Очень приветливая хозяйка, госпожа Александра, с которой было общение по телефону,нас очень порадовала своей гостеприимностью и внимательностью. Все наши пожелания были учтены . Огромное ей спасибо. Рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто хочет получить удовольствие, и что не мало важно : цена, полностью соответствует качеству!!! Бельё на кроватях и полотенца белоснежные. Всё продумано до мелочей. На балконе, также, приятная атмосфера. Очень хорошая кофе машина и по приезду, нас ожидало 4 вида кофе: капсулы для эспрессо, капучино, греческого кофе и нес.кафе. В холодильнике была холодная водичка. Ещё раз спасибо хозяйке Александре. Мы остались очень довольны! Это 10 баллов из десяти возможных. Рекомендую всем.

• GEORGIOS (8/5): Πολύ καλό για 2 ζευγάρια! - Το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται και φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες! Έχει μεγάλο σαλόνι και τεράστια κουζίνα που καλύπτουν όλες τις ανάγκες, καθώς και 2 υπνοδωμάτια με άνετα κρεβάτια. Το ένα δωμάτιο έχει ένα μπάνιο λίγο μικρότερο (περιλαμβάνει και ντουζιέρα) και το 2ο μπάνιο είναι σαφώς πιο ευρύχωρο! Είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε στάση μετρό, σούπερ μάρκετ και φαρμακείο και έχει ζεστό νερό μέρα νύχτα καθώς και πολύ γρήγορη σύνδεση internet! Η οικοδεσποτης πολύ ευγενική και πρόσχαρη και πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε! Σίγουρα μια από τις καλύτερες επιλογές για 2 ζευγάρια που θέλουν να μείνουν στην περιοχή! Ενώ ήταν όλα τέλεια και μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ το διαμέρισμα , θα μπορούσε να είναι κάπως πιο καθαρό κυριως στα μπάνια αλλά είχε και μια ελάχιστη οσμή μούχλας στα δωμάτια, αλλά όχι και τόσο έντονη ώστε να ενοχλεί.

• victorask (9/5): Πάρα πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή σε ένα εξαιρετικά άνετο διαμέρισμα - Πάρα πολύ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, περιλαμβάνει τα πάντα όσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια. Εξαιρετική η οικοδέσποινα (Αλεξάνδρα), με πολύ εύκολη συνεννόηση και επικοινωνία για τα πρακτικά θέματα. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 10' με τα πόδια από το μετρό (στάση Αμπελόκηποι) και έχει πολύ κοντά σουπερμάρκετ, καφετέριες, φαρμακείο και ό,τι άλλο μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Πιθανότατα θα το ξαναεπισκεφθούμε, συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε. Η περιγραφή του στο Booking ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στην πραγματικότητα.

She was an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, and she truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. One of the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We’ll definitely be staying at Alkmini Apartment again the next time we visit Athens! Everything was perfect.

Und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es auch. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Viertel, es gibt nicht wahnsinnig viel drum rum, was uns aber auch nicht gestört hat. Alexandra was a very attentive and available host, and on our arrival she left a delicious white wine to welcome us, thank you! The location is very close to the metro, which we used for all our activities in the city, and has excellent infrastructure. We also highly recommend the restaurant To Mouragio, which is opposite the apartment building and has incredible fish dishes. We'd happily go back again!

Before our Arrival, Alexandra stayed in touch with me and always answered to all my questions and queries. During our stay, we did not need so much assistance but we knew that we could count on Alexandra. Among her qualities above, she is an extraordinary professional. She was in touch with us during the last days to see if we need something (very helpful for the taxi to the Airport). 10 is definitely not enough as she deserves more than that. We were touched by the quality of the service offered by our host. Concerning the apartment, one word: Wow !!! It's a spacious apartment with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with a TV each. Very good taste for the design. The sofa is very comfortable. And the apartment very very clean. As we arrived in the evening, Alexandra left water, tea, coffee (pods, instant and ground coffee, for us. The quarter is residential. We felt secure. We appreciated that point. The metro station was at a reasonable 10 minutes of walk. For us, it was appreciated. A supermarket at 3 minutes, less if we walk fast. I would highly recommend this accommodation and with no hesitation. Thank you Alexandra! Everything was flawless! Outstanding!!!

I am so happy to have found this place for our stay in Athens, and I thank Alexandra for the beautiful suprise she organized for us. The bed is one of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in, the apartment is big, clean, sunny and has everything you need in it (we did not really use the kitchen, but I saw all the necessary pots, pans, mixers etc. one might need for a long stay). In a nice neighbourhood, where we also had the amazing and pleasant suprise to find out that a huge farmers market takes place on Saturdays. I will recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Athens, truly a 10/10 experience.

Although it is not located in the city centre, I would highly recommend it as the surrounding area is less touristy. We used the nearby supermarket daily which was quite convenient. • Katiebellviii (10/5): Great location for a long (or short), comfortable stay in Athens! - We stayed here for almost three weeks so lots to talk about! Host: Alexandra is so lovely and friendly. She met us outside the apartment (after graciously letting us check in a bit early due to the time our flight arrived). She was super helpful through out visit - messaged a few times to check we were doing okay. We asked if she had a kettle we could borrow (there's a nespresso machine and a normal coffee maker) as we're tea drinkers and she went out and bought a brand new one for us to use. Apartment: It's such a great size. There were only two of us (myself and my MIL) and we each had a bedroom and bathroom each. The orange room has a smaller bathroom attached (like an ensuite) and the other bathroom is the main bathroom in the hallway. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen and lounge area is nice and open - with a VERY comfortable couch. The kitchen was very clean and had all the things you need to cook yourself a meal. Location: It was perfect for us as I had a clinic to visit in the area several times a week. But for anyone thinking of a longer (3+ night) stay in Athens, this would be the ideal location. The Ambelokipi metro station (on blue/line 3) is a 10 min max walk away (very safe walk, even at night). You're only 3 stops from Syntagma Square or 4 from Monastiraki. There are lots of great restaurants, cafes, fast food, supermarkets, mini markets and more all within a very short walk. Amenities: The apartment has a small dishwasher and a washing machine which are both easy to use. There are three TV's - one in the lounge and one each in the two bedrooms. They are all smart tvs so you can log into netflix/disney etc with your own account and stream. The WiFi was EXCELLENT and very easy to connect. We never had any issues with it. Bonus: On Saturdays there is a fresh produce market literally outside your front door. They also sell nuts, oils, fish, skewers, lollies. I can't think of anything that could be improved. It was a perfect place to stay.
