• Paul (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung und da im Preis inklusive gut. Waren auf der Durchreise und dafür super. Lage mit U-Bahn Nähe sehr gut, sind schnell zum IST Flughafen gekommen. Zimmer könnten hier und da ein paar Reparaturen vertragen. Ansonsten alles ok

But the location is good, close to metro, easy to get from the airport. Moreover there is a small market A 101 in the nearby.

• László (7/5): - Megérkezésünkkor jeleztem, hogy 2 nap múlva korán reggel indulunk, így nem fogunk tudni reggelizni, ami egyébként benne volt az árban és kértem, hogy állítsanak össze egy reggeli csomagot. Indulás előtti estén rákérdeztem, a válasz az volt, hogy nincs konyha. Valóban nem lehetett volna 2 zsemlét+2 dzsemet vagy kis vajat egy zacskóban elhelyezni a recepción??? Ez nem vall profi hozzáállásra. Lámpák nem égtek a szobában, alig lehetett sötétben látni. Sajnálom, hogy rossz szájízzel kellett eljönnünk :(

• navid (4/5): It was a good and convenient stay but I think the hotel is a bit expensive compared to other similar - I liked the location of the hotel abd the size of the room. Very spacious and convenient. The hotel is very old and need renovations. Lift and some rooms need some upgrade. The breakfast menu was very simple and not many options available. There could be more added items for guests such as several cereals , some fruits, different types of breeds, etc.

• Michał (8/5): - Wszystko ok Pisałem do obiektu dwa miesiące przed, że proszę o dwa osobne łóżka, bo będę przebywał z mamą. Natomiast dostałem jedno łóżko wspólne. Krany w łazience są zrobione w bardzo słabym standardzie. Myślałem, że odpadną.
• Anna (6/5): на 1-2 дня нормально, если дольше - лучше поискать другой вариант - - большой номер, большой санузел - был холодильник, чай/кофе - расположение норм (мы были без чемоданов, так что нам было не сложно идти по холмам) - наличие завтрака - цена - заселили на час позже нужного времени, мы очень устали с дороги и хотелось уже прилечь. - при этом в номере отсутствовали полотенца и тапочки. Горничные неприветливые (они не поверили нам, что отсутствовали полотенца). - завтрак очень скудный (только овощи, хлопья и хлеб). очень не хватало хоть чего-то мясного, фруктов. - в номере на первый взгляд чисто, но мы пролили немного чай, протерли салфеткой пол, и салфетка была черная 😬 под кроватью клубы пыли - странные одеяла. Нам дали только очень тонкие пледики, временами было холодно ночью. - утром было слышно молитву очень громко (с берушами/наушниками с шумоподавлением норм)

Shops and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast! Our suite had a lack of lighting and some things required maintenance, bath plug didn’t work and light bulbs needed replacing. Checks before guest’s arrival would solve this problem.

• Alale (5/5): Passable - The hotel was old but well-located. The room was clean and matched the photos, though the closet door knob was broken. The price was reasonable. Breakfast options were disappointing, and they were limited to cold items, with the only hot option being a fried egg upon request. The main issue, however, was the internet connection. I was in Istanbul for an online exam and specifically inquired about the Wi-Fi speed before booking. They even sent me a photo of the connection speed, yet in reality, I couldn’t sustain a 20-minute Zoom call. I stressed the importance of a stable connection three times — prior to booking, in my booking request, and again upon arrival — but when I raised a complaint, their response was that I should have informed them in advance so they could provide their personal phone for internet access. While a kind gesture, it came far too late, after causing me both emotional and financial distress.

• Danial (1/5): Bad - Nothing When I arrived my room was so cold and I coulnd sleep at all and I was freezing I told the respection he increase the heather little bit but the room was still so cold, later again I told him and he was rude and angry. I asked him change my room and he said all rooms are fulled but that was not true and there were many room available. Any way the first night I couldn't sleep and I was freezing. Never recommend this hotel to anyone. Lights were not working correctly and room was dark so not possible to read and see correctly in the room.

I wrote to the administration a week before check-in to see if it was possible to provide us with breakfast as we were leaving early and were looking for a hotel with breakfast. They said yes. They said that they could only provide cold breakfast as hot breakfast would not be ready. I agreed with this as it sounds logical. But on arrival at the hotel, the reception told me that they could not give me any breakfast. I showed their same message where they told me they could. But that didn't convince them. Unfortunately this is always the case in Turkey. Words are very hard to trust. We booked the hotel only because of the breakfast as we had to go to the airport at 7am. I would not be so upset if you did not tell me that you can, and then in fact already on the spot say another.

• Rowena (10/5): If you want to stay in a modern but traditionally run hotel in a quiet area of Istanbul, this is the perfect place. - Friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure and during our entire stay. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable, with a powerful rain shower and toiletries provided, as well as a kettle and cups. We asked for milk for our tea - no problem! Breakfast buffet is local style, cold meats, cheeses, olives, also cornflakes and bread, jam, honey etc. Free wi-fi is available but is a bit patchy, not too much of a problem though. There is nothing we didn’t like.

Thank you for welcoming us Sheet for the bed was rough (old style sheet; normally not for hotel) and the bed (sheets) was itchy (personaly I didnt sleep well ; does the laundry service washed the sheets with high temperature??). Dated furniture... Old clim but does work (slow effect). There is a possibility to use the shower in bath but our head touched the roof... bath water drain was a little clogged And like mentionned in other comment: not soundproof at all (windows, neighboors), and curtains were missing in lounge and bedroom. Not so close than expected from Gayreteppe station métro (and not easy to find) 7/10 because friendly staff and cheap.
