This is more for info as said before on other reviews stairs are steep to bedroom. Church bells start early (7am). This could bother some people.

• Rafał (10/5): - Gorąco polecam – bardzo przyjemne miejsce na pobyt. Apartament jest estetyczny i zadbany, a wokół rozciągają się piękne widoki. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Świetna lokalizacja, doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicznych atrakcji, dodatkowym plusem jest bliskość licznych sklepów.

• Alfred (3/5): Der Preis für das Appartement war im Vergleich zu dem Top-Appartement in Baska auf Krk viel zu hoch. - An allen Seiten unseres Appartements wurde bebaut - sogar an unserem Appartement. Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeit auch aufgrund der abgestellten Baufahrzeuge.
• Vincent (9/5): Nous avons été ravi du logement dans le centre-ville de Bovec. Le logement est bien équipé et propre. L’accès au jardin - Une maison spacieuse et atypique sur 3 étages. Un joli jardin bien équipé pour se détendre. À côté de l’église, accessible au centre-ville à pied. Les lits, bien que confortables, grincent durant la nuit. Dommage que la cabine de douche soit située au deuxième étage et soit si petite. À noter que la proximité de l’église va avec le son des cloches durant la journée.

The building is old with three floors. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and almost unusable. The flat-screen TV was only decorative and could not connect to the internet. At the end of October the weather was cold, and the heater worked only for a short time before turning off by itself. It was so cold at night that I couldn’t sleep. The next morning I decided to leave early. I gave up one paid night and my train ticket from Germany, then bought a new one to return immediately. Later the host emailed me claiming I had entered the wrong apartment. But when I arrived, there was no one to welcome me. The upper apartment had no key, while the old lower one had a key on the table and a “Welcome” mat in front — how was I supposed to know? I left in the rain with my bicycle. This place felt like a tourist trap. --- 🇩🇪 **Deutsch** Ich habe dieses Apartment für zwei Nächte (29.–31. Oktober 2025) gebucht. Das Gebäude ist alt und hat drei Etagen. Das WLAN war sehr schwach und fast unbrauchbar. Der Flachbildfernseher war nur Dekoration und konnte keine Internetverbindung herstellen. Ende Oktober war es bereits kalt, und die Heizung funktionierte nur kurz und schaltete sich dann von selbst aus. In der Nacht war es so kalt, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Am nächsten Morgen beschloss ich abzureisen. Ich verzichtete auf eine bezahlte Nacht und verlor mein Zugticket aus Deutschland, kaufte dann ein neues, um sofort zurückzufahren. Später schrieb mir der Gastgeber, ich hätte angeblich das falsche Apartment betreten. Aber bei meiner Ankunft war niemand da. Die Wohnung oben hatte keinen Schlüssel, während die alte Wohnung unten einen Schlüssel auf dem Tisch und eine „Welcome“-Fußmatte hatte – wie hätte ich wissen sollen, dass das falsch war? Ich verließ das Haus im Regen mit meinem Fahrrad. Für mich ist dieser Ort eine Touristenfalle.

Die Terrasse mit Garten ist sehr schön Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind nicht voneinander getrennt. Sie sind durch die Treppe verbunden. Man muss sich also gut verstehen. Privatsphäre ist etwas eingeschränkt. Die Treppen könnten für ältere Menschen schwierig sein.

Удобна для проживания большой семье или группе. - Понравился порядок, обжитость дома (трёхэтажного, Eng.: two-story hous, kitchen on ground floor). Дом - не гостиница в привычном понимании, но жилой дом, сдаваемый под гостиницу. Два верхних этажа - под жилые комнаты, нижний - кухня, с лестницей, проходящей через комнаты. Мы и искали в последний день пребывания в Альпах гостиницу, где можно самим спокойно, не торопясь, приготовить поесть. Очень хорошее расположение дома в том, что совсем рядом улица с магазинами, низкие цены в магазинах, хорошее качество продуктов. Быстро пошли и купили всё, что надо было. Кухня очень удобная, всё хорошо работает. Машину удобно поставить на площадке непосредственно у дверей гостиницы. Возможно, здание хорошо подошло бы большой семье, где надо, чтоб все дети были бы всегда под наблюдением. Либо компании близких друзей человек шесть. Возможно, приедем сюда ещё, с полной людей машиной. Очень понравилась окружающая обстановка: живописные улочки, церковь, и вид на горы. Так же: Близость гостиницы от центра города, и сравнительно небольшая удалённость от рек Соча и Каритница, для сплавов и мероприятий днём. Признаюсь, не понравилось то, что когда приехали, не могли найти дома (навигатор привёл только в район). Пытался звонить хозяину - так и не дозвонился, трубку не подняли. Хотя днём после его запроса по почте о подробностях приезда, я сразу просто позвонил, и тут же дозвонился, администратор хорошо говорила по-английски, и я объяснил, что приедем около 18.00. Приехав, минут 20, или больше, искал нужный адрес по пустынным улицам (местные жители появлялись и тут же исчезали в своих домах). Наконец, нашёл в боковой улочке. Дверь была не заперта, ключи внутри. Облегчённо вздохнул... Нам, как семейной паре, немного неудобно было то, что комната с душем и туалетом была на самом верхнем этаже из трёх (а наличие туалета и душа в номере было нашим условием при выборе), а кухня - на самом нижнем этаже. Возможно, было бы уютнее, если бы комната закрывалась, а к открытому проходу через любую комнату, с лестницами... не привыкли.

• Voiculescu (9/5): Nice place in a wonderful area! - It is a place of wonder..looks like from fairytales. One of the villages definetly need to be visited. The stairs are not so friendly :)
• Maria (6/5): Für eine Nacht im Zentrum okay, wenn man keine Kinder hat - -Lage im Ort super, aber Auffahrt mit größerem Auto schwierig (wenn Parkbucht gerade belegt ist, muss man umdrehen) -genügend Geschirr und Equipment in Küche -genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten wie Sofa und Sessel -WLAN problemlos teilweise veraltete Ausstattung bzw Zustand der Wohnung zB -Haltung Duschbrause geht von der Wand ab und wackelt - einige Steckdosen wackeln bzw lassen sich aus der Wand ziehen (mit Kleinkind was sich für alles interessiert ist das trotz mitgebrachten Steckdosenschutz eine Katastrophe!) - Parkett stark abgenutzt - Heizungsrohre laufen teilweise wild durch Wände und sind unisoliert (auch für Kleinkind wieder kritisch, da sie sehr heiß werden) Weitere Kleinigkeiten, für Diejenigen, die es interessiert: - kein Duschvorleger vorhanden, nur ein kleines Handtuch bei 3 Personen - Badezimmer ist oben beim Bett mit sehr lautem Lüfter, der nicht separat aus geschaltet werden kann, d.h. wenn das Kind schon schläft, wird duschen schwierig.... Das sollte man nur wissen vorher - keine Haken für Handtücher oder Klamotten im Bad - sehr hellhörig (andere Wohnung?) - kaputter Mülleimer mit zwei Deckeln, wovon beide Deckel nur noch offen stehen und nicht mehr zu gehen (Geruch!) -im Wohn und Essbereich ging nur noch ein Licht, was aber auch sehr dunkel war, also zum Essen abends war es eher gemütlich ;)
• Stefano (10/5): Sui luoghi della 12^ Battaglia dell'Isonzo - Appartamento ideale per le coppie, piccolo ma accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per brevi soggiorni. Ci sono anche la lavastoviglie e il riscaldamento. È vicinissimo al centro e c'è il posto macchina. Forse l'unica limitazione a soggiorni lunghi è la mancanza della lavatrice. A qualcuno potrebbero dare fastidio le campane. Non è adatto a chi ha problemi di deambulazione vista la presenza di rampe di scale.
• CATERINA (10/5): - Everything was absolutely perfect!! If you are visiting Bovec, make sure this is your place. Everything from the check in to the check out to the house itself was great! It is so spacious and it feels like being home away from home. The house is only 7-8 minutes away on foot from the bus station and from Mercator (the closest grocery shop), super close to the other restaurants and overall very well equipped for cooking and staying. I am definitely planning to come back for a longer stay! There was nothing I didn’t like :)

Sie war gemütlich und hatte alles wichtige. - Die Sauberkeit war nixht überwältigend: viele spinnenweben, spinnen allgemein und Fäkalien im Klo. - Wenn du mit einem großen Auto fährst, muss du vorsichtig fahren, da die Straßen eng sind. Dafür können die Vermieter nichts, aber die Info wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen.

O apartamento é muito espaçoso tendo espaço para pelo menos 6 pessoas. Os proprietários foram muito simpáticos. Gostámos de tudo. O preço é um pouco elevado para 2 pessoas mas tirando isso tudo ótimo

A washing machine will be beneficial, prefer that instead of a dishwasher. Stairs going up to the bedroom are quite steep. Better light inside needed

Na posameznih etažah ni vrat, v zgornjo spalnico greš skozi spodnjo :) WC v pritličju je del dnevne sobe (loči ga le lesena predelna stena). Mini kopalnica. Pajčevine. Staro (obnovljeno) pohištvo.

• Simona (2/5): Worst bed I’ve slept in - The location + the backyard The second bathroom is basically a closet in the kitchen — the most random setup I’ve ever seen. It smelled like pee around the toilet, and we felt really weird using it. The dishes needed to be washed again before we could use them. The whole place needs a serious deep cleaning. The shower cabin is so small, it’s hard to even wash properly. The worst part was the bed. The sheets were filthy and smelled awful. It was really hard to sleep because of that. Honestly, it’s the worst bed I’ve ever slept in.
• Christiane (8/5): Schönes Häuschen mit guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage, da man schnell im Dorf ist und eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge hat. Liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet, schöne Terrasse - mut unserem Hund allerdings schwierig wegen all der freilaufenden Hühner und Katzen 😅 Highlight ist definitiv das Klo im schrank unter der Treppe im Wohnzimmer 🤣🤣🤣 Die Betten, insbesondere in der mittleren Etage sind sehr durchgelegen... ich konnte da nicht schlafen. Es gibt zwischen den zimmern keine Türen. Mit zwei teenagern ist das mit der Privatsphäre schwierig.

• Patrick (10/5): The apartment is a bit tricky to find thought the host gave clear instructions on its location. There was construction g - Everything is good Not enough lights in the upper deck bedroom. No shower gel or shampoo provided.
• Robinson (1/5): a bad experience - We could not reach the owner by phone, or at the apartment location when we arrived. We were forced to stay in another hotel. The owner would not compensate us for the night that we had paid for, so we paid twice for that nights accommodations. I would not recommend dealing with this apartment complex or owner.
• Mariana (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice place with our own bathroom and big kitchen with equipment. We had big dog with us and he loves it too. For two people and one dog it was really big appartment. The location was nice too. We will come again for sure!

• Brankod (7/5): Good - Appartment at excellent location. Fully equipped (minus air conditioning). Relatively low price, compared to alternatives, reasonably matches the appartment condition. Parking near the house, though access via narrow street. Dog friendly. Appartment in need of maitenance and update. Deep cleaning required. (Regular cleanup was ok.) New bed is urgently required (screeches whenever one person moves)... Good to know: Neighbouring house was a construction site (in beginning of August 2024), though no works were going on during our stay.

A lot of things to do near this place. Little bit hard to find but it's in the middle of other houses in the last part of the alley. Not recommended for bigger cars if u want to park next to the house
• Finn (5/5): Passable - - great location: very close to city center, just a 3 minute walk - friendly host - there are no doors between the rooms: each room is one floor which provides some privacy but noise travels through - the apartment is not in the best condition: there's a broken clock, the toilet seat is falling off, electric wires are coming out of the wall, ...
• Ivan (9/5): Superb - Great location very near to town center with nice terrace to sit and watch Bevel from above. Very useful balkony for drying clothes, garden to sit and kitchen to cook. Parking is just for two cars, but during whole stay we have every time where to park. Bed is very soft, so for hard bed lovers - you'll probably seep on the floor :-) Refrigerator is clean, but maybe little bit tired and keeping food cold was to much for him. Not a big deal, but better do know before You buy lots of food.
• Kamila (8/5): Very good - I appreciate the little garden area behind the house. The street was quiet at night and also close to the center. The kitchen was well equipped. Also liked the separate bin for recycling :) The host was communicating quickly when we had some questions. There was a bathroom on the 2nd floor which was a bit surprising, but luckily one toilet was made in the ground floor. But I understand it wasn't possible to do it any other way. The cabinets in the kitchen smelled a bit like an old house, but we just washed everything before use. Also, the streets around the house were a bit too narrow so if you have a bigger car, you need to be careful.
• Nicolas (5/5): Well located but uncomfortable - The apartment is well located in Bovec, close to restaurants and main activities. The owner is nice. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable, the linens were very dusty creating allergies. Fortunately, I had brought pills. The place is also noisy due to poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear people from other units.
• Amanda (8/5): Relaxing stay near center - Location is great, a short walk away from the center and nice backyard. Maybe the kitchen could have been better equiped (utensils). Some dishes were in need of a second wash, but that is probably more on the people who were renting before us. Better instructions about the gas stove.
• Chris (6/5): nice room but wouldn’t stay there again - the room was clean and a nice layout. location was good, although up a slight hill there was no instructions on arrival so we presumed which was our apartment and made our own way in. the plug sockets by the bed at the back of the room did not work. the bed was two twin beds pushed together and was ridiculously squeaky, every time you move it squeaked and would wake you up. there is a church outside and it rings the bells on the hour - at 7am there was 7 rings and then a minute after about 20 rings. I have no idea why.
• Gloria (9/5): Superb - It is very clean including the floor. There is salt and left over flour which we use to cook pancakes. Name the cooking utensils, you have them here, even an oven. They bought in hair dryer after I informed them there isn't one. There are all together 3 levels with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, good enough for a family. The shower area is a bit small compared to the size of the apartment. The cover of the toilet bowl in the highest level always falls when one get up, this should be fixed. It's dated, but it's cheap also.

• Marcela (10/5): If you can book it! :) - We loved the place where it is located, it has a beautiful view to the mountain and to the church and it was very comfy and cosy. I recommend it and I would book it again. The bed was a bit soft for us. It would be also good at least a full toilet paper roll but just a detail that it doesn´t change our appreciation about this accomodation.

• Martin (4/5): Disappointing - Close to Downtown - location itself is good Apartment with 3 floors - really big Super cold inside. - heating was turned off After preparing a dinner we smell gas in whole apartment. noise floor and stairs - problem during the night when you need to go to bathroom.
