• Luci (10/5): This is THE BEST place we've ever stayed im Dublin for an amazing price - We liked everything, especially the house size, price and location. This house has an amazing kitchen, three bathrooms, amazing big rooms with TVs , a beautiful yard etc. It's about a 12 minute walk to the metro station and it's also well served by bus routes.

• Marnier (2/5): Urgent repairs are needed. Definitely not enough space for more than 4-5 people who are ok with using 1 bathroom. - The location was ok. Our recent stay at your rental property was deeply disappointing. The apartment did not match the description or photos, with cleanliness issues, black mold in the bathroom, and protruding nails that caused injuries. The power frequently went out, affecting the master bedroom and washing machine. The lack of an introductory tour or clear information about the air conditioning was frustrating. Additionally, the property is misleadingly listed as having three bedrooms and bathrooms, but it only has one functional bathroom and a half bath. Our experience was marred by these inconveniences and hazards, making the stay not worth the money. Urgent repairs and better communication are needed. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this property.

• Cecilia (7/5): Beautiful location in nice flat, kind hosts, needs some renovation - The location is amazing, and the accommodation is big. The kitchen is well equipped and very nice. The two main bedrooms are nice and quite comfortable. /so is the main bathroom. The property needs some renovation. During our stay, the lights in the patio as well as the electricity to open the gate did not work. The keys are also defective. The one room that is detached from the house is too humid (even with heating on), I would not recommend people to sleep there. We were eight people but I would recommend to stay over with a group of max 6.
• Thalia (7/5): Good enough and has space for 7 people - The apartment is a little far from the city center but is well connected. It was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. One room (the one in the exterior) smelled a lot like humidity, was cold, the toilet also leaked which made the wooden floor break and the shower in that room didn’t work very well. The beds weren’t very comfortable.

• Marta (9/5): Highly recommended - The person, who was taking care of the flat, was waiting for us to hand over the keys. Flat was spacious (it was 7 of us) with beautiful patio and dinning room, which we used every day. Kitchen was fully equipped, including teas, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. A/C worked great. Wi-fi as well. Location was really good, few minutes to the bus stop and supermarket, around 8 min to underground. The neighbourhood felt safe. One of the bathrooms (entrance from the patio) had some problem with leak from the toilet bowl. That's why I didn't give maximum points in the comfort comment.

• Sabrina (7/5): Good - - The house is enough for us 5 adults and 3 kids. No more than that. - The facility is great.. there are aircon in 2 bedrooms and also available in living room that turns into bedroom by adding an extrabed. - Kitchen appliances is complete. They even prepare olive oil, spices, risotto rice, etc. - If you walk about 15 minutes, there are supermarket 24 hours. - there is only 1 proper bathroom. The other one is little space for toilet seat and washing basin, but they add shower. - the keys and locks are bit complicated. We need time (and lot of asking the land lord) to get adjust with all of it. - There are 2 main doors to enter the unit, both access by stairs. Cannot access easily if you use wheelchair or stroller. Even access is difficult for those (or elders) with knee problem. - there are 2 contact person, in my experience, one is easily contact but by that time he is out of town. The other one is available but little late response.

• Anubhavraghubaid (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, clear instructions, easy to reach, the beds were comfortable 1 room was not usable as it smelled of mould with a tap leaking. 1 bathroom was extremely small (pictures are deceiving), some towels were of bad quality, 1 bathroom had a broken latch and no hot water and 2 bathrooms were without hand soap.

• Kristel (9/5): Big apartment with garden in the middle of Rome - everything you need for a great vacation - Very good place for large groups in the middle of Rome. No dishwasher
• Elif (8/5): Great place, great price, perfect landlord! - The apartment has a unique character and three bedrooms with three baths is a difficult-to-find opportunity. Because of the winter, we could not use the garden much, but just to reach one room at the exterior. That one bedroom has access from the garden only, not connected with the apartment directly, which was not mentioned in the ad, which was unexpected. That separate bedroom has humidity problems. Our landlord was very helpful and tried to solve every issue we let him know about. We wish we were told that separate bedroom in the ad.
