• marie louise (5/5): Pas à refaire, mais Granada faut vraiment le détour - L’emplacement Tres bruyant tres humide. Tres chaud par une chauffage qu’on a pas pu arrêter. (30*) dans la pièce principale. Étouffant. Manque de vaisselle. Sombre. Pas à recommander.

• tereza (8/5): Gostamos muito, recomendo. - Ótima localização, próximo do El Corte Inglés, cafés e restaurantes. Também próximo às atrações turísticas. Duches muito bons, smart tv e boa internet. as janelas dão para o vão central do prédio e, como existe um bar ao lado (Bar Ávila, muito bom para comer tapas), há muito barulho, até meia noite, aproximadamente. Pode dificultar para quem queira dormir mais cedo.

• Jesica (8/5): Buen sitio pero arreglar el tema de la humedad en el suelo - Amplio y limpio No sé si es por la cantidad de humedad, pero cada día estaba el suelo más húmedo y mojado.
• Maria (7/5): Apartamento muy bueno, que podría convertirse en excelente con unas mínimas mejoras - La ubicación perfecta,el barrio super tranquilo, el apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para la comodidad del huésped, todo un acierto!!! Solicitamos incluso más toallas y en 1/2 horas ya disponíamos de ellas, además de la facilidad tanto para la hora de entrada como se salida del apartamento. Los ventiladores de techo le dan un plus de climatización muy acertado Le falta una buena mano de pintura y revisar las humedades que hay en las paredes, la climatización funciona, pero es algo molesto por las mañanas encontrarte el suelo de los baños totalmente mojado, ya que al ser climatización por aerotermia, tanto el calor como el frió sube desde el suelo. Hay que revisar también algunos enchufes (están algo salidos del cajetín y un foco en una de las habitaciones, parpadeaba constantemente.

• Niall (10/5): Lovely apartment in a Beautiful city - Excellent location near supermarket, restaurants, busses. Warm and comfortable, plenty space and hot water for a family of four. Loved the way the old columns of the original building have been integrated into the new make over. Nothing Would gladly stay here again
• Erol (6/5): The heating is not working - The location and the kitchen are great. The owner were very helpful and friendly. The heating couldn't be configured for winter, and as a result, we endured a freezing first night due to its malfunction. Additionally, the apartment exhibited electrical issues, leading to frequent tripping of fuses when using electronic devices like the oven or heating. Despite calling a technician, the problem remained unresolved as he was unable to identify the root cause.
• Sharon (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, except for the one problem I had in the bathroom - It was close to bars, restaurants, amenities, public transport, and other shops. There was a leaky bathroom, which I had to mop up 2-3 times a day. It was reported but nothing was done about it.
