There is really nothing we can do. We would open the windows except there’s mosquitoes and no screens on the windows. The next morning, there was a woman cleaning the rooms. We ask her for help with the ac. She presses a few things, says to leave it on all day. Unfortunately after a day out, we come back to find that the room is not cold at all. At this point, they did give us the keys to a new room, that had a fantastic ac. So our next night of sleep was much better. Also, they allowed us to store our bags in the lobby the next day. However, when I asked if I could lock our bags together, the guy said no because he was going to move them to a more secure area.
