• Steven (10/5): - Located in the Main Street a bit remote in a side street. Exceptionally cheap. You can walk to every relevant place in the city, even the phong nha cave boat tour. But for dark cave you need transport. Motorbike renting experts, easy and high quality bike. I loved the reception guy he was a really chill open dude happy to help with anything

• Caitlen (10/5): Exceptional Stay!!! - I was genuinely overwhelmed by how extremely clean the rooms and bathrooms were and how comfortable the beds are. The host went out of her way to help us call around different bus companies after the one we booked through 12Go cancelled on us last minute. She gave us a great deal on motorbike rentals. She was the most gracious and kind host i’ve had during my two month long travels in Vietnam. What a hidden gem this place is! Everything exceeded my expectations

I felt like booking tours and bus tickets at the homestay was a bit pricey and I could have found better deals outside but it was a convenient option at that time for me.

• Katie (7/5): Cheap 🙏 - Great location close to main street of phong nha. It does the job. AC and hot water worked well. The budget room is very very small and has no windows at all. However, for the price we cannot complain.

• Chelsea (5/5): Bathroom was in a poor condition, location is really nice. - Gentleman on reception was nice, helped us out with an early morning arrival which was good. Bed was nice and large The toilet roll holder fell off the wall during the night, our bathroom door would not close and the bathroom flooded quite badly when attempting to shower. Overall the bathroom was very rundown and when alerting staff of our experience they did not offer any form of compensation or apology. The gentleman did however say he fixed the door.
• Jonas (8/5): Basic stay in great location with helpful staff - I stayed in a spacious Standard Double Room without window for only 270.000 VND per night. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, the location great and the staff welcoming and helpful. A self-check-in late at night was no problem at all and the WiFi was stable. The only negative point to mention are the slightly moldy walls. Maybe this is only a problem for the Standard Double Room as there is no proper window.
• Laura (8/5): Good value for money, love the owner and the kindness - The owner is such a helpful lady and is very kind. She will always try to help you. You can rent a scooter there for 100.000-120.000 d/day. The balcony should have a beautiful view (i heard). Everything is clean and you will have a hot shower (if three people will shower directly one after another the last person will get lukewarm water but thats really commonly). The beds are really comfortable and i slept really well. They are cleaning everything everyday. Loved the location (very near the main street but in placed in a little street behind it so it‘s calm there). I guess if you mention it early enough in advance you can check-in there anytime (i was able to leave my luggage there, even when i arrived far to early there). Sometimes you won‘t get answers via booking or whatsApp. No key for the room (but you can lock it from inside and i heard its typical for phong an). Sometimes you have to search for the owner (its normal in vietnam). The plug on the extension cord has burned out. But we recognized it before anything bad happened so we just didn‘t use this extension cord.

• stefania (10/5): - Assolutamente tutto, dalle ragazze del personale super gentili, la struttura è molto pulita, bagni e sanitari nuovi immacolati, lenzuola pulite, asciugamano, letti super spaziosi, comodi e con tendine per la privacy, molto spazio nei dormitori per riporre le proprie cose e armadietti. Terrazza molto carina e silenziosa, l ambiente in generale molto tranquillo se uno cerca un luogo di pace è super adatto, appena lontano dalla strada principale ma comunque a 10 minuti a piedi da tutti i servizi, consigliatissimo!
• OrianeVr (9/5): Convenient hostel - Convenient location next to the bus stop, very quiet hostel, comfy beds, towel and amenities. Scooter rental, competitive bus and excursion prices. The nice rooftop that you see in the pictures exists but is pretty much abandoned. No one there ever, and no bar.

Dommage qu'on y soit resté qu'une nuit et qu'il faisait pas très beau/chaud. La personne à l'accueil est très serviable, et gentille. Elle nous a beaucoup aidé. Emplacement à côté des départs/arrivées de bus. Je recommande La chambre est mal isolée (comme un peu partout) et le jet de la douche chaude est un peu faible sinon rien à redire.

• PickLeng (8/5): Comfortable place to stay - Easy to find, located behind the Central Backpackers hostel which is a great landmark along the road..The long-distance bus from Danang stopped just about 100m from the CB Hostel.. the 4-bed mixed dorm I booked was big and spacious, everybody had a small double bed and firm mattress, so I had very comfortable sleeps. Privacy curtains, aircon, fan and wifi all worked well. Ensuite shower and toilet were very welcome. Also spacious and comfortable common area. Nothing to dislike.

• Michelle (8/5): - It’s just off the Main Street, but as the town is so small, it’s a short walk to everywhere. About 15 mins walk to the Phong Nha Cave boat pier. They also rent out scooters, which you can drop off anywhere in Vietnam.

• Lipika (8/5): Spacious, Great location, Good view - We booked two rooms. One was very spacious as it was a 3 bedroom one. The view was good. Washrooms were clean. There was a musty smell I couldn't figure out why so I don't blame anyone. There was no elevator. We had to drag our luggages from the ground floor to the second and third floor in the middle of the night. The guy at the reception was nice. He helped us with our luggages while ascending during check-in.
• Rubal (9/5): It was wonderful, good place to stay - I liked how close it was to the main road, and it was located a missed beautiful mountains, and it was clean and spacious I like everything. No problem at all. Just that in the washroom, there was a lizard and we could improve on that, and I’m personally scared of insect a lot.
