Margaret (9/5): Appartamento Mira - The apartment was comfortable, nicely furnished and provided everything we needed. The location was excellent, just off the Piazza Napoleone, in the heart of the city, and close to a great selection of places to eat, and places to visit. Our hosts were very accommodating with regard to our check in request, and gave clear instructions on how to access the apartment. We were also able to ring them with any questions or problems. The entrance door to the apartment was quite difficult to lock from the outside.

Clare (8/5): Nice apartment, great location and fabulous city. - Location Stairwell requires automatic lighting when entering property and more information on location of bins/recycling points.
Alia (10/5): Beautiful apartment, continently located with all you need for a comfortable stay. - Mira’s apartment was exceptional. My family and I stayed there for almost one month in July and we couldn’t have been happier. The apartment is conveniently located inside the city walls close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shopping. It’s also an 8 min walk to the train station which made it easy since we hadn’t rented a car and made day trips very convenient. 20 min train ride to Pisa and the beach and 45 minutes to Florence. The apartment itself was fully equipped with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, tv, and air conditioning in every room. ( which is needed in the summer!) Mira also did a great job with the decor of the apartment featuring rustic antique furniture, beautiful paintings and other typical Tuscan art. Mira’s property manager was super friendly and available to answer any question we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Lucca and would stay at Mira’s again.
Katrina (8/5): Very good - Amazing location. Walk to everything. Loved having washing machine and full kitchen. Turn the lights on in stairwell, switch inside on left wall of main entrance door, very dangerous without them. The unit was dark. Even though double glazing in main bedroom, noise from street could still be heard.
