- Mark (8/5): - Very spacious, for a 2 person holiday home. Good location, close to amenities, but nice and quiet too.
The owner was around on and off, but wasn't intrusive in any way.
The garden is beautiful, I'd love to see it in the summer. It was a bit cool in the bathroom, but I'm really nit-picking here.

- Clive (8/5): Loved it. Just needs a bit more attention, particularly outside. - Self catering so not applicable. Garden needs a bit of attention.
- MRF36 (9/5): Lovely bungalow and garden in a peaceful location - Peaceful and very quiet location, yet easy access to town centre.
- Michael (10/5): - Well-appointed house with lovely garden in Ideal location in Kelso. Nothing
- ALEXANDER (10/5): One of the best holiday cottages we've stayed in ! - First class accommodation near the centre of the town.
Very comfortable and well equipped.
Will stay again N/A
- Penny (10/5): A wonderful stay in a super property. - Clean, warm, secluded, well-equipped and very spacious with the bonus of a lovely garden. Ideal base for the town and all the attractions in the area. Only the noisy seagulls who have taken up residence in the Abbey ruins. But nothing to be done about that.
- Michael (9/5): Excellent stay in Kelso, helped by the marvelous local events of Kelso Civic week. - Nice bungalow in great location in the centre of historic Kelso, with a lovely garden and private parking. Well fitted kitchen and comfortable living area. Sky Sports provided also. A larger bed would be nice, and the parking can be a little tricky when you're not used to it.

- May (9/5): Comfortable cottage in great location - Central location and secluded environment. Quirky garden Nothing
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (2/5): Very poor - Good location On arrival and entering property there was a dirty smell. It had NOT been cleaned for our arrival. Dirty towels, bed not changed etc. Phoned owner of property who lived next door. I had phoned her TWICE before arrival to introduce myself but still didn't know her name. When told of situation she said she would contact cleaners. Heard her exclaim Oh God. Phoned back to say cleaners were on their way and they duly arrived. Discovered the owners name was Carolyn from folder in cottage. May I say she told us the smell was due to cottage not being cleaned but NOT the case, we could smell it during stay and also bought air freshener. Carolyn appeared later when she came home said the cottage getting cleaned for arrival had not happened before. We were not impressed at all. Never even said it was nice to meet us, hope you have nice holiday or if you have any other issues please contact me. Very unwelcoming. We never saw her again. I will most certainly NOT be back and will not be recommending it to any friends. When you pay this type of money the least you expectit a clean place without a smell and a nice welcome from the owners.
