• Данаил (7/5): - The bedrooms are very narrow, the water pressure is very weak and there is construction going on around the building - they start banging and knocking (making noise) from 7am!
• Alina Aparaschiței (2/5): Dezastru - Această cazare este o rușine totală și o bătaie de joc la adresa turiștilor. Am stat 10 zile și totul a fost un coșmar. Apa caldă dispare după ora 19:30, iar după aceea nu mai curge nici măcar apă rece! O goană teribilă de la plajă spre cazare pentru a beneficia de " luxul" acesta. Cum să trăiești așa? Nu existau articole de curățenie, iar pentru un sejur de 10 zile am primit doar 3 suluri de hârtie igienică și 4 saci de gunoi. Așternuturile și prosoapele nu au fost schimbate niciodată, iar mopul și aspiratorul erau murdare, deci curățenia e doar o glumă. Vasele erau murdare la sosire, iar mașinile de spălat nu aveau detergent. Hota de la aragaz în momentul când o foloseai cădea mizeria din ea. Comunicarea cu proprietarul este aproape inexistentă. Am reclamat problemele și nu am primit răspunsuri. Gazda m-a contactat la terminarea sejurului, justificând lipsa de reacție pe nefuncționarea Whatsapp. O altă glumă proastă! Furtunul spart din bucătărie a inundat apartamentul, iar singura reacție a fost să trimită pe cineva necalificat, care a făcut doar mai mult rău. Persoana trimisă s-a justificat că nu poate verifica lucrarea efectuată deoarece nu exista presiune la apă. Grătarul care trebuia să funcționeze pe cărbuni a fost înlocuit cu un grătar electric, pus pe locul celui de cărbuni, incomplet și fără un prelungitor pentru a fi conectat la o sursa de energie, adus abia după 4 zile. Ni s-a spus să cumpărăm noi grilajul metalic și că ni se vor trimite banii – o dovadă clară de lipsă de respect și profesionalism. În plus, lângă apartament era un șantier zgomotos, lucru anunțat,( pe care ni l-am asumat), dar asta nu justifică condițiile deplorabile. Cazarea are potențial,  este aproape de plajă și de restaurante. Parcarea la proprietate este de fapt parcarea pe stradă, în fața vilei. Are și o mică curte în față,  dar neîngrijită.  Gazonul a fost tăiat și curățat când s-a " reparat " furtunul de la bucătărie de persoana trimisă.

• Galina (9/5): - The apartment is furnished with everything you need whether for a short or long stay. It is walking distance from the main street, close to beaches and restaurants. What we didn't particularly like was the cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately there was rubbish left by the previous tenants (which had probably been forgotten in the rush) and uncleaned dust.

• Virginia (6/5): Apartament OK insa prea scump pt conditiile pe care le ofera acum zona-santier. - Este un apartament, la parter cu o curte mica, bine ingrijita, in general. Gazdele au fost foarte OK, ne-au dat dat posibilitatea de a anula rezervarea fara penalitate (insa doar cu o zi inainte de sosire, ceea ce a fost cam tarziu). Insa pt ca am onorat sedrea ne-au returnat o parte din banii platiti. Casa este situata acum in mijlocul unui santier, fiind inconjurata numai de case care se afla jn diverse stadii de finalizare. Este praf, bucatele de moloz si mortar peste tot, inclusiv in curtea casei si in casa, pt ca patrun prin mijloacele de ventilatie. Zgomotul intre orele 7.00-15..00 este un alt factor de disconfort. In aceasta perioada si pt vacanta nu recomand sederea in aceasta zona.
• Ivelin (10/5): Excellent place to rest, even for a long stay - The place is an excellent balance between price and quality, situated closer to the beach than it actually appears, while at the same time it is in a similar distance from an excellent bakery on the main road. Inside the equipment is suitable for even a longer stay like 10+ days. Beds are surprisingly comfortable, it is very rarely seen to encounter such high-class fridge, and although we did not use the washing machine, it is a very good one too. The hosts are super friendly and easy to communicate with, unlike many facilities in Greece, there is an auxiliary heating of hot water, so that you retain comfort even on cloudy days. It also made us a good impression that we had every consumable necessary like napkins, washing machine caps, new sponge for the kitchen sink, etc. The surroundings were silent, the place has good privacy and the sleep quality - excellent. Fortunately, I cannot objectively comment on TV and Internet, as we had much more interesting stuff to do than to stay inside. For the sake of providing objective feedback, there are a couple of things to note: - despite of the good mattress, the bed in on of the rooms was squeaking more than usual - the road in front is quite dusty However, I think we would consider the place again if we visit Nikiti in near future.
• Rusi (10/5): Strongly recommend for a nice vacation in Nikiti - Very well equipped with everything you need, beds are super comfy, nice yard, strong wifi, very close to main street with restaurants, in the same time very quite street N/a
• Slobodan (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is absolutely great. It is spatious enough, extremely well equipped and modern which is a rare find in Greece in general. The terrace is amazing - great for dinners and rest time. Air conditioning is also new and functions impecably. Beds are comfortable, kitchen handy, toilet spatious too and well supplied. It is 5 min walk to the beach and we loved it. Actually, we loved everything about this place and are happy to recommend it to friends, couples or families. We liked everything about this place.

• Dejan (10/5): Everything you need! 😊🏖 - Being an early-booker of this new place turned out to be a great choice. 😊 Place is new, comfortable and has everything you might need. It was very clean and fully ready to welcome us even before regular check-in time (thanks). It is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the Nikiti beach. Main pedastrial street with bars and restaurants is on a walking distance (~5 minutes). Our host, Bobby, was very kind and friendly. Had a feeling that we are staying at friends place. 😊 Recommending the place and looking forward to visit again.
• Garba (10/5): Great accommodation at Nikiti Beach - We had everything we need. The host provided us with all necessary options. Also we had good tips regarding nearby beaches and restaurants. We recomand everyone to visit left side of the beach in Nikiti.
