• Liza (9/5): - Nous avons adoré passer une nuit dans ce logement. C'est au calme, on peut faire une superbe balade directement depuis le logement avec des vues incroyables et une plage surprise !! Le propriétaire est très gentil, serviable et accueillant. Il nous a fait goûter les fleurs de cactus du jardin et nous a offert un Byrec arrivé au même moment que nous. Tout ça a un prix très très correct. Merci pour tout, je recommande 100% Je pense que la douche est froide mais on l'a apprécié comme ça après une belle balade au chaud.

• Malvin (10/5): - Owner is very helpful. He suggested us many things to do and also gave us coffe and fruits from his garden. Nearest beach 4min drive.
• Joana (3/5): - La struttura è carina, ci sono tanti alberi e anche dei piccoli orticelli. La strada per raggiungere la struttura è pessima, abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sulla strada principale per non rovinare la macchina. La stanza un po’ piccola ma per una notte andava bene. Nel frigo non c’era neanche una bottiglieta d’acqua. La mattina ci siamo svegliati alle 07.00, c’era qualcuno sotto il nostro balcone che passava l’aspirapolvere alla macchina.
• Bea (3/5): Not as described - The place was in a great location nearby to a very beautiful beach, a bit of a walk but possible to drive if you have a 4WD! It was also lovely to watch the sunset from the roof. This place has a lot of potential! It was otherwise a bit of a shock to arrive at this accomodation. The road in is very tricky, straight off a busy main road and onto a steep dirt road, the road is not 2WD friendly. We initially thought we were in the wrong place as there were no signs and more abandoned buildings than anything else, we didn’t receive any instructions other than the location ahead of time. We arrived to a room that did not match the photos of the room we booked, no interior kitchen, it was instead an outdoor kitchen that we had to request the key for and was full of dirty dishes. The toilet was also very dirty when we arrived, we had to clean it ourselves with hand soap before we could use it. The wifi did not reach our room and we had to request things like cups and dishwashing liquid, initially, we were told by one staff member that we had to buy them ourselves, then it was quickly brought to us. As it is still under construction I would also add that it was not a safe location for young children. Some amenities selected on the listing were also not available, such as a bath or oven. The shower didn’t have a curtain so the room got completely soaked every time it was used and there was no hot water. We felt very misled by the listing for this accomodation.
• denise (10/5): Excellent accueil, lieu tranquille, à 5 mins en voiture d’Himaré - L’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité du propriétaire et de sa famille, la tranquillité des lieux, le jardin enchanteur ainsi que la petite plage peu fréquentée située à seulement 15 minutes à pied.

• Guest (7/5): Netter Aufenthalt :) - Lage etwas abgelegen, aber an einem ruhigen Ort auf einem Hügel und nahe eines wunderschönen verlassenen Strandes (20min zu Fuß) - der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, ebenso unterstützend um nach Himarë zu kommen - Ausstattung war mit kleinen Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und Mosquitonetz bei Fenster super könnte generell etwas sauberer und gepflegter sein - leider trotzdem viele Mosquitos

• Naiara (3/5): Un desastre, no lo recomiendo para nada - Nada Todo fatal, sin señalizar en la carretera, al llegar parece que te estás metiendo en un rancho, buscando a alguien entrando por todos los sitios y nada hasta que aparece un señor con melena y sin dientes, mis hijos se pegaron un susto...Luego le llamó a un francés que al principio pareció majo pero a la hora de pagar, se salió de sus casillas, porque quería el dinero en efectivo y ya y estuvo a punto de echarnos a las 10pm. La cocina (por llamarlo de alguna manera) no estaba en las fotos, así que os podéis imaginar lo que era... La mesa de la terraza estaba sucia y el trapo de la cocina ni te cuento. Sin utensilios de cocina que nos iban trayendo de su casa y sin wifi. Decía que había pero sólo en la zona de su casa, no donde estábamos. Fue la noche que más pagamos en Albania 100€ y la peor con diferencia.

• Erjon (10/5): Lovely host, clean room, and a very quiet place to relax. - I really enjoyed my stay. The host was very kind and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was quiet with no noise — perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.
• Amélie (6/5): - Nous avons aimé l'accueil du propriétaire avec la grappa et en plus il fait l'effort de parler français, il est de conseil et agréable. Le lieu est calme et beau paysage. Figue à volonté ! Un manque d'équipements pour l'extérieur ( séchoir, table et chaises). La présence trop invasive du gardien. Manque de quoi faire au minimum un café. A savoir, le papier toilette doit être mis dans la poubelle et non dans la cuvette. La douche est au-dessus des wc comme souvent en Albanie !

• nicolas (6/5): Ubicación perfecta, dueña increíble pero alojamiento incómodo. - La ubicación es muy buena, rodeada de playas a 5-10 minutos en coche y una playa preciosa caminando a 15 minutos. La terraza y el huerto de la casa también son muy bonitos. Aunque lo mejor es la dueña de la casa, un sol de persona que te ayudará en todo lo necesario. La cama y la almohada son piedras, muy difícil descansar ahí. El lavabo se encharca todo el rato, la televisión no es smart TV y solo puedes ver la programación de Albania. Si tuvieran un microondas para poder calentar algo de comida sería mucho mejor también.

De weg ernaartoe. Er stond geen bordje zowel bij de afslag in een bocht naar een onverharde weg, als bij de lokatie zelf. Dat hebben we ook gezegd: zet er een bordje neer. Tis zoeken naar een sped in een hooiberg.

• Fabianova (10/5): - Milý vlastníci, kteří nám ráno nabídli kávu a poradili pěknou a klidnou pláž, jinak krásné nové ubytování, které není úplně v centru, což jsme ocenili. Vlastníci mluví italsky a francouzsky, domluva anglicky je složitější.

• Natacha (9/5): Superbe séjour - Ce logement permet d'échapper au sur-developpement du tourisme sur les côtes Albanaise. Nous avons apprécié, le calme, la vue sur les montagnes et la mer ainsi qu'une petite plage sauvage à 15 min du logement à pied avec une eau bleue transparente. Pour ce qui est des hôtes, ils sont très accueillants, bienveillants et chaleureux. Ils sont également très réactifs et petit plus ils parlent français. Nous recommandons fortement !!

• Albrecht (7/5): Sehr schöner Strand, weit weg vom Haus. Mitten im Nirgendwo. - Der Ausblick ist ganz hervorragend. Es ist möglich, direkt vor dem Haus zu parken. Der etwas mehr als 1 km entfernte Strand ist wunderschön. In der Nähe (zu Fuß erreichbar) gibt es ein Hotel mit Pool, dort haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Die Unterkunft war nur sehr schwer zu finden. Für das Navi fehlte uns die exakte Adresse, für die Standortbestimmung bei google fehlten und mobile Daten. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Nirgendwo an einer Schotterstraße, Wegweiser fehlen, ein Namensschild der Unterkunft fehlt ebenfalls. Kontaktaufnahme mit der Unterkunft war nur auf Französisch (oder albanisch) möglich. Kartenzahlung war nicht möglich. Der Fußweg zum Strand ist steil und weit.

• Maryse (10/5): Parfait - Proche, à pied, d’une très jolie plage (20mn env). Hôte très sympathique et de très bon conseil (qui parle français) qui nous a donné de bons tuyaux. Plusieurs logements avec tout ce qu’il faut. Le notre, qu’il nous a laisser choisir, avait une cuisine extérieure très agréable. Le site est vraiment sympathique et on s’y sent bien. Je recommande

• Lolly (6/5): - There is a lot of potential for the location and the space. Unfortunately this place did not meet our expectations but we hope it will in the future. The location is amazing and we know it's a lot of work to renovate a property. We think there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and facilities. We would have liked to know the property is in the process of renovation, the sea views are not from the rooms (there is one small window) and it is more like an inn than staying in a local family guest house.
• Cristina (1/5): - Le condizioni della stanza erano pessime. L'appartamento è raggiungibile solo tramite auto e l'ingresso non asfaltato rischia di graffiare la macchina. Il wifi non funzionava, le lenzuola erano sporche, le asciugamani sporche di ruggine, c'erano insetti e ragni, sia vivi che morti. Il bagno era improponibile, senza box doccia e con lo scarico della stessa già tappato: fare una doccia significa allagare anche la stanza da letto. NB: il bagno era sporco sporco e abbiamo trovato i capelli di qualcun altro incastrati nel doccino, oltre altro. Siamo arrivati la notte e scappati la mattina presto, la signora si è anche trattenuta parte dei soldi ( a suo dire per booking) Tutti questi problemi ci hanno costretto a cambiare, in corso d'opera, l'alloggio e l'itinerario di viaggio. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

• Immacolata (10/5): Struttura che consiglierei e dove certamente tornerei. - I proprietari ci hanno accolto come se ci conoscessero da tempo, dunque molto ospitali. Luogo strategico per raggiungere le piu belle spiagge libere di Himare'. La Signora Mimosa parla perfettamente l' italiano .
