• Mohammadamin (9/5): A pleasant and comfortable stay with kind staff, a great location - I booked this hotel for my parents during their stay, and they were very satisfied with the experience. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout their stay, especially Gokhan and Ali, who made them feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location was also very good and matched our expectations perfectly, as the hotel is quite close to the city center and convenient for getting around. The breakfast was good, with enough variety and quality to start the day well. Overall, they had a pleasant stay, and we would be happy to choose this hotel again. The only small point to mention is that the rooms were a bit small and there was not much extra space, but this did not affect the overall positive experience.

• Ali (10/5): Exceptional service and peace of mind for solo travelers! - I booked a two-night stay for my mother, who was traveling alone and does not speak Turkish. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The entire team was professional and kind, but I want to give a special thanks to the manager, Gokhan Tugran. Gokhan was truly an angel—he made the check-in process completely hassle-free so my mother could head straight to her room to rest after her journey. He and the staff handled all of her luggage with care, and his English communication was excellent, which made everything so much easier. He even went above and beyond by arranging her airport taxi and texting me personally to confirm she had checked out safely and was on her way. The hotel itself was spotless, well-equipped, and served a fantastic breakfast. It’s located in a wonderful part of town, making it feel very safe and convenient. I am so grateful for the care they showed my mother. Highly recommended!

However, on the day of their arrival, the hotel simply instructed me to arrange a taxi. Furthermore, they changed their room because the last floor lacked an elevator. They also requested that their luggage be left behind. Finally, the room only had towels for one person.

• alikenedi (8/5): Generally I am satisfied with services I received, in particular the polite and freindly staff - The hotel location was very good and close to the main road with shops and restaurants. The staff were very Freindly and did not hesitate to help or provide guidance. Some rooms could be noisy. But if there are free rooms available the hotel will change your room if you are not happy.

El ambiente era muy rural, algo que nos gustó mucho, y en general disfrutamos nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, en relación con el tiempo que estuvimos, el precio nos pareció bastante elevado. En ese momento no teníamos otra opción más que quedarnos y pagar, ya que estábamos muy cansados. Aun así, agradecemos la experiencia.

Chambre au premier étage et sur rue mais très calme, spacieuse et confortable. Beaucoup d'équipements défectueux: douche qui fuit, chasse d'eau coupée, ascenseur bloqué... Mais, équipe au taquet qui prend tous les problèmes tout de suite et les répare direct.

• Pouria (7/5): It worked well for us for a few days until we figure things out in a new city. - All the people at the reception were nice and helpful and two of them spoke English as well. They even helped with questions not related to the hotel. The hotel was clean, water pressure was good. It had an elevator. Location was also very good, easy access to everything you need. You can hear other rooms so we could hear people talking next door easily. Also at night I could hear the bass of music till very late. I think it was from a building outside the hotel. Breakfast was nice but every day it was the same.

• Shokouh (8/5): Helpful staff - First of all, the hotel staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. When I mentioned that the bathroom slippers were slippery and might cause me to fall, they immediately went out, bought a new pair of slippers, and brought them to me. They responded quickly to every request I had and made sure everything was taken care of without delay. They were also very thoughtful and caring—they even showed me affordable ways to get around the city so I could have easy and budget-friendly access to different places. They were very kind and warm toward my young daughter, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel itself was very clean, and everything was well-organized and in excellent condition. The location was perfect—right in the city center with great access to everything. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful, with a wide variety of options. We stayed five nights at the hotel in Van, and it was truly a comfortable and lovely experience.

• Farid (3/5): No elevator! - Reception was nice. Location is close to center. There was no Elevator to our floor! Our room was in 5th floor, and elevator only goes to 4th floor! And we had to carry all our luggage (which was very heavy) from the stairs! Very bad! Very noisy rooms. I mean, the most noisy rooms I have every stayed. Also, There was a big green light in the room which I couldn't turn off! And in the middle of the night it turned very bright white! I woke all of us up! And it turned off again after 5 minutes! Beds are super soft. and again, lots of noise from outside and other rooms.

That they did not give me 30 minutes more for checking out, I mean from 11:30 to 12:00 while they checked in the next guest to my room within 15 minuts . The new guest Checked in 11:45 instead of 14:30. I checked in 22:00 the night before. The air conditioned located exactly above my head on the bed :(. Not comfortable Toilet and bathroom very small. Electricity gone 3-4 times for short period. WiFi did not work properly.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Van, and the rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Traveling with a big family can be challenging, but the team made everything effortless and enjoyable for all of us. This place offers far more than just accommodation—it offers genuine care and hospitality. Highly recommended—we will definitely return.

• Ioana (10/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Vantalya Hotel – Perfect for Solo Travellers - I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Vantalya Hotel in Van, travelling alone, and I can truly recommend it with confidence. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely warm, professional and helpful, making me feel safe and welcome as a solo traveller. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with local tips, directions or any requests. The room was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained, with a cosy bed, good heating and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was consistent and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and pleasant. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent central location. Many restaurants, cafes, shops and transport options are within easy walking distance, which makes exploring Van very convenient without needing taxis. The Turkish breakfast was fresh and satisfying, offering a nice variety of local products — a great way to start the day. Wi-Fi worked well for my needs, and I appreciated the good value for money compared to many other hotels. Overall, Vantalya Hotel offers a great balance of comfort, friendliness, safety and affordability. For a solo stay of a few nights, it is an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Van. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍

• Yasmina (5/5): - Breakfast Clean Helpful staff on Wednesday morning I lowered my rating mostly because of the Tuesday night staff, I believe his name was Emir. When the internet went out for the entire night, he kept saying nothing could be done. The next day (Wednesday, March 11), different staff were very helpful and informed us that the there is another internet we can connect to something the tuesday night staff did not tell us. Aside from that, the cardboard and shower were broken.
• Mehrnaaz (7/5): - Die Personal waren sehr hilfsbereit und sympatisch. Auf Deutsch: Aufgrund von Stromschwankungen sind meine beiden Handys, die zuvor einwandfrei funktioniert haben, während des Ladevorgangs plötzlich ausgegangen und ihre Akkus wurden beschädigt. Das Hotelmanagement hat unser Problem nicht akzeptiert und bestritten, dass der Schaden vom Hotel verursacht wurde. Sie meinten, wenn es wirklich an der Stromversorgung gelegen hätte, wären auch andere Geräte im Zimmer kaputtgegangen. Wir haben dort nur als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Reise übernachtet und wollten von dort weiter nach Istanbul und anschließend nach Stuttgart reisen. Neben dem finanziellen Schaden hatten wir unterwegs große Schwierigkeiten, weil wir ohne Handys reisen mussten.

• Gün (9/5): - .Ich war rundum mehr als zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Vantalya Hotel. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Es gibt lediglich einen kleinen Punktabzug, da kein Zimmerservice zur Reinigung angeboten wurde. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass zumindest einmal das Bad gereinigt wird. Zudem hätte ich mich gefreut, wenn es zum Frühstück auch Kaffee gegeben hätte.
