• Duncan (1/5): Terrible, disrespectful and poorly managed. Don't rent it. It's not worth it. - The location. This was a terrible rental experience. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. They didn't have the proper instructions to get in, so we were left outside IN THE RAIN for 30 minutes trying to get a hold of the manager. After finally tracking him down, he figured out a new code that he was unaware of (the lock box he had told us would be there had been removed so there literally not a single way we could have entered our rental without speaking to him). Once we were in, there was not even a SINGLE square of toilet paper in the apartment, there were dirty towels in the entryway and someone else's coat hanging in the open closet area. So after that, how could I even have peace of mind that the sheets and bedding had actually been washed? I had to go out at 8:00 at night IN THE RAIN to find some freaking toilet paper and I don't care where you are, when you rent a place, even if there is half a roll at least that is considerate of the fact that you are paying them money to rent and trusting that they could at least do the bare minimum. There was no dish soap :( There was no instructions to get on the wifi until he sent them. No way to get the TV working until he sent that over Whatsapp. And then, the fire alarm went off twice - both false alarms and once at 2:30 in the morning. While that's not their fault, there was NOT A SINGLE piece of information in the unit on any of this. It was ridiculous. And even then, I could have let it all go, but he didn't even say he was sorry, didn't offer to help us, didn't even check in to see how we were after such a 100% crap experience. I will never rent from them again and will never use booking.com again, as they clearly don't have standards that they are upholding.

• Brandi (10/5): Exceptional - We booked last minute when our planned had changed, the host was very accommodating and helpful thank you!! The location was perfect right beside the festival square, and everything you need in the center of down town mtl,, in the middle of the action, but also very quiet on the higher floor. Thank you to the cleaning staff it was spotless and as we booked last minute they came in to ensure everything was fresh and stocked, I appreciate that its also dog friendly, its difficult to find and we have a small senior shihtzu :) Was perfect for our needs as a couple!
• Lilia (4/5): So-so - The location is excellent. However, the organization needs a big improvement. We never received information on how to enter the property. Worst of all when we did finally enter after calling, the apartment had not been cleaned at all! The bed was still unmade with towels on the bathroom floor and crumbs on the floor. To give credit where credit is due, the owner did come over right away to clean and did a decent job. Except, even after he came, there was no toilet paper, there was no soap in the bathroom, there was a coffee maker, but make sure to bring your own coffee, and the tv didn’t work. So for a bare minimum of a bed in a good location, it’s fine, for any sort of comfort, it leaves a lot to be desired. Location
