• Hendrik (8/5): - Leuk appartement met persoonlijke touch, de eigenaresse was er niet, maar stuurde alles goed aan via filmpje en mobiel, steeds snelle reactie. Het centrum en het meer liggen op 4 km afstand, maar Como heeft goed openbaar vervoer, ook om het mooie meer op te gaan.

• Katerina Asenova (10/5): Nice place in Como - Nice place to stay in Como. Emanuela was just the perfect host - so friendly, and she provided us with a lot of useful information. The only problem is that sometimes you can't find a free parking lot in front of the building, but there are many others on the nearest streets :) -

• Alexandra (10/5): Very good place to stay and an excellent host - Everything was clean, the apartment had everything needed for the stay (washing machine, cutlery, dishes etc.), Emanuela is a very good host and was very easy to communicate with her. She was very helpful and available for all out questions and in case we needed something. She also prepared us videos for the apartment and a map with useful places around the apartment (bus station, a grocery shop) and had great recommendations also for places to eat and activities to do in Como. We really felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay!

• Ijaz (9/5): Lovely home - Lovely clean home in a quiet location. One 10 minute bus ride from Como town centre. It was nice staying near the locals and getting to enjoy food from the local pizza shop and local Cafe. Shampoo wasn't provided which I believe is a basic amenity. But otherwise we were provided with everything we needed and the washing machine really saved us.
• Juan (10/5): Wonderful apartment and visit. Excellent host! - Emanuela is one of those hosts who fits the ‘super host’ definition to the tee. Such a wonderful, helpful person. Great communication – we had a lot of questions during the trip and she answered all of them quickly. She ‘saved’ us multiple times during our trip. Can’t say enough about this wonderful person. It felt like we were visiting family. We were in Como for a friend’s wedding and wanted to take advantage of the trip for a romantic getaway. This apartment was perfect for us. Nice location, nice view, spacious apartment fully equipped – kitchen, towels, washing machine. The clothes iron was one of the best we have used. The apartment decoration is very original and in great taste. We loved it and it added to the romantic climate we wanted. We were on a budget and thought the apartment was a fair price compared to other options. There is no AC. But there is a fan. We were there in the summer and had no problem at all. Everything was great. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker, but we understand this is not a common offering when staying at Italian apartments.

Helpful and polite host. - Spacious and nicely done apartment which is fully equipped with kitchenware, towels, hairdryer, heater, washing machine and detergent. Very helpful and lovely host. Easy access to public transport. The locks on the apartment door and bedroom door were stuff and little confusing.
• Andrey (9/5): Superb - Good location. The hostess was very friendly and told us everything about the sights in great detail. The apartment lacks a wardrobe and hangers, It is difficult to park the car near the house, I had to look for parking in other places.

• Ahmed (8/5): Very friendly owner and always ready to help. Clean property. - Clean property. The staff are friendly and helpful. All you need for your stay will be there. The location is not easy to found. Google map will not easily direct you to the property, instead you need to follow the guidance of the owner. Parking your car is not always an easy task.
• Anne (8/5): Comfortable apartment for short or long stay - The apartment was clean, bright, airy and comfortable cwith plenty of space to spread out. The washing machine was super easy to use with a washing line on the balcony. The apartment was close enough to a bus stop to get us to the main city to explore Como. We would liked to have a kettle and some wine glasses. Parking near to the building was difficult at times but always within walking distance.
• Kateryna (7/5): Good - The owner is a very nice and friendly lady. I had a birthday and she prepared a gift for me (it was Italian paneton), that's was very lovely from her side. Apartment was clean and there was a lot of tea, sugar and coffee. Also there was more that enough of kitchen equipment. We traveled in the end of April and it was very cold in the flat, especially at night . Also it was a bit far away from city center, so last bus from the city was around 11 p.m.
• Jeremy (10/5): This is a great place to stay with a wonderful, friendly host and a well-appointed apartment just a short bus ride or dr - We liked everything about the property but especially the owner, Emanuela who was delightful, friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed in the apartment and Emanuela gave us a full, personal briefing about the apartment and getting around Como. Everything was great.
