• Alena (10/5): - Наш отдых в Gardenland оставил самые незабываемые впечатления. Персонал был очень приветливым и профессиональным, всегда готовым помочь по любому возникшему вопросу. Еда в ресторане была очень вкусной ,а порции — довольно большими. Завтрак подавали в формате «шведский стол» с большим разнообразием блюд, очень свежих и вкусных. Природа вокруг курорта захватывает дух, даря невероятное спокойствие и умиротворение. Так же на территории отеля находятся два бассейна, где отдыхающие и их дети могут прекрасно провести время. Я бы порекомендовала провести свой отдых в этом отеле, потому что Gardenland — это действительно место для чудесного отдыха и незабываемых впечатлений.
• Igli (10/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in near Shkoder. - We honestly had a great stay at Gardenland Resort. The whole place feels very peaceful and beautiful, especially the gardens and pool area. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized. Staff were welcoming and always helpful, which made the experience even better. We also really enjoyed the food and the relaxing atmosphere overall. There wasn’t really anything to complain about.

• Mykhailo (9/5): Amazing breakfast and night - We arrived late at night and found the keys waiting for us, which made check-in very easy and convenient. The room was spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean. We had a very restful sleep thanks to the peaceful surroundings, fresh air, and complete silence. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful garden around the hotel — full of flowers and lush greenery, like a small oasis. At breakfast, we were served by Jenny from the Philippines, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Everything we asked for was prepared quickly. The omelet was delicious, the fruits were fresh, and overall the breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, well-located, quiet, and set away from the road, offering fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended — one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Guys just please buy new towels

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings, clean facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The food was also a highlight, fresh, delicious, and offering a great variety, and the best caesar sallad i've have had!! What truly stood out was the attention to detail and how genuinely friendly everyone was. Whether you are traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, Gardenland Resort is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy Albania’s beauty. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again! Nothing
• Daphne (9/5): - Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk. We waren er buiten het seizoen. Toen we redelijk laat waren voor het ontbijt was het buffet niet meer open. Toen hebben ze zelfs een uitgebreid prive ontbijt voor ons gemaakt. Verder was er een fijne speeltuin voor de kinderen, zodat ze lekker konden spelen terwijl wij wat konden drinken.

• Omar (10/5): - Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo resort. Il cibo era davvero ottimo, la colazione offriva molta varietà e tutto sembrava fresco. Il personale ci ha detto che le verdure venivano coltivate nella serra del resort. Le camere erano bellissime e dotate di tutto il necessario. La natura che circonda il resort era incredibile, davvero rilassante. Un’esperienza indimenticabile.
• Bilal (10/5): Great resort with wonderful staff and the best food! - I recently stayed at Gardenland Resort for the second time. And honestly even tho the pool was not open yet (which i knew beforehand because it was written on booking before i booked) i had a really nice experience. The breakfast was one of the highlights, everything tasted fresh and well prepared, you can really tell that they use quality ingredients (they have they're own farm where they grow the vegetables). What i loved most was the pieceful atmosphere, the resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, and it's so quite and relaxing. It's the kind of place where you can truly disconnect and enjoy some calm time. Would definitley visit again. Nothing to be honest.

• Steven (1/5): - Het hotel was proper en het personeel was vriendelijk. - Er sliep een voetbalploeg (pubermeisjes) op dezelfde gang als ons. Heel luidruchtig en onrespectvol. Ze riepen, bonkten op de deuren, speelden luide muziek.. En dit allemaal al vanaf 6u 's morgens. Hier kan het personeel uiteraard niets aan doen, maar misschien is het slim om zo'n groepen toch samen te zetten in een apart deel van het hotel, aangezien er zeker genoeg plaats was om dit te doen. - Het ontbijtbuffet was verschrikkelijk. Alle potten waar het warm eten in zat, stonden open, waardoor het allemaal koud was geworden. Ontbijt begon om 7u30. We zaten om 8u aan tafel en zo goed als alles was al op of koud. Omdat we geklaagd hadden over de groep meisjes op de gang, stelde de bazin voor aan het keukenpersoneel om iets extra te geven. Ze gingen een omelet met groentjes (alleen tomaatjes dus...) maken. Deze rook chemisch en was ook niet te eten. - Het avondbuffet was ook niks. De cafetaria rook heel muf, er was weinig keuze en het zag er allemaal heel onsmakelijk uit. Hierdoor zijn we toch maar terug naar het centrum gereden, wat toch al een dikke 20 minuten rijden was met de auto, om toch nog iets deftig te kunnen eten. - Geen tv op de kamer. - Het resort was voorzien van een zwembad, dat "tijdelijk gesloten" bleek te zijn. Ook een domper.

• Sonja (9/5): - Wir hatten das Deluxe Doppelzimmer, welches sehr geräumig war, mit 2 Balkonen. Die Betten sind gut, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker, gemacht für Touris 😉 Die Hotelanlage ist recht groß, war aber ruhig , da jetzt im Oktober sicher weniger los ist. Das dazugehörige a la carte Restaurant kocht sehr frisch und lecker - wir waren begeistert. Es wurde in unserem Zimmer ZU VIEL RAUMSPRAY benutzt, sodass man kaum atmen konnte. Das sollte das Personal vermeiden! Wir mussten erstmal lange lüften und das Zimmer sofort verlassen. Was wir nicht verstanden haben: es ist offensichtlich frisch renoviert, aber die alten Leitungen und Wasserrohre und Abflüsse gucken aus den Wänden und dem Fußboden.... zwar ganz sauber drum herum gearbeitet, aber nicht verständlich, warum das nicht einfach mit verkleidet wurde? Trotzdem gibt's von uns 9 Punkte, da es insgesamt sehr schön, sauber und stilvoll ist.

• tzlil (5/5): הייתי מחפשת מלון אחר בסכום ששילמנו - צוות המלון היה אדיב ורצה לסייע המלון נראה בתמונות הרבה יותר מבטיח ומפנק ממה שקרה בפועל. המזגן בחדר היה רועש ובקושי עשה משהו. המקרר לא עבד. הדברים עצמם היו ברמה נמוכה. ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד. המחיר לא שווה את זה.
• Lipoglavšek (10/5): - Čisto vse nam je bilo všeč. Ko vstopiš, soba, restavracija, bazeni. Res TOP nastanitev, prijazno osebje, bazeni čisti, čistijo vsak dan kakor tudi ležalnike. Zajtrk super, še samo.osenje ti kaj prinese na mizo. Vredno ponovnega obiska. Toplo priporočam!

Pas touristique dans le sens où l’on ne découvre pas la vraie Albanie mais une pau - Une grande piscine, une aire aquatique dédiée aux enfants, un espace jeux. Un accueil aux petits soins. Le Check-out a 11h et la possibilité de profiter encore après de la piscine. Service au resto un peu long mais ca semblait prisé par les locaux !

• TIM (9/5): Excellent stay with outstanding facilities and staff - Extremely reactive staff at reception accommodating our requests with a smile. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious room. Good shower in bathroom and nice amenities. Double glazing of the windows cut the noise from the pool totally. Outstanding pool with different areas for swimming and small slides. Quiet location, off the main roads but 5 mins drive to a little village for shops if required. Nothing
• Nasyrova (7/5): за такую стоимость в соседних отелях более высокое качество услуг, еды и досуга на территории. - Ужин предложенный по принципу шведский стол "традиционная еда" совершенно не соответствовал. Из горячего только печенные куриные окорочка. рис и макароны на гарнир. салаты невкусные. выбор напитков вода и разведенный сок. Уборка терриотрии производится очень поздно и раньше 10 невозможно выйти на бассейн. Лежаки остаются мокрыми. Оборудование изношено. Завтрак тоже не особо широк и вкусен.

• CRISTINA (7/5): Gran piscina ( municipal) buen colchón. Muy limpio - La habitación estaba muy limpia. Las camas eran cómodas. Quizás falta algún detalle como un pequeño hervidor de agua para hacer café en general estaba bien. Amplia y con nevera. Un pequeño balcón a la piscina. El desayuno buffet. Horrible. Desde el café... hasta la fruta. Muy mal aspecto la verdad. El queso cortado parecía del dia anterior . Tapado con algo, pero aun asi lleno de moscas. Salchichas ""huevos" revueltos" ... la verdad que ni el café era bueno. Muy mal.. Pensábamos quedarnos otra noche..pero sólo por eso.... no lo hicimos. La piscina me encantó pero es "municipal" así que pagando... entra cualquiera.
• samir (10/5): - Super séjour, l'hôtel dispose de tout ce qui est indispensable :excellent rapport qualité prix, parking (gratuit et sûr), grande piscine ( pour enfants et grands), restaurant très bon et très abordable, personnel très attentionné et disponible, chambre spacieuse et confortable ... Bref tout était parfait, super lieu pour les familles ! L'hôtel est assez éloigné de la ville ( 30 min en voiture) mais pour nous ce n'était pas grave...
