El principal problema era el baño: no había cortina ni mampara en la bañera. El lavabo perdía agua. Puede mejorarse el mantenimiento de las tuberías, que hacen bastante ruido..

• Liljana (10/5): Lovely cost apartment - We loved the place. I was easy reachable, close to very nice Kafana(restaurant) with good food and live music. Close to supermarket and specious parking space. The host was friendly easy reachable and responses to our questions and request quickly. Everything was clean and the apartment had everything we needed. We will be happy to return there. Bonus it had balcony perfect for breakfast time in the morning. And in 20 m you had the lake.

• Alfonso (10/5): Outstanding! - What a great stay at Ristak. It's a lovely accommodation in a quiet part of town, yet a 2 min walk to the promenade and 10 min to the centre. There is also a very nice restaurant nearby, with great food and live traditional music. The owners, Maria and her husband , are among the friendliest and most helpful hosts I have ever encountered. I totally recommend a stay in Ohrid in general and Ristak in particular. Everything was great.

I would like to recommend their service to anyone wanting to feel the real Macedonian warmth, an unusual thing to feel nowadays. Everything was clean and executed in a timely manner, and also they organize tours around the lake for sightseeing Ohrid from the lakeside. This was a great choice.

Apartments are just off the lake front and a nice 10min stroll from the old town. The small pool in front of the apartments was the ideal place to take an afternoon dip and as we were the only ones using it, felt like your own private pool. Would highly recommend staying here!

• Mercedes (3/5): they have to improve; they have to invest - la ubicación Our room was 302: 1- The shower of the bathroom was unacceptable. only one of the 4 sides of the shower was protected, the other 3 were open and the water overflowed from the shower. 2- The space is for two people, not for four, as we were. everything is in one space (beds, kitchen, dining room, …). 3- A couple of dogs were locked up under the apartment and spent the whole night crying. As a consequence, we had difficulties to sleep and were waked up by their cries.
