The apartment was effortlessly clean, all the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you 😊 The washroom was a bit cold because the heating wasn’t working there, but we managed by leaving the door open at times so the heat from the room could circulate.

• Sibel (10/5): Very clean, very comfy place. - All the staff were very friendly and supportive. Everytime I asked for something I got the needen help and support without letting wait. We were on the 6th floor and had an amazing view of Zürich. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The aminities were sufficient. You have everything what you will need during the stay. The bathroom could have been a little bit bigger. There is a market directly next to the apartment, which is very convenient when you need something urgently. We walked some days to the center or walked back from center. But there is a public transport station very close to the property, so its very comfy to come from airport or travel anywhere. Everything was fine, thank you. The only thing was the pillows were to thin for us.

• Jelena (9/5): - Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut organisiert und mein Studio sehr schoen und angenehm. Auf besondere Wuensche (ich benoetigte eine weitere Decke) wurde eingegangen. Die Schluesseluebergabe verlief einwandfrei, auch als ich zu spaet kam. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und gerauemig fuer eine Person. Ich habe nur sehr kleine Mangelpunkte, naemlich dass vielleich manche Oberflaechen/Griffe etwas staerker haetten gereinigt werden koennen und dass das Zimmer ziemlich warm wurde, wenn man das Fenster nicht oeffnete. Aber mir hat das nicht wirklich etwas ausgmacht.

• Meira (10/5): Very comfortable, when visiting Zurich will be more than happy to stay here again - Excellent location, very close to public transport but also bordering a huge nature park. The entire building is well designed and so are the rooms, including smart solutions for maintaining temperature and quiet. The host is kind, helpful, guided and explained, allowed late check-out. Maybe a little more kitchen accessories

• guja (10/5): abbiamo provato tanti alloggi a Zurigo, ma Guggach ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative e anch - trattandosi di un aparthotel non c'era colazione, o comunque non mi è stata proposta. molto confortevole la stanza, e tutta la struttura, dotata anche di wellness e di fitness. parcheggio disponibile a richiesta, rete di trasporti molto comoda per tutta la città davanti all'edificio, supermercato sotto casa, pasticceria/gastronomia idem. tornerò qualche difficoltà iniziale nel comprendere l'utilizzo della tv, peraltro con canali di tutte le nazionalità. avrei gradito una visualizzazione dell'ora, ma è un dettaglio minimo.

• SASHIKALA (9/5): Overall a pleasant stay with some downsides - This is an aparthotel and has a reception where we can do the check-in process and collect the keycards. There is an elevator/lift as well. Primus received us and explained us in detail about all the practicalities of the apartment. The location of the apartment is great. It is located just next to the tram station and just few stops away from the city center by tram. Tram numbers 11 and 15 connect from the city center to the apartment. There is a supermarket (Denners) located just below the apartment which is reasonably priced and has everything you need for cooking and other things. There is also a cafe located below the apartment. All the facilities in the apartment were good. There were limited utensils provided for cooking and there was a knife but no scissors. They have a nespresso coffee machine and 4 pods (for 2 people) were provided as complimentary. For more coffee, we have to buy the pods on our own, which is available in the supermarket below (Denners). The safety and security was great since only people with the keycards can enter the elevator to the individual floors leading to the apartment. There was no shower gel and shampoo provided. When we asked them about it, he mentioned that these apartments are rented out to people for 1 or 2 months stay and hence, they need to buy the toiletries on their own. But, since we were staying there for 6N7D and were tourists, they could have made an exception and provided the toiletries. The bed and pillows were too soft and were not comfortable. The apartment was getting hot and they had not switched on the centralized air-conditioning; so we had to keep the curtains closed during the day to avoid heat and had to open the windows at night for the apartment to get cooler, as it was very hot.

• Barbara (8/5): Falls frei, gerne wieder. - Für mich war es sehr praktisch, meine Ausbildungsstätte zu erreichen. Zudem ist es sehr gut und direkt machbar vom ZH HB. Es war erstaunlich praktisch und ruhig. Das Bad und die Küche ist sehr schön und zweckmässig. Danke. Es war alles sauber und in bester Ordnung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch für eine Städtereise gut geeignet. Alles hat Bestens geklappt mit Schlüsselausgabe. Weiter so!

• Sanjeev (7/5): With the table fan keeping us comfortable, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Felt more at home than a hotel. Would probably - Location, very well connected by public transport. There is a Denner and a bakery in the same building. Self-service laundry on each floor. Staff makes an effort to help out. Incorrectly labeled as having air conditioner. It does not have any air conditioning. I was told on moving in that it is passive cooling, water stored in the ground or something. But staff helped us with a table fan. With this fan, we were comfortable. During hot week of 32-33 degrees inside temperature came up to 25.9 maximum on one day. It was initially particularly hard because we were coming from winter in Melbourne, Australia.

• Charlotte (8/5): Great location, almost everything you need for your stay - The location was perfect. Quiet but close to the tram to get to the city and from/to the airport. Easy access to keys on arrival with clear instructions. The apartment was small, but comfortable for two and had almost everything we needed. The Denners store and the bakery on the ground floor were also invaluable. Misleading pictures/details - we chose this apartment because it was advertised with Air conditioning and showed a jacuzzi on the pictures for the studio apartment. The Jacuzzis are only available in the penthouse apartments with separate bedrooms, apparently and the air con was turned off for energy saving. The towel rail is also turned off, making it hard to dry towels to use them a second time. The apartment would benefit from USB charging points, as continental adapters aren't compatible with the Swiss system, so charging phones was a challenge. The beds were a bit hard and having only a thin single pillow added to the discomfort, but we used the sofa cushions to overcome this.

• Eva (9/5): Definitely recommended - The staff was very helpful and the concept of this acommodation worked perfectly for us. The whole apartment is cleaned weekly, and we got plenty of fresh towels, teatowels, and fresh sheets. The housemaids were very efficient and thorough. The kitchen is well equipped (cooker, fridge, coffee maker, but no kettle though), shopping for food is very easy, there's a supermarket and bakery literally next door. Just bring your own shower products, everything else is provided. Our apartment was on the first floor and had a lovely, spacious terrace into the backyard - very quiet, must be lovely in summer. No noise from traffic at all. Comfortable furniture, enough space for everything, perfect for business stays as well - stable WiFi and a large desk for work. Great location for public transport, and straight connection to Oerlikon train station (and the airport).
• Xin (9/5): Very convenient and extremely clean space! - Place was really clean and seemed relatively new! Location may seem a little remote but it felt very safe and for girls that came back in midnight, we didn’t feel any danger. Also, a really great plus point was the tram and bus station that was just right in front of the property which brought us to the main station and city center of Zurich conveniently. There was also a cafe and super mart right beside the property. Overall, great place with great facilities and location!
