• Jane (10/5): Great space a little removed from the tourist crush. - Great space - well maintained, spacious & modern (so good plumbing - including a good washing machine). The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift for access. Security is good. Easily reached by the T2 tram line from the airport or railway station. It’s a little removed from the Centre - a 15 minute walk from most places - great if you want to be out of the constant crush of tourists. Rosa was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for restaurants/cafes/supermarkets in the neighborhood.

Tuvieron el detalle de dejar café y aguas frías en la nevera , que es un detallado . La cama de matrimonio hace mucho ruido , debería cambiarse . Solo sentarte es un ruido…

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect! Close to the historic centre, but in a quite area. Super clean and very well equiped kitchen with dishwasher (and washer in the balcony). Would be perfect for longer stay, since it has loads of storage space, comfy sofa and armchair for rest after walking around Firenze.

• Jay (9/5): Perfect stay for a family city break in Florence - The apartment is extremely well located, it’s only a few minutes walk from the centre and right next to the Four Seasons hotel. The design is modern and the layout and facilities are perfect for a family of four. It was very clean and the hosts were lovely. Parking locally if you’ve hired a car can be a problem/quite expensive given how central the apartment is but the host will inform you of a place nearby where you can park for €15/day.
• Macarena (10/5): Great modern apartment, close to city centre and with a very nice hostess - The appartment is great as you can see in the photos, it is so clean and modern, 15 minutes walking to the Duomo and Rosa (the owner) is so kind and helpful. I would go back again indeed. I like everything.

• Ijovbaltinovb (7/5): Take some. Lose some. - The apartment as a whole was nice. Location. The bed was sagging and uncomfortable. The bed frame was creaky. No internet service... (there was connection, but no service!). When I booked, they were offering a free taxi from the airport to the apartment. I made an arrangement to avail of the free taxi from the property to the airport instead and got a positive reply, but was denied when I confirmed a day before my check out. (though they arranged the taxi but not free anymore!) I was charged an additional city tax because apparently the tax rate increased after I booked (retroactive????). Accessing the door with the key was a constant challenge, you have to have the timing and tbe pulse to master it, so alot some 20 minutes to start with and probably 3-5 minutes once you get used to it.

Clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessary staff, including kitchen utensils, iron and etc. Lovely linens and towels, good beds.
