• Paolo (5/5): What you buy is NOT what you get - Fantastic location They advertised air conditioning and hardwood or parquet floor, but I got a flat without both. The flat was at 4th floor without elevator and this was not mentioned. I asked the property a partial refund for these mistaken information , but they just ignored my request. I suggest to avoid this property

• Teresa (5/5): Passable - The room itself was clear and pleasant enough....but NOT the apartment we paid for. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bayhrooms as there were 4 of us. When we turned up, we were shown to a small one bed room with a sofa bed in the living room and only one bathroom. However, we had PAID for the apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We explained this to the agent that showed us in and he said that it was the only apartment free and he would ralj to the manager of it and come back to us. We have heard nothing since and am still expecting sone form of refund. If this had been resolved quickly, with either a more to the apartment we actually booked, or a refund of the difference in price for what we booked and where we actually stayed was paid to us within the 2 weeks after the trip, we would have been able to rate the stay more positively. The room itself was nice and clean, but it was not what we had booked. I have tried multiple tines to call the telephone number listed but have not managed to get through.

• Esther (7/5): Average - The location The location was good but completely different to the original 'map pin' so had to get taxi to our event rather than walk which was why we originally selected it. Photos on booking.com were nothing like the apartment & we had to wait half an hour on the street for access despite them being told the exact time we would be there. Staff member that turned up was extremely rude - like it was an inconvenience. Upstairs neighbours started hoovering at 2:30am which may have been cleaners for their other rented property, it was very noisy & we had other neighbours knocking thinking it was us. Also had other guests ringing bell & knocking on door before checkout trying to get access, also who we think could have been the cleaner trying to get access when we were still sleeping. Be warned this company has several properties so you won't end up in the one you think you booked
• Fahad (5/5): Decent, but awful smell - The location is perfect, it’s nice and decent apartment with good space and helpful owner The smell.. awful smell and disgusting, every time I open the door you will smell a polluted air And when the owner came to complete the check-in we clarified that the smell is awful he just said that he can’t smell anything! Really? It’s clear that a lot of people complaining about the smell and I think they haven’t find a solution yet.. or they don’t want to?

• Shamsa (1/5): Awful - We liked the location only Everything, the apartment was basement without AC although they mentioned they had ac it was very hot for the last days in our stay. The cleanleness was so bad we had to re-clean the whole apartment after arrival and 2 days of non sleep. up the apartment was a restaurant with full day noise of moving tables and chairs even at night! Which was hard for us to have good sleep. Also, they didnt alow us to use the main entrance of the building although our keys opens that door they told us to use the out entance only and the excuse was the poeple in the building will get annoyed! But we are renting in the same building we have the righ to use it! Besides, the awful signal for both wifi & no mobile network. Our stay was so un-comfortable & will not think sbout renting this propert again & will not reccomend for anyone to rent !
• Tony (3/5): VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING! - Good location but AWFUL SEWAGE SMELLS inside the flat and this situated on a noisy road so not for those who sleep lightly There is a TERRIBLE PERVASIVE SEWAGE SMELL in the flat which is a common complaint on the reviews. This was at first hidden from us as when we entered the apartment there were two de-humifiers chugging away in the flat near the toilet and main living room so the smell was not so prevalent and could be put down the last tenant maybe not opening the windows after they had been to the toilet. This foul sewage smell has been pointed out by at least 5 other review in the last 4 months but the owner keeps on renting it out regardless without making any mention of this awful situation. This got worse each hour and ruined family trip our stay and they did NOTHING TO RESOLVE IT or to compensate me despite multiple attempt to get them to do so. All I get is radio silence and ignored read WhatsApp messages that I send or they never answer the phone and I go through to voicemail which is never answered. Other things that made our stay really bad was the shower was not working as the temperature know was jammed on a cold setting and the Wi-Fi signal to the smaller second bedroom was non existent. When paying >>£300 a night for a Mayfair apartment then this is shockingly bad. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT.... I should have believed the multiple similar complaints that are on their reviews.
• Rishab (3/5): Poor - The location and the size of the apartment were the only things due to which I would recommend this property There was a very bad smell in the apartment and the water also smelt really bad. I don’t even know how we managed to take a shower there. There was no network in the apartment as it was in the basement and one room didn’t have WiFi at all. The access was also very bad. There was no internal access to the property and there was a stair outside the house which was very small in size but was difficult to climb. Also the stairs used to be slippery during the rainy season which posed a threat

We had three bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen + some more extra space. Beautifully arranged with a nice interior. Comfy beds and couches. Everything you need in an excellent location. Big thanks to the staff who allowed us earlier than the regular check-in time.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay. I was a bit worried reading previous reviews, but these were not describing this property or were utterly dishonest. The apartment is ideally located in the middle of the most luxurious London area, with all the best attractions just outside the apartment. Buckingham Palace and hyde park are just a few minutes away. All the best shops from around the world are just next door. Superb restaurant in the same building. The apartment was super spacious with two bathrooms, large bedrooms, a big living room, nice kitchen and everything was perfectly clean. I will definitely come back here next year. Nothing!

• Sarfraz (7/5): A good apartment down gradded by foul smell. - Facilities incuding kitchen, washing machine, iron, lounge furniture were new & clean. Interior was charming. Apartment was spacious. Location was good. One poor thing was sewerage issue. There was smell, which down gradded the whole experience. If you flushed in one toilet, then water would bubble out from shower drain. As the apartment was in basement, it made things complicated.
• Ngai (1/5): HEALTH HAZARD - SO BAD WE COULD NOT COMPLETE OUT STAY - Central location but it is falsely indicated on a map in Booking.com and the flat is in fact a basement under a restaurant on a relatively busy street. please be aware in general about false advertising of this property. It’s a health hazard which we had to leave after one night of a four night booking. We have reported back to the property but have not received any compensation or helpful support from them. 1. There is significant damp and mould growth in the property causing very bad air quality and an unbearable smell. Damp is a health hazard in the UK. They use multiple air fresheners and a dehumidifier to hide the smell (which doesn’t help at all) as you enter. The humidity readings on the dehumidifier if you turn it off is 90%+. 2. When flushing the toilet, water bubbles into the shower pan which is disgusting. the water does not drain when you shower unless you flush the toilet. 3. The electric fuze box is also in the bathroom, which is a risk. 4. The hot water from the tap smells bad and tastes sour. We could not drink from it or use it to brush teeth. We were unable to leave on the first night as we had checked in late but did the leave the next day as it was so unsafe for us and our baby. We have reported it and have no helpful response or compensation from the property. The property suggested getting another dehumidifier to solve the damp issue which is irrelevant. This property should be delisted until properly fixed and checked.

It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I can confidently say that this was the worst accommodation experience of my life, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague. Firstly, the apartment was advertised as "cozy and comfortable," but in reality, it was anything but. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a strong odor that could only be described as a mixture of musty socks and rotting garbage. The stench lingered throughout my entire stay, making it impossible to enjoy any moment in the apartment. THIS IS A BASEMENT WHICH IS NOT HABITABLE BUT IS A HEALTH HAZARD. The cleanliness of the place was equally appalling. The bathroom was covered in grime, with hair and suspicious stains everywhere. The toilet and the shower drain was clogged upon my arrival, leaving me ankle-deep in dirty water every time I attempted to take a shower. It was absolutely disgusting and a major health hazard. Noise was another constant issue during my stay. The apartment seemed to be located on a busy street and there is constant noises of moving cars throughout night. It was impossible to relax or get any work done in such a disruptive environment. And let's not forget the lack of basic amenities. The advertised kitchen was a joke, with broken appliances and a lack of even the most basic utensils. Trying to cook a meal was an exercise in frustration. To top it all off, the management of this apartment was completely unresponsive and unhelpful and rude. I attempted to contact them numerous times to address the issues, but my calls went unanswered. It was as if they simply didn't care about the well-being and satisfaction of their guests. I was almost all the time been told that the concerned person is not available, he is busy with other guests, driving, on leave etc. Where do I even begin with my stay at this apartment?
