Belle végétation dans le parc et le patio (superbe) Nous avons été gentiment surclassé suite à un changement de réservation. Le buffet est varié. Nous avons bien mangé. Soins de massage, hammam et gommage, parfait. Très bon séjour. Un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons fait sur Hammamet (5eme séjour) La piscine de la Thalasso mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

• Patrick (7/5): Muy por debajo de lo esperado para un hotel de 5 estrellas - En el lado positivo, las habitaciones son amplias y en general confortables, y tanto la piscina exterior con solárium como la piscina cubierta están bien cuidadas y resultan agradables. El restaurante es aceptable y el personal, especialmente los camareros, es simpático y ofrece un buen trato durante la estancia. En cuanto a los aspectos negativos, el hotel está lejos del nivel de un 5 estrellas europeo, siendo más comparable a uno de 3 estrellas. La cama es demasiado dura y el servicio presenta varias deficiencias: problemas con el cambio de toallas y reposición de geles y champú, teniendo que reclamarlos en varias ocasiones. La oferta gastronómica se vuelve repetitiva a partir de varios días, con poca variedad de fruta en el desayuno, ausencia de tostador y un café de muy baja calidad. El spa tiene instalaciones antiguas y problemas de higiene (toallas con mal olor e incluso presencia de cucarachas), y el gimnasio es directamente peligroso, con máquinas rotas o en mal estado. Además, no se pueden cargar consumiciones a la habitación, obligando a pagar constantemente, lo que resulta incómodo. Por último, el acceso a la playa no es cercano y requiere caminar más de lo esperado.

• LECOINTE (9/5): Hôtel digne de ses 5 étoiles - L’établissement est magnifique, digne d’un vrai 5 étoiles, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la qualité humaine du personnel. Un immense merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et la convivialité de toute l’équipe. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leurs sourires constants. Ils ont été également très attentionnés envers notre enfant de 2 ans et demi, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un remerciement spécial à Ibrahim, le responsable, pour son professionnalisme et son sens du service remarquable, ainsi qu’à Hadil et Jasser à l’accueil. Merci également à toute l’équipe, de la réception au check-out, en passant par le restaurant et même le personnel croisé dans les couloirs : tous ont été irréprochables. Je tiens aussi à recommander vivement le massage californien : un moment incroyable. Un grand merci à Amani, qui a été exceptionnelle, elle a réussi à me soulager le dos comme personne ne l’avait fait auparavant, même après plusieurs expériences en France. Un séjour parfait que je recommande sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
• RIAHI (9/5): Séjour parfait, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. - Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre, le petit-déjeuner, la propreté et l’emplacement étaient impeccables. Le personnel était très professionnel, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Honnêtement, rien à signaler, tout était nickel. Le séjour a été parfait et a largement répondu à nos attentes. Tout était très bien organisé.

In 5* hotel, there is no drinking water, tea, coffee in the rooms😡 Putting artificial cheese during the meals with no Fresh cheese on the buffet. No fresh juices. Unprofessional staff on the reception with unrespectable unswers to the client. Spotify carpets everywhere. THIS IS NOT 5* HOTEL STANDARD. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Booking pour la prise en charge de ma réservation. Un grand merci également au chef responsable de la réception, à Laila, ainsi qu’à toute leur équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux. Mes remerciements vont aussi à Sanaa et Sirine, de l’équipe du Thalassa, ainsi qu’au Chef de Cuisine pour la qualité irréprochable de leur service. Une expérience inoubliable… C’est déjà ma cinquième visite, et certainement pas la dernière. J’ai hâte d’y revenir avec ma famille.

• Marine (10/5): - Nous venons tout juste de rentrer de ce séjour mémorable. À notre arrivé on ne peut qu’admirer la décoration de l’hôtel et les architectures qui sont magnifique. On a été amener directement à notre chambre qui était splendide avec une superbe vue de notre balcon immense. Le personnel au bar, au restaurant, à l’accueil, les femme de chambre, et l’équipe d’animation sont au top! Une gentillesse sincère ils ne font pas semblant, et ça se sens. Toujours d’une sympathie, un sourire, un bonjour et une attention envers vous pour votre confort. Et tout ça alors qu’ils sont tous en fin de saison la fatigue ne les atteint pas ! Merci pour ces superbes vacances, une grosse pensée à nos animateurs Rio Willy et Lorenzo qui ont rendu ce séjour formidable. Plus qu’à réserver pour l’année prochaine avec mon mari c’est validé ! ☀️

The tap water in our room was described as ´OK’ for local people, but not potable for us. Bottled drinking water had to be purchased.

The spa was also v good with free steam/Hammam room session & 30% off the massage. Not quite beachfront as opposed to other hotels. Can be noisy at night with the Karaoke & other entertainment. V busy on the weekends with groups or even weddings.

• François (10/5): Great hotel on the seaside, very close to a clean beach - Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and very close to a clean beach! The crêpes at the breakfast were excellent. Great location for a morning run. The indoor swimming pool could be opened longer.

• Tomoko (10/5): - the cost performance is fantastic, we use everyday thalasso therapy centre, i could bring mother in law for message, birthday party for my husband, my son enjoys pools, we enjoyed each way, nice friendly stuffs, it was almost 6 times i come with my family or my friend. i would say to each hotel in yasmine hammamet "information sheet", how to get to nabeul, or hamamet city centre in each room.
• Sabrina (10/5): Magnifique halte à Hammamet - L’accueil d’Ibrahim et le surclassement pour notre anniversaire, la magnifique suite avec deux balcons, un confortable salon, la salle de bain ainsi que deux WC séparés! L’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel tel qu’à la réception du parking, à la réception pour le Check-out, le bagagiste, au restaurant était très aimable, serviable et accueillant. Une très bonne adresse, mais un grand merci à Ibrahim chef de la réception. Rien, même en novembre nous nous sommes baignés.
