I absolutely loved the balcony; you don't even need to go out to a cafe because you can just sit there, listen to music, and watch the world go by. The host was very friendly and helpful. We now have a go-to place in Podgorica that we will always stay at and recommend to everyone. We are truly grateful!

Jeśli nie jesteś imprezowiczem i chcesz odpocząć nie wybieraj tego Noclegu. Malutka łazienka z gorącą wodą. Łóżka wygodne. Czysto. Drugie łóżko małżeńskie znajduje się na antresoli.

• Tracey (2/5): So loud we couldn't stay - Comfortable couch. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space. Access is through a bar and then up to the second floor, lots of steps. When we arrived in the apartment the noise from the bars downstairs was so loud my husband and I couldn't talk to each other. We contacted the owner who told us it was just a day party. We spoke to someone in the next apartment who told us it was likely to continue to at least 1am. There was no way we could comfortably stay there and we contacted the owner immediately. He said that we were past the free cancellation date and would have to pay. Eventually he settled for us leaving 30 euro and we left and found alternative accommodation. In my opinion the apartment was unfit for rent and having to pay anything seemed unfair.
• Peter (10/5): Friendly. Central. Unbeatable. - Want a native level english speaking host? Somebody to point you at the must sees in Montenegro? An apartment with a balcony overlooking the most central of squares in Podgorica? And with less steps to the vigorous nightlife than you may think? But be careful to manage your time. The spacious parks want to be explored at day time and the bridges and old town show their best side in the twilight of the evenings. Don't miss out on Podgorica (and Gallery apartment)

Perfect location and such a lovely apartment! - Vlado (landlord) was amazing - super helpful and patient when my flight landed late, and speaks great english. Beautiful interior and spacious in a lovely very central location. Honestly everything was great!

Vlado was charming and was so helpful providing us with information and suggestions. The apartment was quirky and spacious and warm and very central and secure. The areas leading to the apartment were rather run down. Whilst the bar/restaurants below were very convenient the loud music continued to the early hours which prevented sleep.

• sarah (9/5): fantastically central location, ideal if you like the lively part of town - the host was very easy to communicate with and his son let us in. be aware it is above a restaurant/bar so you do get some noise from there especially at the weekend. it is right on one of the main restaurant and bar streets so very convenient for exploring the main shopping and eating area of Podgorica nothing

Die Wohnung hat Altbau-Charme und entspricht den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist schnell überall. Abends ist es etwas lauter durch die Bars drunter, man ist mitten im Geschehen.

• Gre (8/5): Ruim en gezellig ingericht appartement midden in her centrum van Podgorica. - Het appartement bevindt zich midden in het centrum, dichtbij leuke pubs, restaurants en de oude stad. Het is een heel ruim appartement, heel gezellig ingericht. Prima matras. We voelden ons hier direct thuis. We hebben het hier heel gezellig gehad, beneden voor de ingang is een Engelse pub met de heerlijkste koffie. Je bevindt je hier in een uitgaansgebief dus houdt rekening met geluid van buiten.

Lave-linge disponible. Literie confortable et grand canapé agréable. Beau logement ! Pour ceux qui cherchent le calme le week-end, ce logement est a proscrire. Quelques détails qui ont tout de même une grandes importances. - Petit lavabo et pas de robinet d'eau chaude. - Peu de place dans la salle de douche pour déposer nos effets personnels.
• EFTHYMIA (10/5): Great stay!! - Very central location! With restaurants and bars underneath! You could have a nice coffee at the small balcony! Really liked the green vibe of the apartment! The host was exceptional! Definitely recommend this place! It was a bit noisy, as there was a dj having a party at the bar below, so mind that in case you are very sensitive to sounds when you sleep. For us, there was no problem at all!

We were able to check in two hours earlier than expected, which was a very thoughtful gesture. What truly stood out was our host’s exceptional kindness and dedication — he spent more than two hours helping us charge our electric car and even stayed with us until the process was complete. He was friendly, easy to reach, and incredibly helpful. It was a pleasure to meet him, and we are truly grateful for his hospitality. Highly recommended!

• Bev (8/5): Central position and amazing host! - Vlado was absolutely the best host we have experienced and we travel a lot. Thank you Vlado! We loved the light entering the apartment from the balcony doors and relaxing colours of the apartment. Location was fabulous, except for night time noise. The spiral staircase looks wonderful but, although we are very fit and mobile older people, it was difficult and noisy when coming down. The worst was the noise from the bar downstairs. We stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday evenings and couldn’t get to sleep until 2.00am. We expected noise on the weekend.
• Marco (10/5): Incredible host and verny nice apartment in the city center - The apartment is in a great position, in the very city center and all the main attractions are reachable with a short walk. The neighborhood has plenty of bars and restaurants. Vlado is a GREAT host, we spent some time together and he was very kind and gave me many advices about which places to visit, where and what to eat. Highly recommended! The apartment is in the very city center and it is possible that there are public events right in front of it. If you plan for a good night of sleep, I recommend checking whether there are planned events in the neighborhood as it may become rather noisy. Also, there are several stairs, so the apartment is not accessible to people with disabilities.

• Shlomit (9/5): It was great!! - We stayed as a couple with two kids, and Vlado, our host, was absolutely wonderful. He welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage, sent a detailed location pin, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you might need — extra towels, a washing machine, and even a small balcony. It's located right above a street with bars, and everything is within walking distance. The bathroom is a bit small, but overall, everything was great — and again, the hospitality Vlado showed us truly made the stay special. Highly recommended! The noise on fridaynight & the small bathroom.

It is very well located and the little balcony is lovely for enjoying a coffee above the street. Loved the decor in this older style apartment. • Teodora-ana (10/5): Very beautiful and central place - Lovely place, very central! We didn't expect to be literally above the old town. Really really nice host! Very friendly, he helped us with anything we needed, he literally brightened up our night. Everywhere in the accommodation we found sweets and little thoughtful gifts. Extremely nice place, very warm, we would come back for sure! The building is a bit old, the stairs are a bit scarry. The door to the bathroom does not close completely, a crack remains which destroys a bit the privacy. Also the bathroom is tiny, but equipped with everything you need. Just one thing to be aware of, it can be a little noisy because of the bars downstairs, but the accommodation is fairly well insulated, it wasn't a disturbing aspect. If you have trouble sleeping, I would recommend ear plugs max. Also, if you sleep downstairs on the sofa, be careful with the air conditioning, it will blow right in your face if you don't set it correctly.

It had a spacious calming feel right in the centre of town. The location was fantastic, close to some great restaurants and bars with a lovely balcony to sit out at and absorb the atmosphere of town. • Lazar (10/5): One of the best accommodations in Podgorica for young people - This is a truly beautiful apartment with a lovely little terrace. The bed was comfy too, and the host is welcoming. It is in the most touristy street in the city and the life never stops here. The tiny bathroom could be improved with a better shower hose. Folks with mobility issues will have problems climbing several flights of narrow stairs.
• Suheyl (10/5): With its great location, compact and functional setup, this is a great place to stay in Podgorica. - One of the sweetest locations in Podgorica. In the heart of the city and a lively pedestrian area. Great places to hang out; cafes, bars and restos. Some are right below the apartment. All amenities and functions fitted perfectly in a small apartment and still feeling spacious. Adorable balcony receiving sun all day long. A sizeable public parking at 6-7 min walking distance. Vlado, the owner, has a very friendly and positive personality! He provided very clear instructions to find and enter the apartment, plus loads of local information on points of interest - places to see, food & bev, and shopping. He never failed to check in via text everyday to see if anything was needed. The stairs going up to the mezzanine bedroom were a bit squeaky. The bathroom was slightly crampy. Though none of these would prevent staying in Gallery Apt again. :)

Despite being in a busy area, it makes it a perfect place for enjoying the local vibe. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Vlado, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, offering us great tips for exploring the city. He was also generous enough to let us stay longer after check-out so we could make the most of our time.

• Maren (10/5): Exceptional - We have recently been to Vlados tidy and handsome apparment, which is located right in the middle of Podgorica next to the bar scenery and is built in maisonnette style to separate living and cooking from sleeping. The apparment itself is way bigger than it looks like on the pictures online. In general, our stay at Vlados appartement has been really great and we can only recommend booking his apparment, especially, because he, as a person, also is really helpful and smart making a huge effort in order to feel homely. Also, which might be of interest, his english skills are awesome, which makes communication very easy. Further, we could always rely on messanging him via WhatsApp for help or questions concerning Montenegro in general - he responded immediatly. He even talked to another person from Montenegro by phone for us, because the other persons english wasn't that good, saying again, he makes a huge effort to help you and make your trip to Montenegro as easy and joyful as possible. • Debra (10/5): Perfect. - I can't think of anything that was not to like. The host, Vlado, is my new best friend. He made the check-in process foolproof by sending me photos and video of exactly where the apartment is located, how to navigate the alleyway to the building door, and how to collect the keys and enter the apartment. During my stay, he replied immediately with any question I had, and continued to contact me after I left Podgorica to see if my trip to Zabljak was going well! The apartment is right on restaurant row, so if you don't want to cook (and Vlado has supplied everything you need to make a meal), you can just walk out the door and find any kind of food you fancy. The living room is very comfortable, but I spend most of my down time on the terrace that overlooks the thriving scene below. And don't worry about night noise. I slept with the terrace doors open, but Vlado has provided a fan in the bedroom, which I used to mask any noise from outdoors; I had no problem getting to sleep. There's air conditioning in the apartment, but I didn't need to use it. I thought I might need to stay another night, but the apartment was already rented, so Vlado was working on contacting friends to find me another place! I didn't end up needing it, but, WOW, that's service. I took a bus out of Podgorica, and it was an easy 20-minute walk to the bus station. I'm returning to Podgorica for a couple of days before my flight home and I've booked again at the Gallery Apartment. I hope to meet Vlado in person on my next visit. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thanks, Vlado! Not a thing.

Loved it! 10/10 Location is perfect to reach all points of the city. 10/10 The bars and pubs in the street are a little bit noisy during the night (tip for families with light sleeping babies or light sleeping people) but we had no problems at all: we all slept whole night with a 2y toddler without wake ups. 8/10 Pleasant stay. Recommended. Absolutely nothing.
• James (10/5): Highly recommend - The apartment was perfect, located walking distance from all the attractions of Podgorica, bars and restaurants located in front of the apartment, the national football stadium is around 5 mins walk. The host met us on arrival, he was super friendly and very welcoming. The facilities in the apartment were everything we needed. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.
